The problem that the doctors are always delay for example i waiting for doctor called Abdelrahman khder our appointment is 12pm and its 12.45 and not reach,,, it means not respect Also we take alot of time at the pharmacy to get the medicine although there is nobody was there!! But on other side its very clean, system is great, reception, call Centre are perfect

I needed to see my Vascular doctor who I only trust his opinion for any of my family members illness so I checked Dr Mohammed Ismael calendar to find that he was visiting As-Salam International Hospital while we are Heliopolis residents so we decided to check in to the Outpatient Clinics. We met by the super helpful and friendly front officer Khediwy خديوي who helped us to complete the necessary admission process and guided us where to go next. We went to the assessment room when Aliaa Hassan علياء حسن was helpful and kind. The nurse Doha ضحي was very supportive. Aliaa علياء and her male colleague from guest relation were very helpful and supportive too. Thanks Dr Adel the pharmacy Head for helping me to receive the medicines described for my sister illness following 45 minutes waiting time because of inefficient female pharmacist. Thanks Dr Mohamed for contacting us to clear the outstanding issue with the received medicine. The hospital is really unique with its professional doctors, officers, nurses and clerks; All very kind, supportive, helpful and caring. They bear responsibility to help patients and their escorts without being asked. They receive people nervous attitude with patience and compassion. They All really acted above and beyond to serve people. I am Dar El Fouad client/patient but never faced such respectful and caring team behavior in any hospital in Egypt except at As Salam Hospital (Welldone team and hospital management). The hospital is well equipped by display screens for patients guidance and awareness inspiring posters. Furniture is modern, chic, comfortable and clean. The decor reflects positive vibes. Dukes the bakery shop is available inside the hospital. All team working there are very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was extremely excellent and had positive impact on us except the long waiting time at the Pharmacy but thanks again to Dr Adel for handling the issue quickly.

Excellent medical care. The best in Cairo. Much better than the Maadi one. Positives: -Nurses are terrific, doctors are terrific as well even though the consultant doesn't come first- the registrar or specialist comes first, but still they are very knowledgeable. - Well equipped. - The rooms are very clean and housekeeping available all the time. - The administration are polite and professional. They take most insurances and are used to international insurances. - There are concierges at the front door to help with wheelchairs and bags. (Flowers are not allowed in the rooms fyi.) Negatives are: -There is no parking garage or valet parking. There is an empty sand lot nearby that some ppl use for parking. Again, not practical for sick ppl or elderly. - Wifi is poor quality. -The street is not paved and it's crowded and choatic and smelly - No food options for visitors other than Duke's which is not that great. ICU care: Excellent care and the Director is hands on and present. Negs: - There is no way to get an update on a patient in the ICU and very limited visiting hours for the ICU. This is stressful for the family and patient. There should at least be a phone line to the ICU. - There should be a step- down ICU for less sick patients to allow for more visiting time. - The security at the ICU often allow non-family members in. There should be a restricted list of visitors to prevent spread of infection and for confidentiality purposes. - All guests should be wearing masks. Overall I recommend this hospital for any inpatient or emergency needs.

I would like to share my experience with As-Salam International Hospital.. my friend and I had a car accident and were admitted to the emergency in As-Salam hospital in New Cairo. I really want to thank the whole team there especially doctor Karim who looked after us really well and ER-Reception, Mr. Ahmed Atef who also finished all our paper work in no time. I have the knee surgery yesterday. Dr. Asal and Dr. Shedeed were very professionals, thank you doctors. Miss Engy and Mr Omar from client relations were very polite and very helpful. The nursing team Eslam Mohamed and Habiba were very quick and gentle taking care of me. Good job. The hospital is the cleanest I have seen in Egypt. Best of luck to this professional institute.

I had very bad experiance with the outpatient clinic in new cairo.the system is too slow and is not working .i visited 2 doctors there one was dermatolgist she eas very profosional but the orthopdic dr saleh el gameel was very rude and ended up by giving me presecription without any doses. I will never repeat the visit again qnx i urge every body not to visit. The syatem there depends 90 percent on the effort of the patient not the staff and also the doctor deney he is part of the hospital qnd does not want to listen.he believes he is not part of the hospital.!!!!!

They had a good booking system till last week, but as they introduced new system, it took more time to be treated. Also, make sure you ask for receipt and check the amount that you actually need to pay, because the cashier might tell you a different figure.

I have received great service and support from Ahmed Masoud during my visits for medical checkup. Ahmed is outstanding person who care about his work and provide excellent support.

Mr Omar mokhtar” clinic senior” is an example of decency and high empathy. He helped me through insurance procedures while I was in terrible pain, and showed true customer service by taking me to the doctor although the insurance company hasnt given them the approval yet. He is a star

A very bad outpatient clinic, bad service, bad PR and patient support. Filed a complaint, and they never came back to me, I followed after 9 working days, they concluded sorry, and I can get compensated by a free consultation. Till now they did not get back again upon my refusal of such stupid resolution. I had to turn it all to the Governance authority and the syndicate to retain my rights. My complaint is COMP202310062. The hospital knows my mob number. ا

I had a major surgery about a week ago, and I couldn’t be happier. The team of Doctors, Nurses, Housekeepers, and room service were truly wonderful. They were all very caring and super friendly. They took care of me and my recovery from start to finish. Thank you all, and see you soon!

We are leaving, the doctor has not arrived, wait. There is no one in the laboratory, wait for him. There is no one on view, wait for that. A hospital that is constantly kept waiting. If you have an appointment here, you will not be able to leave the hospital for at least two hours. But Saoudi German Hospital, on the contrary, is orderly.

- Great hospitality (very welcoming) - Great services (health, food, cleaning…etc.) - Amazing staff (friendly and helpful) - Clean rooms and hallways (smell fresh and look nice) - The medical (nurses), cleaning, and staff are very quick and approachable. - Rooms are very convenient and comfortable. I 10/10 recommend this hospital. The immaculate services provided to me throughout my stay made my experience and recovery much better.

I have been to the new cairo branch twice and on both occasions the nursing staff have been very accommodating and caring. DR.Mohamed Hassan was great and the Secretary Mr. Mostafa Hamdy was professional and extremely helpful. All in all I am very happy with the services provided at the hospital.

Was diagnosed, tested, and ultimately provided surgery at the Hospital. Everything went smoothly and well facilitated. I could not be happier with the results. If there is anyone I can thank for all of this, it is Miss Engy, the office manager for lab work. She was beyond helpful-- constantly in contact and reassuring. She helped me translate everything (I only speak Spanish and English) and notified / allowed me to feel comfortable every next step. Today was my second experience with the doctors and staff at the New Cairo branch. I actually had the opportunity to go into the hospital for out patient care. Dr. Rania was so nice and so kind helping me navigate the locations I need to be seen in. Every single person I came into contact with was kind and greeted me with big warm smiles. There was never a time I did not feel cared for. Dr. Diaa was just as awesome today as he was the very first time I met him. His bedside manner is definitely commendable. He is hands down one of the best orthopedic doctors I know. This is a great place for superb medical care!!

My sister had serious gallbladder pain and we need to confirm , so I went to the ER with her. I've never before visited a private hospital where they requested payment in advance of doing a patient examination. She only required a quick Ultra sound to be sure, though. A collection of pointless tests was created by them. We moved out as soon as the gallbladder symptoms were confirmed by the ultra sound , we refused any additional pointless tests asked by the doctor in ER . Note that the physician suggested an MRI! Why, if i may ask? Why is an MRI required if the symptoms of the gallbladder were confirmed by just an ultrasound? !! my question for the physician If you meet certain goals ( Target) , the hospital administration will award you a bonus ? NB I had to make another payment for the bills because the deposit i made the first place exceeded the amount due, therefore they had to refund the transaction and i made a new payment for the less amount needed.

My father underwent colon surgery at Al Salam International Hospital in New Cairo (Al Tagamoa), and we hope that he will have a speedy recovery and return home to his loved ones in good health. In truth, we found the services to be of the highest quality. Due to the circumstances, I would like to express my gratitude to the security supervisor, Mustafa Ibrahim, for safeguarding our valuable belongings and assisting us in facilitating our tasks.

Extremely poor organization. Every desk we stop at says something different than the one prior. The call centre told us the doctor comes in from 6-8, he ended up changing his time to 7 and nobody informed us so we waiting an extra hour in the waiting room. The screens in the waiting room aren’t always working. They said if the name of the doctor doesn’t show up on the screen, a nurse will come call the names. Which didn’t happen, we had to get up to check if our number came or not. They have a carpet in the entrance of the hospital. Which is extremely useless. Patients on wheelchairs, elderly, or people with broken bones are at risk for tripping over it. I myself tripped over it just walking normally, I can only imagine what it would be like for a person with a physical disability. Regardless of safety, carpets are unsanitary and trap bacteria. Which is why they serve no purposes in hospitals. Would not recommend.

Absolutely beautiful premises with state of the art facilities. Have been there on multiple occasions, all went smoothly. Always travel here from Maadi
