Horrible.
So
disappointing.
I
got
a
real
gold
āpermanentā
bracelet
that
fell
off
in
under
20min!!!!
I
notice
it
was
gone
when
I
was
driving
home
and
tired
calling
the
store
7
times
as
I
had
an
event
to
get
to
and
wanted
to
tell
them
ASAP.
no
pick
up.
so
I
went
back
to
the
store
and
was
in
shocked
to
show
them
it
was
no
longer
on
me.
Mind
you,
all
I
did
was
walk
across
the
mall
hall
to
go
in
to
one
other
store
then
right
to
me
car.
No
crazy
movements
that
would
even
suggest
it
got
tugged
off.
I
checked
the
other
store
I
went
to,
I
went
to
mall
service
to
report
the
bracelet.
The
ladies
were
nice
at
the
store
and
one
took
ownership
of
it
being
her
fault
for
not
checking
it
before
I
left
and
they
were
about
to
put
a
new
one
on
me
to
replace
it.
I
got
a
real
gold
one
with
a
charm.
Almost
$200.
Then
one
employee
stop
the
girl
from
replacing
it
and
texted
the
store
manager..
they
offered
me
%40
offā¦.
I
was
almost
about
to
cry
because
I
couldnāt
believe
they
expected
me
to
pay
anything
after
it
was
their
fault
it
just
fell
off.
I
left
my
name
and
number
for
the
manger
to
contact
me
and
after
3
days
I
heard
nothing,
I
emailed
them
and
she
got
back
to
me
and
offers
me
20%
off
for
my
ālost
braceletā..
Iāve
emailed
back
3
times
and
she
hasnāt
responded
to
any.
Itās
a
scam.you
could
tell
the
ladies
at
the
store
definitely
felt
bad
about
to
situation
but
this
is
horrible
customer
service
and
the
manager
needs
to
be
more
involved
and
make
sure
training
is
done
properly
to
ensure
the
bracelets
are
put
on
right!
