Very friendly and attentive staff. Great service. Excellent food. Had omelet, cinnamon pancakes and stuffed hash browns. Would recommend them all.

My boyfriend and I's absolute favorite place to go for breakfast. The people are always kind and it feels like you're at home, or in somebody's kitchen. Great staff, love the food and coffee!! 😁

I am utterly disappointed. I ordered a vegetarian omelette add bacon and received a slaughter house-greasy plate with little other ingredients. I understand people make mistakes and times get busy… but the worst part of all was being berated by the owner. I am not a first time visitor and I tip 20% on takeout. I politely asked for a KIDS MENU replacement for myself (to account for cost and make easy it on the restaurant) and he just continued to argue with me. I ultimately ended up leaving the omelette at the restaurant because it wasn’t worth the trouble. I wasted 15$ on breakfast. That’s an hour of work for most of us. I have never witnessed such terrible customer service and I hope no else experiences what I did.

The food here is DELICIOUS! I had the stuffed hashbrown (highly recommend!) The waitresses are very friendly. I like the way they all assist each other to get tables served quickly.

All the staff was really nice. Food was great. Prices are very reasonable. $26 for 2 big breakfasts and coffees. Well definitely be back!

Top rate service! We arrived just before 11am, and it was jumping but there was only a short wait (10 mins). The wait staff worked like a well oiled machine to make sure orders were taken, food was delivered hot, and coffee was refilled consistently. The food was delicious and generous portions. I had the cinnamon swirl pancakes and they were amazing, light fluffy. Highly recommneded!

I placed an order online and I asked a few questions about prices cause i wasn’t sure given it was only my second time going there. The lady over the phone was so rude and the when i came to pick up my food my order wasn’t even correct but i didn’t say anything the man joked and said i was 6 minutes early when i wasn’t i was only 2. he went back and joked about me coming so early and said that i “ignored it” and then the lady said yeah and she kept asking questions about the pricing . i should NOT have to go thru that being a customer just trying to get some breakfast , everything was so uncalled for just being so evil towards a customer i never once got smart or said anything veil to them. i went to the car and told my grandma what they were saying and she said i need to start sticking up for myself but i’m simply not a confrontational person

Everything was amazing. Food, service. Never ignored. Matter of fact our waitress put a rush job on our food. We definitely will be back. I highly recommend it. We only got breakfast. I'm sure everything else is amazing. Thank you Getty Street Grill Staff. Y'all are amazing. Keep up the awsome job. Much appreciated.

Great service, great portions. Only issue we had was Hostess who was seating people offered 2 different parties to sit at the large table in the back. These parties did not know each other and were obviously not together. Felt that was very odd. Especially with Covid just seeming to be getting over. Otherwise Rest of staff was AMAZING

Horrible horrible horrible. Went to try it because Mr B's was closed and never again. Rude service,horrible greasy disgusting food. Spent $40.00 on some garbage food I wouldn't give to my dog. Then the owners watching on camera's the workers, so creepy watching people eat and work. Ask for a to go for my $3.00 tea and they said no.....what a joke. Save your money and go to steak and egger blows this place out the water. No one said we wanted greasy oily food. Horrible

I have been in here on a Tuesday morning, when there were only a dozen patrons, and on a Saturday morning when the place is full, and I have never seen happier, more pleasant employees anywhere, ever. The food is fantastic, servings big enough for leftovers. We are definitely putting this one into our Saturday morning rotation!!

GREAT brunch spot! The food is delicious, portions are huge, and the price is right! Ron (the owner?) is hilarious - give him a little sass and he’ll zip it right back at ya haha! But he’s also kind and gracious with every customer, so you know it’s just playful fun and it creates a fun environment. Our server Lindsey was wonderful and friendly. Coffee was always full and all our orders (8 people) came out correct! …so what more do you need to know? Just go here and get some tasty food already!

We had so much fun here. The food was plentiful and so tasty! We ordered blueberry pancakes, a side of American potatoes and a side of bacon, and still had leftovers. The staff is amazing, and this is my new favorite in Muskegon. I can't wait to try their lunch menu!!! It was a real experience that I can't wait to repeat!!! I give it ten out of ten!!!!!

I ordered the sausage roll ups. The pancake was about 10 inches in diameter and the sausage link was about 5 or 6 inches long so there was MUCH more pancake than needed. Pancakes needed salt, they didn't have much taste. My daughter had a gluten free sandwich, we were thankful for that option. The waitress was attentive and it's a cute place.

I place an order over the phone and I asked for scrambler. Instead of the person taking my order saying we don't have a scrambler on our menu we have a scramble which is a sandwich. I would have told her that's not what I wanted. Instead of the on duty manager listening me about my problem is, she argued that we ordered the wrong thing and Getty street grill is not in the business of wasting food. She suggested I should read there menu better. I didn't ask for a refund. I ask the manager how is it fair for me if I ask for something thats not on the menu, like if go to burger King and ask for a big Mac. There gonna tell me to go to McDonald's. The manager was rude and argumentative. And hung up the phone B4 I could make my point. I understand that I asked for the wrong thing. Instead of coming to agreement Getty street grill lost a customer. I hope the owners reads this.

It's extremely hard to find a restaurant that serves Prime Rib 🥩. It really is 🫡 The waitresses are always caring 💗 and are only open just a select amount of hours 🕤 to provide an expensive 🫰💰🥩 & breakfast to the local 🏘️ community. Please tip 💵 your waitress 👱because jobs for women🧓 are getting harder to find in Michigan. Vote 🗣️ Republican ☺️😁🕺

As soon as we walked in, immediately greeted and seated. Not disappointed, felt as if I finally got my money's worth. I rarely am happy about the quality of food at a take out restaurant or a sit down. Loved Getty Street Grill, we will be back.

So this is the second time I’ve been here for breakfast and the second time I’ve been unable to finish my breakfast. It’s so much GOOD food for such a reasonable price, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Thank you for such great service and being so attentive! Breakfast was just how I like it and it was so yummy 😋! Definitely come check them out!

I now wish I had taken a picture of the food! 😳 We ordered breakfast ( a 1st for myself as I'm partial to the Rueben 😋). My husband had his usual Meat Lovers Omelet with a side of home fries and onions, my daughter had pancakes and sausage, and I had the Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes with grits and bacon, after seeing a picture the pancakes online. I have to admit I was not very optimistic when I first saw our food but quickly realized and understood that this was a carryout order and things don't always travel well. Anyhow, my husband and I were VERY pleasantly surprised by my pancakes. They were EXTREMELY delicious and satisfying as they needed NOTHING to complement them in the condiment department but paired perfectly with the salty and crispy bacon. (I forgot I ordered grits 🤣) Getty Street never disappoints and I'm glad I ventured to the breakfast side of the menu for a delicious treat this morning. 😋 🥰

They get and deserve five stars. They took only cash when we ate here years ago and it turned us off and we never came back until today. They do take cards now. Later in this review are notes that are intended to help potential customers in decision making, not to be negative. This is a clean restaurant with good and friendly service. Our coffee was never allowed to get less than half gone. We came in for breakfast on a Sunday morning as two couples. It was bustling but we were seated right away. I ordered the breakfast burrito. My husband ordered Stuffed Hashbrowns. Our friends ordered an omelet and country fried steak with sides of grits. We were all satisfied with food with two mild issues. The gravy on the steak was pretty bad, like something bought in a can. Ask for it on the side so you can decide for yourself if you like it or not. There was a mildly rancid flavor in my fried potatoes. Ketchup fixed it but made us wonder what caused it. Neither issue would cause us not to come back. Indeed we will. The bathrooms were both clean, but beware...not suitable for anyone larger than medium sized or disabled. Also, the toilets are very low to the floor and if someone has hip/knee issues, getting on and off will be a challenge.

We loved the coffee! Our server was friendly and made recommendation to try the stuffed hash brown. My husband and Grand daughter loved them. I got the farmers omelet with sausage gravy. The gravy was not my favorite and my potatoes were under cooked but this wouldn't stop me from trying something different as I loved the Mom and Pop feel to the place. Everything was hot and we loved the environment. We will be going back.

We had the stuff hash Browns. Sided with sour cream and baby rays. Excellent coffee/food served by excellent people with extra heapings of friendly and free smiles. So far this is the best biscuits and gravy I've had in the area! A bit thick but oh so good reminds me of grandma's style

Great breakfast place! It was clean and neat. Staff were very attentive and the food was served fast and hot. I would recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area.

The food is average at best. Lacks flavor. Veggies are never cooked in the omelets. I've never understood the attraction. Haven't been in years but I'm in town and that's where my friend wanted to meet. Nothing has changed except they remodeled.

I love Getty St Grill! Such a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a great breakfast or lunch! The staff are super friendly and the owner is always so energetic and fun to be around. If you get a chance to eat at Getty St Grill, do it!

Ordered take out before getting on the hwy after Memorial day weekend...I looked in the bag and asked for utensils and condiments, cashier looks at me with an attitude and says "everything is in there"- got on the hwy with nothing to eat with, not all the condiments that I asked for...had to pull off and get things so the kids can eat. Food was ok..kind of cold.

Food was very tasty, cooked just right, and served fast and hot. Servers were friendly, stopped by to check on us just the right amount and coffee was kept full. Very friendly courteous manager greeted us at the door and went out of his way to thank people for their patronage as they were leaving. I'm from out of town but will make this a regular stop next time I'm in town.
