If you want to consider it as private hospital so i would give it low rate… it looks like public hospital! Toilets are old, you wait for long time, the place on general doesn’t look clean! In the other hand there is no long waiting in the lines, it is cheap compare with other hospitals like you may pay 500 LE for échographie and 300 LE for Xray.

Poor doctors ; poorer nurses; zero historical data for the repeated patients; awful ICU care . They aim to increase the bill by conducting all kind of blood tests and scans ; while they never read the results or heal the patients; moreover they hurt the patients more with negligence; Totally unqualified and non recommended

ER is inexperienced, management is amateur, nurse staff are liars and full of themselves. Would not recommend this hospital. In addition they intentionally keep you longer so you'd buy stuff from their overpriced cafe.

If you are going there for a routine checkup, or want to run lab tests or imagery, then this is the perfect place in New Cairo for you

VIP LOUNGE is the best department in the hospital, collaborative people, keen on the patients and always trying to help. Overall, good experience but the emergency department needs better doctors as its the worst department and not even in Air forced but in New Cairo

This hospital is just trying to take as much money as possible without the help or the right system and the doctors in the place just don’t care and they just wanna get over with you. Would never consider as a place to go

I was hospitalized here for one week. Professional care is at a very good level, as is the staff 😃

Very professional staff and very good doctors. Maybe a little organizational issues But overall a very good experience

First of all, let's be honest that Egyptians go to Emergency department even if we have cold 😀. This does not happen in other countries. I went to the ER today but I was not able to take a full breath. So immediately after entering the door they took my medical card and ID and within minutes there was a bed in the ER and the nurse came took a blood sample and measured the blood pressure while asking some questions. 5 minutes later a doctor came and did all the checks and asked to do an x-ray and blood test. He asked if I need a wheel chair or I can walk. Within minutes a nurse came and escort me to the x-ray room and finished Within 5 minutes. Return back to the ER and they started giving me oxygen and medication and told me that I have severe Pneumonia and should stay at hospital for 3 days to be under monitoring or take medication at home under my own risk. They were very professional, friendly and responsive.

Very clean , well organised hospital

Hectic, not the same feel as a US hospital. But the staff seemed very well experienced and educated. They have modern equipment. And I think that's where I'd want to go if I needed a hospital in Cairo. Took care of my cousin quite well so thank you and I hope not to see you again. ;)
