Was not too happy with my stay. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible as a lot of people have stated here already. It is not even slow, but you’re permanently disconnected and cannot reconnect without “forgetting” the network and trying x times to reconnect via the hotel’s landing page again. Awful if you want to work from the hotel or want to relax with some Netflix/YouTube/… in the evening. My room was quite small and especially the bathroom is absolutely run-down: There is no walk-in shower, just a bathtub with a shower head and very little space. The armatures are rusty and old, the shower head was sliding down the bar because the attachment was broken, the glass pane is milky, water did not run off properly… Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The food was fresh and generally tasty but the selection is quite limited. Good juices. The scrambled eggs which are a cornerstone of my breakfast are unfortunately quite bad. Service staff was very nice to me and helped me on a personal matter. Hotel is very well located - there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, stations nearby and the city center is also not far. All in all, 2-3*, rounding up here because of the nice staff but I have definitely been in better 4* hotels already.

The worst hotel experience in France. No space in car park upon arrival, had to find parking on the street, a long walk from hotel, we ordered a cot for the room which was accepted by the hotel, yet the lady on reception then complained about this upon arrival. It was the smallest room you could imagine yet advertised as a family room, whilst the restaurant closed earlier than we had been told, so had no food options. The sheet cover was the flimsiest I have come across and within 10 minutes had fallen off the mattress. Note also, their supposed rule of 1 person in the elevator. Very clever for a hotel with 2 elevators and well over 250 guests..

I’d like to particularly thank Thomas at the reception who helped us with the microwave. The rest of the staff: chefs and house cleaners were also wonderfully friendly. The Thai noodles are too sugary for my taste at the restaurant

Supportive staffs, nice room, great view of River Loire, walkable from City centre, Tram and Bus service nearby, nice food options.

Hotel is located near centre of Nantes and railway station. Check in is fast and gentle. Spaces in underground garage are narrow. Rooms are nice and spacious but heating is too high. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is not 4 stars, no fresh veggies, missing of sugar for yoghurt, no fresh orange juice. That part need upgrade.

Can't say I would willingly stay here again! Yes, it is clean and that's important, but hardly anything else that is impressive! Nice reception area with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was nice, with a fair choice. The rooms were basic, with no comfort really. My first room stunk of smoke, coming through the air vents, and a bed that squeezed with every movement, and actually went up hill ! So had I slept in it (I changed rooms)would have had a headache in the morning! Certainly not a 4* that I am used to. Rooms need updating! One unnerving thing I did notice, was that there was not a smoke alarm in the two rooms I had! Which I can only presume is the same throughout the hotel ?! 😱

Great location, skate park out front. Nice staff. Good walking distance to the center of everything. A little out dated.

Was stranded at nantes Airport thanks to Ryanair and Rentascape. We booked this room last minute. The staff who were working reception on the 5.6.2023 and in the morning of the 6th went above and beyond to help us. The suite was amazing hotel clean all staff friendly. Highly recommend. Would definitely re-book.

Really a great experience to stay at this hotel. We just stayed for one night. The hotel is very clean with a free parking and we found a good offer online with breakfast included. The rooms are so big. The bed are so big. I was so happy to see the bed. It is soo big. The shower water pressure is really good. The staff is nice. Everything was good.

Good low price, quite decent breakfast despite of the restrictive covid19 regulations. Loved the bed. Some rooms could benefit from a revamp but overall it's a good option for the price. Be careful with the underground parking if you're on a large car, can be difficult on the way down.

Good location, within walking distance of many Nantes' sights. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, great personal experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of sweet and salty options. Easy check in and check out.

Hotel is clean but horrible. Internet is bad. My key didn’t work on my second night. Breakfast is skimpy.

Good to have free parking below and the stay and breakfast was good. We also ate in the restaurant which met the needs of my fuzzy son 😁

Times are really changing if this is a 4 star hotel. Omg.... Even 3 are incredible. The (only) positive is that it is located not far from center, that can be accessed by foot through a quite dubious neighborhood. Rooms are basic and quite small, you enter directly in your bed 😨. Rust and decay is all around. I had the impression that someone took a nap in my bed, confirmed by the crinckled sheet and the black hair on the pillow 🤢. I can remember when 4 stars had slippers and some toiletries in the bathroom, not just liquid soap and shampoo. Not anymore and not here. As someone noticed, also wifi is faulty, first time in Fr when this happens. A place where I will surely never come back.

Great hotel! Special thanks to the hotel staff, in particularly Loralie who saved me helping to get our flight passes organised and was so friendly as well the first time we came to stay that we decided to come back to stay another 2 nights at the hotel later on in the holiday. There is parking in the basement👍. Rooms basic and fine for a cheap hotel in the middle of the city. The boys loved the breakfast and we really had a perfect time here🥞🍳🥓. The location was perfect for us, just across the road there is a brilliant skatepark🛹, there is also the best cafe there next to the skatepark overlooking the river!
