Not a great service, first i came really early I was number 5 the receptionist took all patient's info as well our RAMQ and sent everybody home, saying Dr. will arrive late and to call later to check for our appointment.Receptionist call around 1 to say Dr is not yet there and she doesn't know at what time he will arrive and if he will.Then I called around 5 pm to have news, nobody answers the phone.At this point and because i was feeling pretty bad I was able to make another appointment in a private clinic for next day but I was mad because in this clinic they took my RAMQ info. Around 6:30 I received the news that Dr. C Melanson arrive and I can show up, I did show up because they got all my info. After a general revision he sent me antibiotics cause I had a big infection in my throat and he said was pretty contagious but anyways he sent me to work next day, i asked for a day to recover but he said I can work in that condition.Anyways , next day I went to work, the AC killed me again but later I went to the other clinic and the Dr in there sent me home right away ..first because it was clear I wasn't at 100% to work, (I was like at 30%) then she said that it was pretty contagious and I could infect my coworkers, so she sent me home for that day and 2 days more to recover.The issue here is I don't have any idea how this Dr. C Melanson can be so damn cold blood, they prescribe you but recover is important so the drugs can act faster and people can have a full recover... at least the prescription was not bad, the other Doctor told me it was the basic treatment for my throat infection, but indeed I needed to be at home so I could fully recover.That was my experience in this Clinique Medicale Urgence St-Hubert.My other question here is, what happen with the people that couldn't show up later, does the Doctor claim those RAMQ info that receptionist took early that morning as true medical visits?

I would like to cancel my appointment, never answers the phone, no messaging! Maybe they will see my comment and call me.... Is this clinic really functional?

I showed up there at 8 15am. So I can see a doctor quickly, but the lady showed up to open the door at 9 30. I dont get how a place like clinic can be so irresponsible with their hours of opening. Btw it was supposed to open at 9am. All that waiting for me to hear " oh we don't accept new appointments "

I don’t understand why you don’t find other reception cause she can do nothing but hanging off from customers. Water your money and waste my time.

Nice clinic ,i called and they gave me right away apointment to see the doctor.my daughter was so sick i went to emergency hospital wait for 12 hours but nothing the doctor said its just a little infection in ear nothing to worry,it will be gone in 3 days but it became worst i find this clinic the doctor gave antibiotics right away for infection. Thank you.

EXCECRABLE service. The operator hung up the line on me because I politely asked her not to sigh at my questions. Same lousy service with the doctors at this clinic

Horrible experience happened multiple times that doctor doesn't give my grandmother medication because she can't speak English and he feels "uncomfortable". Extremely disrespectful doctor. Do not recommend to anyone of colour.lol.
