Good brakfast. Snack machine doeasn't print invoice. Few options for meals near B&B at Nanterre. Room OK. Wi-fi OK. Bathroom OK. Cleanliness OK. Breakfast cutlery is handled by all guests, could be individualized for reasons of hygiene.

No tissue, no water bottle Not even phone in the room to call receptio, you’ll have to go downstairs and speak directly to the staff. 12mins walk from nearest station, no convenience stores nor supermarket nearby, hotel has vending machine, juice for 2.60euro. Room not soundproof can hear people walking in the hall from inside the room The shower doesn’t have a closed door so the water leaks at the toilet area. You will have to borrow hairblower at the reception and pray that it’s available, they don’t bother to offer basic things here. Wifi—you always have to register your info to connect to it—always get disconnected after a while. This has been very annoying, to always fill out name, email, number etc every single time.

Rooms were under equipped. The service was mediocre. Location wasn't the best. Bookings were very overpriced.

It’s a very simple B&B located in a business area in the outskirts of Paris (Nanterre). Price is reasonable but there is nothing around in less than 5 min (restaurants, supermarket). The hotel room is very simple and not cozy at all. There is also no proper seat for working in the room and the sink of the bathroom had a blockage, not hygienic. Unfortunately I would not recommend it for families, couples or friends. Just can be useful for business in the proximities.

All in all a good stay for a small budget. Rooms are clean (no hair dryer though), air condotioned, breakfast is okay. The hotel has the option to online order food to the room (pizza, burgers, mexican, whatever you desire) down in the entrance, which comes quite handy if you arrive late. The B&B is located in more of a industrial area (with sunset view if you are on the back side), so it is VERY convenient to order food like that. Personell is friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast, clean room, clean facilities, friendly staff, a little far from the train station, but it's worth it. I loved it and recommend it.

clean, quite, friendly, good price. However, WIFI is a little difficult to connect, have to try several times, but finally it works.

We wanted to change the date, but they didn’t gave us the option to change the date. Very bad service for such a big hotel chain.

I paid an insanely high price of €183/night for a trash room. And the most amusing bit is that it's called a budget hotel. The room was not clean, there was dirt and hair on the bathroom floor and on the bed.

Worst receptionist lady, yesterday I cancel my reservation early because of my work and the first guy who I talk to tell me yes is possible everything is okey don’t worry, he tell me we will call you back thing that didn’t happen, when I call back asking if everything was okey the WORST lady Answer the phone she scream to me a lot of things very rude she hang off the phone several times I try to call again and she event scream to me even more with bad words only because I didn’t understand the email screaming that I didn’t know how to speak French, so lady you work in a hotel you have to know more than one language don’t be so racist, that’s really shame for the hotel I don’t know how they have this type of people working in your front desk. And surprise I didn’t received my money back. Worst experience don’t go to this hotel and I hope you do something with that type of staff.

I needed a last minute hotel and this was a great find. It was £250 for 4 nights in a nice room whereas basic hotels in Paris city centre were £500-£600. This hotel is located in Nanterre just outside of Paris but getting into the city is really easy. It's a 10min walk from the hotel to Nanterre-Ville RER A train station and it takes just 15mins to get to Auber where you can change for the metro. Highly recommend and will return if visiting Paris again.

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude! It's either she was quite overwhelmed by the number of guests (8) or is was just plain rude! The night guy who was at the reception behaved exactly the same way as his colleague. In the presence of my boss, these people were unprofessional and are not fit to be on the front desk of a hotel. The following day, the housekeeper knocked our doors at 9am and 11am telling us it was time to check out when checking out was clearly at 12h. RUDE STAFF have no place in any establishment.

I walked in late in the night few days ago looking for vacancies without reservation for big room or two rooms the receptionist make some call consulting the boss without consulting his computer finally he told me it is ok to get 2 rooms but he denied to tell where the rooms are in which floor and if they are next to each other until I pay with credit card only and my personal document eventually the night shift receptionist di not give me enough confidence and professionalism to stay it seems to have some tricks in paris hotels in the night all they need is to pay first to get even informations about where you suppose to sleep in peace.

It could be possible the window in room can open and not feel like i am in jail....and could be a small fridge too, if need a bottle of cold water and not getting from 5th floor to reception to buy from the automatic machine... Beyond that, room was clean and comfortable and staff was just normal

We had a great stay. The rooms were basic but comfortble and everything you would need for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was ok, but still good value for money. We're very satisfied with our stay. Main points for our stay were good quality room and bathroom, breakfast availability, approximity to highway, outdoor parking and ariconditioning.

Staff was fantastic. She checked me into a room that was not made and food was on the counter. She apologise and gave me another room that was properly prepared. overall staff was very friendly and excellent service. Room is good for short stay for thé price I pay. i would recommend to friend provided they are aware that it 10 mins to the closest train station.

The access to the hotel was very convenient for someone who want to leave the city fast. The staff at the reception were rude. In particular, a lady, who after complaining about the invasion of the room by mosquitoes tried all the ways to blame us as a client, after we had left the window open! (Notice for "Non-opening of the windows" was only in French)! After this fact, they do not take even one step to resolve this concern. Besides, the next day the same person wanted to make irony about the fact of the situation created one day before! I'll not recommend this hotel!!!

Good location because you don’t have to drive deep into the city to get to the motel. Metro is 10-15 mins walk. The staff is friendly. You don’t see them very often. The breakfast is just to have a breakfast. This can be improved by far. The only obvious food was omelette and even this was below average, but eatable. Other things to eat and drink are: cereals, bread, croissant, milk, tea, coffee, yogurt, fruit pure and a few more. The room is pretty clean. The guys that clean are friendly and their doing a good job. The water in the shower goes everywhere in the bathroom because of bad design/angle of the bathroom floor and common floor with the shower! That’s a little bit annoying because you have to walk in water every time. There are no fridge or any other devices in the room, beside the TV. Overall I’m satisfied with the price/quality. Considering that this is a 3 star motel, I totally agree that it deserves every star. Maybe in the future with little improvements could became a 4 star motel.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Good heat, nice cleaning daily service. 10mins walk to train station. Very fast wifi 5ghz. Comfortable bed as well. The only improvement can be made from my point of view is the quality of the soap in bathroom.

The hotel is really nice, but doesn't have a closet in room or bar. The bar would be really nice since there are no bars near this area. And bad thing is that receptionists barely knows english. And as most hotels in Paris, it's overpriced. The breakfast is nice and good price, but coffee could be better.

The worst hotel ever. After one day all my belongings were removed from the room, even if I.had room booked for 3 nights. When I reported that at the reception they did nothing. The room is small. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel, because the containers are empty. They say there is Chromecast, it is true. It is there but you can't connect to it.

We have stayed once more at a B&B hotel in France, on the 1st floor, but the room did not have soap and the breakfast was really bad. This time the hotel was really new and nice, we stayed on the last floor, and had no issues whatsoever. We did not have breakfast, though the hotel advertised its new breakfast, maybe that would have been much better too. Overall it was a pleasing surprise.

In general the stay was good. We were comfortable in the room. The cleanliness was good, the space was adequate, the bedding was clean, comfortable pillows. The only insident we had was at dawn that a kind of alarm sounded outside the room, like around 3:00 am, which puzzled us and made it hard for us to go back to sleep.

Great hotel. Nice place. Location is not so great. Need to walk to access anything for about 1 mile. The train is not far at all. The hotel is very helpful. Nice size room compare to the hotels I've been in Europe. Customer service is good. I just wished they would say something about tax of the day ahead of time instead of when I arrived. Would recommend.

This hotel shouldn’t have a star! The quality is poor, room are very small and not very clean, the floor is horrible, heating doesn’t work and you will be freezing, bathroom very small you can’t move properly and smells bad. The breakfast is basic (bread croissants and coffee none fruits or anything apart from butter and jam). There is nothing around the hotel and if you want have your dinner do not order food from the machine at reception as the food is disgusting. The hotel doesn’t have any food or facilities in the evening. The staff was nice although. I wouldn’t recommend and I will NEVER COME BACK!! This is not a good value for money at all!

Extremely dirty -- the shower curtains had huge stains on them, I counted 7 places on the bathroom wall where there is hair stuck (and apparently from different people, some of them were black and some golden-white.) There was even a red stain on the freakin pillowcase (hello? I'm supposed to put my face on that thing?) I went barefoot under the shower and the floor was STICKY. Black stains in the sink. The window hadn't been cleaned since the place was built, I could literally wipe dust off of it. Other than that, I get the overwhelming impression that they spent some effort on the design and zero effort on everything else. For a two-person room, the room is practically empty aside from the bed. No tissue. No bottled water. A kettle is out of the question. No cups (oh well you have two PAPER cups). No closet (and definitely no back-up duvets or sheets or anything, hence I had to turn the stained pillowcase inside-out and sleep on that). One teeny tiny table and one teeny tiny stool. No hair-dryer. No phone to contact reception. There are towels but after seeing the quality of their cleaning I'm not sure you should trust their towels. And don't give me any of that "our supplies are listed on our website" stuff. Tissue, water, a hair-dryer, proper cups, and an interphone are EXPECTED from a hotel. It's cheap but if I were to visit Nanterre again I'd rather spend 10 more euros on an Ibis Budget.
