Had a takeout and was given the wrong order, which we only discovered when we got home. Phoned to ask for the correct order to be done and delivered but was told they were too busy to deliver. I drove back to KFC, and they tried to say it was my fault. After a few words with the manager, I finally got the correct order, but it cost me time and fuel to have to go back 😫

Paid £40. The order got mixed up. Bunch of idiots working there blaming their idiotism on delivery guys. Cobs missing fries missing most of the order is missing. Drink is different. Chicken is smelly and has a funny taste even badly burnt outside. Called in for help the lady on the phone was unhelpful ignorant disgusting person. Not even a one star service. She was saying google the delivery company and complain to them. If I was working like this at my workplace I would have been already fired. You are fired idiots!!!!!!! Never see you again.

wish i could give it 0 stars ngl don’t get me wrong place really clean not like golden hills but like the service is utterly terrible. if we didn’t check the bags we would’ve gone home with just a box of chicken no fries in the bag no drinks no dips nothing just chicken😭. then we have just come home and no beans or gravy looking forward to that too shocking from this kfc for £33 no gravy or beans unacceptable they were literally trying to scam us… also can you get someone to bring the gravy and beans to our door thanks xx

10 mins waiting in the drive through to receive chicken twister meal, with no fries and a twisterwell what look coleslaw with sweet chilli sauce added. A Trilogy Meal nice and cold, with extra fries which we never received. No phoning them to let them know! no offer of a refund or a reorder off food. But to receive a code for the next time we vist for the fries. I what more can I say.

I love a KFC but first time visit to this restaurant and I am compelled to say how bad it actually was. The chicken was tasteless, dry, over cooked and the famous spices just wasn’t there. Won’t be heading back there very soon.

Clean & Tidy, even the Toilets which most 'fast food' establishments aren't.. table service with a smile. Food was quickly sent out, hot & tasty, freshly prepared. Lovely spot for a quick bite to eat.

chips were tastless and not hot/fresh. The chicken burger was cold and very very thin, like someone had used a rolling pin to flatten it out/paper thin. I won't be using the Newcastle branch again.

SUPERB ! ! I do love a KFC and this branch proper hit the spot . Called in here while visiting the hospital and the staff were very friendly , everywhere was spotless with plenty of seating and the food was amazing , only criticism was the portion of chips was tiny but the chicken was lovely 😁😁😁

I have several unpleasant experiences. One time I was sat at the drive through and no one came to take an order only for me to drive round and be told they were busy. My second experience was also a drive through, I was told I had to wait at the parking lot and have it brought to me. Surely this defeats the whole purpose of a drive through?

I am so disappointed with the order received from your Newcastle-under-Lyme, Liverpool Branch. 1.) Not only was the food delivered 2 HOURS late, there were no update on the app to give the estimated wait times. Ordered at 7pm and got at 9.10pm. 2.) Also, the order was delivered without the 4 Large Fries which comes along with the meal. 3.) And to worse it off, the chicken were under cooked and very salty. 24 pieces gone to waste! Finally, I had to cook my own meal for the guests. 4.) I also tried calling your number so many times but no one answered... Never again will I order KFC even if it is the last place on earth! What a sad deal! 85£ gone to waste!

Ordered through KFC app which used deliveroo. Order got shipped after first initial time frame. Idiot driver went to the same street name but in Wolstanton not Newcastle even though the post code is clearly visible. He called and asked where I was and I told him he had gone to the wrong address. He never appeared to my address even though my order shows as delivered to the other address he was at. Called KFC who said it wasn't them, I need to contact the delivery company, all they could do is issue my food again if I went to them which I couldn't do hence why I was booking a delivery. Called deliveroo who said they will escalate my case and expect an email. So no food, no money and guess what, no email. Nothing but daylight robbery and will never use either again. Checked with the restaurant if a driver had returned with the order and they hadn't So I hope the delivery driver that ate my food choked to death on the bones.

Sadly KFC is no longer cheap and cheerful fast food. It's not cheap nor is it fast - in my experience. I avoid this branch in particular as I've never had a good experience. The food has often been less than hot and the wait has often been considerable. Only surly disinterested teenage staff need apply apparently.

Appalling service. Ordered with Uber eats. After seeing two drivers disappear off the app third driver goes to collect and advised he cannot pick up because the order already collected. It did not get to destination. The Uber driver tried to help in store and I was waiting for manager who didn't come to phone. Another lady took call and advised they would re-send. Finally arrived, not great looking and missing many items. Called store who then admitted they had a technical issue and were struggling with orders and couldn't see orders properly. Directed to request refund through Uber. It seemed convenient to push the issue over to Uber. Whilst I was asked to come to store for reissue of food I could not do this as at work and also no vehicle to do so. Not very happy. I don't order food very often and certainly would not do so again in the future.

Payed for a 12 piece bucket , got home had ten portions of chicken I asked for two sides And got 4 small portions of beans when I ordered coleslaw and beans, I should have checked before driving away, I will know better next time,

I was shocked to find out how much prices have been increased since I last went, my usual meal from £6.49 to £10.49 However the food is nice still, you can not beat the Flavour of a good old KFC chicken

Amazing food in my opinion, crispy and spice chicken is always the best combination and the staff are very polite and friendly, the service was fast.overall a good experience.

KFC are nothing like McDonalds. The tables had not been wiped down after the previous customer. It was cold inside and quite dark where you order. KFC need to look how McDonalds make their restaurants appear bright and fun and welcoming and warm. The food is fine just make the premises more appealing.

Spoke to these people over the phone after they messed up our JustEat order. They admitted it was their fault but straight away got on the defence when I said I wasn't happy with JustEat's resolution (a credit note for the missing items). "Well they've handled it now haven't they?" with a condescending tone to his voice. After several JustEat failures I don't plan on ever using them again, so a credit note will do no good. These people messed up the order. They either a. Refund like for like i.e. put it back on my card. Or b. at least offer a redelivery with something complimentary, kind of like what restaurants used to do. But clearly they feel so invincible they don't mind p***ing new customers off. As someone else said, there's a McDonald's nearby. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Gone are the days where you can nip to a restaurant of this ‘variety’ and get a decent feed in little time, if you’re looking for somewhere to sit and wait for a good while then this is the place for you! Averaging 1 meal every 20 minutes regardless of what order you turned up in! If you’re going to prioritise people who haven’t got off their arses to actually go and get their food then be sure to warn people about that so they don’t waste their time sitting there for an hour.

Well done! After getting the order wrong between the speaker post and window, leaving one meal out and me having to correct this at the window. It appears we now have NO dips with any meals! Staff need to realise they are there for a job and not a good laugh amongst themselves. It’s not difficult is it? Poor service all round.

Food consistently missing when ordering from this place. 2 corn on the cobs and 4 dips missing tonight. Woman on the phone was about as much use as a waterproof teabag aswell. No attempt to rectify the error on their part. Cant possibly be that hard to look at the receipt and make sure everything is in the bag.

Went on the Tuesday £5.99 deal but someone didnt pull enough chicken out so only had full price meals and a 1 hour wait so i went daves chippy in knutton and it was as usual spot on the kfc is hit and miss its either great or awful not consistent good

So disappointed! The batter was so salty it was like filling your mouth with sea water, totally ruined my tea, we had a double gravy bucket and I had a twizzler wrap, the batter was salty on all of it, totally inedible :(

Nice and retro design inside and conveniently located for drivers. Sometimes gets quite crowded during peak times, so you’ll have to be waiting a considerable amount of time. Staff are lovely and friendly, but advice for customers is to check your order throughly after collecting since staff are often stuck in the hustle and bustle.

Made to wait on car park for 25 minutes! after ordering via drive through and then told order was given to someone else. When i finally received my order after 30mins of paying for it, it was missing multiple items to which after going back in a 3rd time, I was rudely and aggressively spoken too by staff. So decided to just return home, needless to say very unsatisfied and will certainly never be returning again. Awful service!

Great KFC, clean and tidy, service good but could do with more staff sometimes. A bit of a wait from time to time.

Food was good, but the cleaning didn't look to good, l had to ask if someone could clean food that was left on the chairs we wanted to sit on,they did clean it away but left the chairs very wet.

always friendly and nice. food usually done well and orders accurate when usung takeout or eat in. delivery orders sometimes not accurate and usually late but that's not KFCs fault. when ordering anywhere near closing the chicken is usually greasier and darker. often out of one side item such as mash. all in all, one of the better KFCs around. changing my review. this is the third time in 3 weeks they screwed our order up after confirming and asking multiple times. party bucket with 14 drumsticks!! all burnt in old oil. eat here at your peril.. something is very very wrong. health inspector should visit asap! mpat recent drive through took 35 minutes to get from order to window then another 12 minutes to wait in the parking spot. no one to answer the phone and complain to. I'm going to research who owns this branch and find them!

Well this is a first for me, I had never visited a KFC ever in my life before. I decided to give it a try as I was passing and I can say I am very impressed. Order taken and fresh food 2 minutes later, service polite from friendly staff and service with a smile, what more could I ask for. As they say "first impressions last' and I will certainly be using this place again. A big thanks for a great coordinated establishment. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 awarded.
