Located near the main train station and a tram stop so very convenient when you want to get out and about. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was there was no shower curtain so it was difficult to have a shower without flooding the floor. But other than that we had a great stay!

Good hotel, staff are polite, air conditioning works great and bed were comfortable. Very close to central Train Station and few meters to the tram that goes close to the beach.

Amazing service. Great location, super close to everything. Staff is super helpful, by mistake booked wrong Kyriad, they changed it super quick at no extra costs. Patisseries and Bakeries are near by which were super good!!! Room was clean and tidy/ just plain on decor but who cares when you have your own coffee machine in the room with supplies. Only one advise: do not include breakfast if you love a good food!!!!

Very slightly down at heel ,but with a comfortable & clean room.Its a shame that the room had no kettle & no fridge to store water.Its a reasonably central place to stay, & for Nice it wasn't too expensive.Lots of shops & a large supermarket a 5 minute walk away.Convenient for the train station & it was a nice suprise to find a wonderful street market (not sure which day) on the main road.The staff were really pleasant & helpful.

Terrible will not return or recommend. Front desk staff attitude very poor. Treated customers as if no importance. Shower head was broken, mold in bathroom and dirty carpets. Location was good for us. Everything was walkable.

This hotel is in a great central location but that’s about it. Our room had visible water damage on the walls in both the room and washroom, also there was mold in the AC vent. We checked into our room, dropped off our stuff and hit the town, we didn’t get back until late in the evening so we didn’t bring the issue with the hotel staff. Upon checking out, we brought up the water damage and mold to the hotel staff; just to let them know that we weren’t thrilled with our stay but since we were in Nice for only 2 nights we wanted to make the most of it and we weren’t in our room very much. I showed the photos to the manager who was absolutely shocked, however instead of saying sorry or anything like that, she told us the mold and water damage was our fault as this was the first time she was hearing about such a thing. She also told us that if we didn’t like the room, we should’ve told her before so she could refund our money and we could find somewhere else to stay and “during such a busy time good luck”. The manager at this hotel is horrible, she began by blaming us for the damage, then housekeeping for not telling her about it, and lastly, the building itself for being old and some damage is “inevitable”. Once we got back I reached out to Expedia about our stay, they were super helpful and offered us a credit which is great, however, they reached out to the hotel and they denied any mold or damage.

what a wonderful hotel! Despite of it located next to railway station, not far to walk to main square of Nice, impossible to be lost. Good breakfasts, very tasty croissants. Friendly staff in reception

The hotel is very close to transport with the tram line outside beside the hotel and the train station about 400m from the hotel. The room is a little small but I'm not picky however the decor was fine and the lovely bay windows were please the when trying to air your room although it was mainly heat from outside swarming the room. Ha. The reception was helpful and we were given a free map. We walked to the beach in 15mins and all shops are extremely close by. Lovely stay here for 2 nights.

Great location. Close to tram an train lines. Walking distance to the beaches of Nice (20+mins) Rooms facing the train line have no sound proofing. . So be prepared to listen to the trains coming an going. . Especially when the intercity go! ! Also, advised hotel reception about room door not locking ... still waiting for them to acknowledge enquiry (3 months after visiting) and be carefull of break an enters..

Terrible. The showers had no separation from the closest indoor rooms - therefore flooding the whole place whenever we showered! Very poor lighting in rooms - some plugs were not working. Fruit salad at breakfast tasted stale.staff not friendly.
