We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Pros: 1. The stuff was very polite and helpful 2. The room was clean, though had some smell of old. 3. The check in and out was very quick. Cons: 1. The location is central, though expect additional 10 minutes of walk to get to the real center. 2. 13€ for parking for a day is relatively expensive. 3. The room is pretty small. 4. The towels were small. 5. No refrigerator and a safe box (as expected).

Good Hotel for a City Trip. It takes a 5-10min walk to the city center. Rooms are basic and clean. Hotel has a parking garage which costs 14€ for 24h. Height Limit ist 1,85m for the garage. There is no elevator from the garage to the Hotel though an Elevator connects the Reception to the other floors. Hotel offers Breakfast (which we didn't use) and a little bar which offers coffee, softdrinks and beer all day. Grocery store is nearby. No Safe in the room.

The rooms are clean but not great. The air conditioning wasn't working in spite the 32 degrees outside. Too expensive for what you get.

Exactly what you expect from an IBIS hotel. Everything worked perfectly. Great location!

You can’t go far wrong with an Ibis hotel, other than finding the correct one! There are so many of them… There’s everything you need, and the rooms are super clean, there’s a restaurant, a bar and at reception the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and didn’t make any noise getting in or out. The wooden floor and Lino in the bathroom is nice & warm on bare feet. I did notice there was no tea/ coffee facility or any water in the room. They have their daily room rate lit up on a sign outside the door. €129 the day I arrived, I settled for it as it was a really cold day. The next day it was €79! 🤪ah well 😀 The breakfast costs €10.90. It’s an eat what you want buffet. I always take some things with me as when your travelling as you can get hungry when there’s no shops around. Something not great was the taxi they ordered for me to the airport. But to be honest it’s out of their control, I got scammed. But that won’t stop me staying at an Ibis hotel again.

As always, Ibis is not fancy, but clean, modern style.... A nice stay at this hotel

Not sound proof, can hear people talking next door & shoes tapping from 7am. Room is super basic, a bit small. No tissues, limited towels, no “do not disturb” sign. Only thing saving from a 2* rating is the view of the castle from the window!!

Stayed here for a few nights, and it completely surprised me, it was comfortable, spacious as much as it could be, it serviced its purpose quite comfortably. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent, the wifi was fast and never dropped. Loved staying here and next time when visiting Nantes, will stay here again!!!

The room was nice and clean. Very close to the center. The only recommendation I have for the future to add vegetables at the breakfast.

Brilliant location and staff that are extremely nice and pleasant if some of them where a little out of their depth. The rooms are very tired and need a complete refit.

Great place to stay. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and a secure place to put my bicycle. Highly recommended

I could not book it without a breakfast even starting 5:30 in the morning. The orange juice in the breakfast bag opened and it spilled al over the bag producing a mess. Please let people book a room without breakfast.

Room smelled of cologne and was dirty. Air conditioning did not work. Bathroom floors are made of foam (moldy). Only one person working in the evening.
