If I could have assigned this jeweller 0 stars I would have.....I wanted to give a small business in my local area some business. What a mistake! Expected completion time 1 week. One month and 3 pick up attempts later, repair still not complete. Retieved still broken. No apology. Rude about pick up time. Never again...

Posting signs saying "buy Canadian it won't hurt you" beside a sign that says "Bought in China repair in China" seems to imply that either anything not Canadian (e.g. Chinese) will harm you or that they don't want to deal with a specific ethincity or both.

I am having an item custom made, though it is not yet finished, the process is fantastic. Andy shared the technology involved and his vision for the finished product. His excitement for the project is also terrific and encouraging. His experience and knowledge is evident. It will be ready in a week. So now, a week later, the item ordered is finished. Completely satisfied and better than expectation. The consultation with Andy and the presentation of the finished product was superb. Extremely happy with the whole experience.

I'll definitely be back! I went to this jewelery store to sell some jewelery. The assessment from Andy was professional, and he was flexible with pricing (not trying to steal from me). He was very personable and we conversed a lot while I was there. He's a nice guy, and looking around at his jewelry he has good quality merchandise.

I had some old mismatched rings that I wasn't using. Andy and his wife designed the most beautiful custom ring out of the stones. They were so creative and I never would have thought that something so gorgeous could be created using those old rings. Andy listened to what I was looking for and involved me in every step of the process. He had wonderful suggestions that were completely spot on. He delivered the finished product exactly as he said it would be, in a timely manner and the price was very good too. Andy and his wife are so skilled and the best part is that I have a completely unique ring now and I don't ever have to worry about someone having the same one. He was very clear beforehand that the band would be damaged-which was totally fine, and gave me a very fair quote to repair it and resize it.
