I purchased a custom ring at Xmas season 2022. I received it later in January 2023. I was assured that their was a lifetime warranty on their product and not to worry because the stones were secure. About 6-7 months of having the ring with a cluster of 7 stones a stone fell out and two of the cubic zirconia also fell out. When I went to my closest location in Newmarket which is over an hour from where I live I was told they don't stand by their product, that the manager or owner would not speak with me and that in order to fix it I would have to pay 1/3 the cost of the ring to have it fixed. Buyers beware

I bought and got an engraved ring for my husband. Although ring wasn't ready on time for pickup, they made the effort to drop the ring to my address to have it in time for my event. I really appreciate this gesture. The ring is beautiful and so is the case! Would highly recommend for great customer service.

One of the worst places to buy anything. They are super nice to your face and will do anything for the sale but the min you have any issue they will drop you like a fly. A number of visits to the store and escalations with the promise of call backs and yet zero Nada nothing not even a call back. Save your money and buy elsewhere. I am doing as much as I can to warn people about these guys. They will say anything to your face until you walk away thinking something will happen and get resolved and they will stab you in the back.

I bought jewelry for my girlfriend and it fell apart in a day and i tried to get it fixed at the store and they tried to charge me. They wouldn’t give me a refund after asking multiple times.

I just got my order of birthstone and they are FABULOUS! The colors are amazing and the size and price are PERFECT. I have to reiterate how much I love Mulu Jewelry customer service, selection and prices are top notch and I love that you’re up the hill from me so I always get my stuff in record time. I’m a huge fan of you all!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! I purchased a necklace as a gift and the first time my girlfriend put it on the chain fell right off of the eyelet must have been faulty because there was no force used. Took it right back and explained to the lady who works there with the receipt and very rudely she told me it’s 45 dollars plus tax to fix it, even though I had just purchased it. Just be aware that they do not stand behind there product and it’s cheap flashy junk marked at a high price.

The jewelry here is absolutely beautiful. Samineh was wonderful. She was very professional, knowledgeable about metals and gems and was all around excellent. She provided a standard of service that was above the usual standard. I will absolutely recommend and make future purchases. All around, a 5 out of 5 experience.

My mom had no idea where to start or what type of jewelry to get, she felt so overwhelmed and felt like she was in other stores clueless for hours but then went to Mulu and with Tyra by her side, the two of them got the job done wonderfully!
