descent hotel, beakfast and kitchen is available. good place to stay on business and also delux room is available to visit and stay with family. the only negative pointvi see, it is little far from Nantes Center, and most of the tourist places in Nantes Center, but overall it was a good experience, supportive hotel staff, breakfast was good, peaceful place.

I visit for one day and had a great experience. The rooms are clean and they have a bad top, a small kitchen. Breakfast starts at six, which is wonderful and it is a good breakfast. Lots of choices. The employees speak English and are very kind and helpful. I was there om a Monday and most of the restaurants are closed. I went to the Carrefour there and buy some steaks and I fried them in my room. I don't know if they have a restaurant, I didn't ask. Thanks to the staff ❤️ God Bless!!!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Big and spacious and very clean. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Nice bar and bar food exceptional. Room with sink, electric cooking rings, microwave, kettle and coffee/tea/milk. Beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

The room was clean, and our stay was pleasant. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Nantes. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a professional atmosphere. Working airco, which is a big plus in the summer 😀. Free parking with plenty of space with a gate that closes around 11pm. A couple of improvements can be made though: the pots and pans were quite dirty, and there were no supplies to do the dishes with (probably the reason why the pots and pans were dirty).

The staff is excellent, showing complete devotion to understanding and accomodating guests' needs. I refer specifically to very efficient booking and arrival/reception procedures, but the restaurant and housecleaning personnel are also first-class. The hotel itself is well maintained and the rooms comfortable.

Room with good bed, desk and kitchenette but no comfortable chairs. Secure car park. Excellent value but avoid breakfast with limp croissant and weak coffee a travesty to french cuisine.

Amazing bed! Truly heavenly after a long trip. Room was soundproofed properly, it included a small kitchen area with sink, fridge and microwave. There is an en-suite toilet and bathroom (separated for extra privacy). Overall the only complaints I have is that the parking lot isnt paved in concrete and the hotel food is expensive. Aside from that the facilities are brilliant and the staff seemed friendly. High quality for a low price!

Nice hotel. If your going. Book and pay over phone. Prices will go up. 20 euro. Clean tidy. 4 mile walk into town. Taxis are a little pricey. Good little place tho. Room good size with cooking equipment in

Big Hotel from Quality chain. As always these hotels are nothing special but also not bad ... so just average. The staff was really friendly, rooms were clean. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast area is too small if there are more than 30 people who want to have breakfast at the same time.

The reception called us a taxi. Except it wasn't a taxi but an overpriced private chauffeur which cost 35.00€ to the city center. The reception also told us the breakfast would be until 11am when they cleared it at 10am. Rooms were okay and the kitchen in the room was nice.

I traveled to Nantes and stayed in Sure Hotel during the night of the 8th of September. I traveled with a group of associates from work (10 people) and we stayed in 5 different rooms. We were asked to pay upfront at check-in (something I’ve never experienced before staying in hotels in Europe). 3 of the rooms had problems. Me and my brother (who stayed together) and 4 other associates had to come down to the reception because our cards didn’t work. The night audit didn’t speak any English and we couldn’t understand exactly what happened, but it looks like the cards weren’t activated properly. We finally got to our rooms. I took a shower and as I lay down to sleep I notice a loud beep coming from the fire alarm. It was beeping every minute because it was low on battery. I called the reception on the phone and once again it was really hard to communicate because of the language barrier. She finally came to our room and agreed to move us to another room. When we finally got a new room it was already 0130 in the night. We were really tired and we just slept. In the morning we noticed that the bed sheets weren’t clean properly, there was smelly (rotten) food inside the fridge, the microwave was super dirty and the toilet was very smelly. During breakfast we talked with our associates and 2 other rooms also had smelly food inside the fridge and weren’t clean properly. One of them even had a piece of cooked chicken just laying there in the kitchenette and dirty dishes in the sink. We complained to the receptionist (Cristine) but she couldn’t help us as she was just a trainee working during the weekends (and she didn’t get any information of what happen with our room during the night). Even though she was very helpful and tried her best to make it work for us. We were asked to write an e-mail about what happened. Apparently they have people complaining about the same things every week, but when you read their comment section in Bookings, it looks like they are really good. I also noticed they dismiss some of the things the clients complain about, but I wouldn’t doubt the criticism considering what I’ve experienced here. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I would never recommend staying here to anyone. At least if you like sleeping in a clean room.
