Recently just returned a bag bought from online with my mother. Went in there thinking to exchange it with something or order from the store, that I’ve seen from there online website. Got a girl to help me figure out prices. She made me feel so poor, making me feel like I couldn’t afford the ones she said were either $500+ or 300+. Then when I went to return, I asked her about purchasing things online from the store as I’ve never done that, she gave me attitude once again, making me feel very unappreciated. As the customer in front me, purchasing something, she had a smile on her face and was more jolly. The rest of the staff though were nice and wish I had there customer service. Makes me not want to go there again. Very disappointed.

I walked in ready to buy a purse that I've been wanting. The girl that was working at the monent greeted me from a far, did not come up to me or ask if i needed help with anything. Did not help at all and was very snobby when i asked her if there was a new one in the back that she could grab. Customers service was not good. If i didnt want the purse so badly I definitely would have walked out

I bought a watch from them and retuned it a week after. They still have not refunded my $740 Its been three years! This is very unacceptable. I am taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau of Canada and I will complain. They took the watch and money. Very poor customer service.

I had the worse MK shopping experience at this store. The store manager (Melina?) treats all customer like trash. She was chatting with other sale girls and leave me there for 20 mins when i want to try on few shoes that was on promo (no other customers was there). There is no greetings when I walked in the store or thank you when you made a purchase. I would rather shop online or go to other locations. Seems like she hate her job there!!!!

I bought running shoes and The shoe laces were torn for the first time and they didn’t care and ask me to pay more to bye another shoes , her name was Paris she was very rude. They gave me hard time. It was a very bad experience

Staffs are nice and very friendly. They helped me to return my online order and buy another item online. They helped me to save shipping cost if an item. They provide me with some perfume sample and water bottle. Overall very great and friendly experience.

I walked into Michael Kors just to look around and walked out with 2 beautiful skirts. Even better, customer service was excellent. I met a wonderful sales clerk/manager- Volha, and she treated me with such curtesy. Absolutely no pressure to buy!!

Very disappointed with the quality of the sneakers I bought from Michael Kors didn’t use a lot it went bad so fast I didn’t expect that for the price I paid

Sales associate (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) went out of her way to help find the clutch I was looking for. Couldn’t find a picture of the one I wanted but she was able to help me so quickly by just describing the detail of the bag. Thank you! Will definitely be returning!!
