I'll preface this review by stating that I'm not the target demographic; I drink without cream or sugars, and I'm not vegan. Anyways it was overpriced for average to poor tasting food. They asked for a 25% tip for taking the bisconie out of the display case. There aren't café vibes here for productivity when working here either, it's more of a "cafe-teria", just tables in the middle of a giant empty space.

A calm, and quiet atmosphere with good vegan options, great coffee and a really relaxing setting. The baristas are soft spoken and the cafe feels like a respite from the loudness of the city just outside it’s doors.

I had a latte and a patty. The latte was amazing (5/5) and the patty was ok (3.5/5).

I love this cafe and I’m so happy they opened up a new location! The matcha lattes are probably the best in the city and since it’s all vegan, you don’t have to pay additional charge for plant based milks (most at least, some have additional charges). They have vegan sweets and treats and the best carrot cake I’ve ever had! The cream cheese really tasted like cream cheese despite not being made of dairy. It’s a little bit expensive but so worth it. The people working here are super friendly too. Seating are large shared tables above their little cafe. Surprisingly quiet despite being super open!

I love this vegan tea/coffee house, clean, refresh, white, minimalist, with just a little bit futuristic. Matcha latte with macadamia and soy milk both taste great. The vegan banana chocolate bread is very soft, moisture and not sweet at all. Those cute succulent plants definitively add more lively vibe to the cafe.

Love this cafe! They have such wonderful options. Their croissants are to die for (we went back several times to get them - they do also sell out quite fast). I also really liked the patty that they serve, very flavourful. Lastly, I really enjoyed their coffee. So much so that I bought a bag for myself at their other location. If I lived in Montreal, I’d be attending this spot regularly. Can’t wait to go back on our next visit.

Have been here a couple of times. Great cafe, especially for vegans. Have tried a couple of their drinks - Chai, Dirty Chai, Flat White, Curcuma etc - all great, especially Dirty Chai. Last time, we also tried their Danish and a Veg Patty. Both good. Plenty of seating space right behind the counters and on the other side of the passage behind that seating space. The staff is great and friendly.

One of the best coffee places I know (and also a plant boutique). They got macadamia milk which is pretty rare (for sale too!). Their black coffee is always fantastic (others too, but I always black-coffee-test places to feel the true taste of the drink). Another must-try is their power lattes, but I greatly prefer their hot version over icy one. One of the best scones in the city too, and a lovely variety of quality chocolate flavord (including the less expensive all-small one-bite servings to complete your coffee). The day I went it seemed a bit busy with only one person working - the girl working was very nice and she made our order so quick! I was happy to find some red bean daifuku but was disappointed to hear the boba is only available on the weekends. The matcha cookie was so soft and delicious. As tourists, we were looking for an authentic Canadian coffee experience. Of course, we had our fair share of Tim's coffee, but we wanted something unique, like a maple latte. We went to three different coffee shops asking for this drink without much success. Until we got to Leaves House. The server was incredibly kind to our request and got us exactly what we wanted - apparently they make all sorts drinks (including maple lattes)! Highly recommend!

I really like this café because it doesn't charge extra for plant-based beverages. It also offers a small range of food as well as merchandise related to coffee, matcha and tea. They also have gluten-free cookies for those who are gluten intolerant, I'm not sure if it would be celiac-safe. It is quite spacious, as it has not just one, but two areas of seating. Leaves is located on McGill, less than a 3 min walk from Roddick gates making it an ideal spot for between class studying.

I've been to their other location and loved it so I knew what to expect when ordering. Didn't go for the maple latte, went for the maple cocoa instead with coconut milk and yuuuuuum. It was great. Also opted for the chocolate and peach scone. I had a day of writing reviews planned but I found myself at a standstill when it was time to charge my laptop, plugs are only located on the side of the cafe nearest to the glass panels and those were already taken so I had to wait till a spot opened up. So don't come here hoping you'll be able to charge your laptop and work all day unless you come here early and grab a spot. Other than that, it's a good cafe. I wouldn't recommend to study there since it is close to the mall and it's inside the work building so the influx of people is constant and can be a distraction even though it was generally quiet when i went.
