Horrible. So disappointing. I got a real gold “permanent” bracelet that fell off in under 20min!!!! I notice it was gone when I was driving home and tired calling the store 7 times as I had an event to get to and wanted to tell them ASAP. no pick up. so I went back to the store and was in shocked to show them it was no longer on me. Mind you, all I did was walk across the mall hall to go in to one other store then right to me car. No crazy movements that would even suggest it got tugged off. I checked the other store I went to, I went to mall service to report the bracelet. The ladies were nice at the store and one took ownership of it being her fault for not checking it before I left and they were about to put a new one on me to replace it. I got a real gold one with a charm. Almost $200. Then one employee stop the girl from replacing it and texted the store manager.. they offered me %40 off…. I was almost about to cry because I couldn’t believe they expected me to pay anything after it was their fault it just fell off. I left my name and number for the manger to contact me and after 3 days I heard nothing, I emailed them and she got back to me and offers me 20% off for my “lost bracelet”.. I’ve emailed back 3 times and she hasn’t responded to any. It’s a scam.you could tell the ladies at the store definitely felt bad about to situation but this is horrible customer service and the manager needs to be more involved and make sure training is done properly to ensure the bracelets are put on right!

If I could give zero stars I would. Even 1 star is to much. I bought a bracelet at the end of July and it was tarnishing soooo bad. I would clean it and it would just keep tarnishing. I went in the store to see about what could be done since I was told it had warranty. The girl working proceeded to tell me that the warranty changed and they would no longer honor the old one even though I purchased it within the old time frame. I was very disappointed, I even said I would purchase a new one if they could give me some money off it . They wouldn't do a single thing for me. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews because I would never give this place another cent of money.

Got my bracelet Thursday and it was gone by Saturday, horrible policies for replacing. Such a scam. Permanent bracelets really aren’t that permanent, they’re a money grab. All the 5 star reviews are from customers that get 10% off for leaving the good reviews.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. On September 18th I went and got a real gold permanent bracelet on Sept 19th not even 24hrs later it broke off. Luckily I did not lose it. I went into the store that same day after work and the girls there was nice but new and said her manager was on vacation. She called another store sent txt no response on how to compensate me. She had to re do the ring to put it together 3 times because everytime She checked it it would just break off. The ring has now stayed but I have yet to receive a phone call or email from anyone There is no contact number or email anywhere to reach out to anyone. Who runs a business this way?

The price is per inch of bracelet. They measured, recorded the amount and then trimmed several times when fitting it to the wrist and didn’t re measure. Not super friendly and it fell off later that day (live out of town).
