In the hotel we got a big room, with the ability of separation between its parts. There was a little bit of waiting before we got the room, but for that waiting we got promotion to a better room. The crew is very nice and the breakfast was good with good VFM

Beware of this hotel which is not really an hotel as there's NO cleaning service (in fact, once per 7 days). So it means, no one will change your towels or get the garbage out. I would have appreciated to know that before booking, not after (this is NOT mention in the hotel's website description). I don't understand how this place can be called a "4 star" hotel as there's not much difference with Airbnb. The room is big but clearly there's a maintenance problem, there were for instance cracks between the bathtub and the sink which showed accumulated dirt within that gap. It really looked disgusting. Also, there were cracks between the shower and the sink which constantly led to water leaking out when someone was taking a shower to the entire bathroom. I was also surprised that, in the luggage storage, the receptionist did not bother to give us a tag to identify our luggage, even though we asked for one, and left us on our own when we came back, so we could have taken all the luggage and walk out as he returned to his desk.

The room was nice and spacious. Only problem was the toilet wasn't week designed so the water will really make the whole bathroom wet. It seemed like the sink was clogged so the water wasn't running properly. Location is super convenient.

Was delighted with this stay during rugby WC and rooms are comfortable with small kitchen. Sauna also decent on site.

I am sorry that I forgot the name of the Lady who made my Check in july 25th around 19.30 (Lady from Indonesia... sorry I forgot your name) She was so professional. Same also for night Hote who kindly gave me some tea. Room: very clean and I slept well The hotel location very nice... near the Train Central Station Thank you all for that stay The Breakfast is the point the hotel have to focus on... cause a bit poor for my opinion

Worst nightmare I had in a hotel ever! At 6.30 in the morning a man entered my room which I had locked. I woke up in a panic and shouted at him to leave my room. He said he would but asked for my name, which sounded surreal. When I came down I saw the same man at reception, so understood he was in the hotel staff. Instead of begging me for forgiveness on his knees he explained he thought the room was empty and was checking. I am not sure what sort of policy they have in this hotel but as a single female business traveller paying for a expensive hotel room I expect some level of security and privacy as a minimum. I don't know what else to add, this has never happened to me in the over 20 years I have spent travelling for work in all countries of the world.

Walking distance to train station and tram, also surrounded by many tourists spots of Nantes. Room is big enough for 2 adults and 1 child(my little family). Behind the hotel, there’s a very delicious Thai restaurant with valuable price!

Stayed for 2 nights as a family with two small children, 2 ys old and infant. Location is great, right next to the château, easy walking distance to city centre, next to tram station. Apartment was very spacious, clean, beds alright. Small children play area available on ground floor with nice books and some toys which made us as a family with small children feel welcome. The apartment was VERY cold though and we were told the temperature of 19 C (felt a lot colder, probably due to big windows and cold floor?) could NOT be raised - apparently a policy of the hotel chain to curb energy cost. Reception provided us with more duvets and an electric heater to keep our babies warm. Breakfast is 14 € and definitely not worth the expense - do yourself a favour and grab some croissants, pain au chocolat and a coffee at literally any boulangerie or café nearby for a fraction of the price and for MUCH better quality food and nice atmosphere. Cushions available in bed aren't comfy/ good quality - bring your own. Would stay again if in the area but without breakfast option, without car (parking is very expensive - 15 €/ night) and definitely only during warmer months.

Poor service, no body wash/shampoo, no toothpaste, TV wasn't working, towels stank. For 80€ a night it's ridiculous, stay somewhere else.

Good : Location, Quite room, friendly staff, clean toiletries, coffee machine in the cafeteria and comfy bed, bath tub and showers and mainly a luggage storage facility they offered they day of the checkin and the day of the checkout. Things could have been better : Broken dustbin, no body wash/hand wash, no places to dry the wet cloths, no salt/pepper in the kitchen.

Good hotel. Room was spacious with cooking facilities and a nice bathroom. About 10 minutes walk from the end of the Airport Bus journey. Close to the castle and many restaurants. Also about 6 minutes walk from the main train station (Gare SNCF). Staff in the hotel were helpful. I visited two towns on the Bay of Biscay during my 3 day stay just about an hour's train journey from Nantes. Both had beaches with restaurants beside or near them. These were Pornic and St Nazaire (Saint Marc sur Mer reachable by 30 minutes or so bus journey from just outside the St Nazaire train station. Tickets can be bought from machines near bus stops).

Everything was fine.. except one plumber opened the door without waiting for answer after knocking ! and my friend was in the shower and very shocked ! Also I don't understand why, he still came to fix something from the shower place when customer already checked in?! that was really not proper.

Great value for money! Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Good ,new modern facilities. small kitchen in room. There s even a sauna and a small gym room for free. With some books and board games too. Great location. The room is big enough for three people. Love it. With plenty of tourist information.good security. Would stay again.

Comfortable apartment in good location! My husband and I booked an apartment for 3 which meant that we had plenty of room. It was in a convenient location just a short walk from the train station and the city centre. The apartment has everything you need with a small kitchenette, bathroom, comfortable bed, good WiFi, small living area and TV. The bathroom fittings were old and worn and we thought that the room smelt musty when we first arrived (we fixed this by opening all the windows). The front desk staff were really helpful and friendly and it was very useful to have access to the laundry - which had very good washing machines.

It was fairly good overall and met our needs. The hotel makes you take out your own rubbish, wash your dishes in the dishwasher, and will only clean room weekly if you stay longer than 7 days. Otherwise you get charged a fee. However they do provide things families with children need like cots and baby seats. It was quiet with AC. Wouldn't mind staying again if need be.
