We were here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel is located right next to train station and also very easy to reach the main shopping street and plenty of restaurants. We can also walk to the old town or beach in 20 mins. The room itself is very clean and bed is cozy. The staffs here can speak great English and are willing to help. Really friendly and accommodating staff, make you feel really welcome. Excellent value! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here when in Nice. Nice and close to the train station. The staff were excellent, and the room was very clean. Exactly what I needed! Thank you so much!

We booked this hotel for 92€ which is an absolute steal in Nice. Perfect location being close to the train station so we had an easy trip with our baggage. Staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Con: the room was tiny so for 2 people with luggage it was a bit uncomfortable. However, hopefully you aren't staying in the room other than sleeping. Super cons: the walls are paper thin and you can hear the person next door close their mini-fridge at night, plus of course anytime someone talks next door. The stores across the street got deliveries at night so the trucks were super loud. A note is that you should ask the reception if the airport transfer fee is fixed (they told us it was fixed at 35€). The driver then tried to charge us 40€ which was unpleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're on a budget or even just not wanting to spend more than you need to in Nice. It was super comfortable being in a safe hotel, you just have to know that the room will be small and you should bring earplugs. Oh also the 9€ breakfast was convenient but you can definitely tell that the croissants don't come from a fresh bakery. We still bought the breakfast and are happy we did.

We stayed there 4nighst in May 2022. WiFi was out of order 3days! Carpet in room must remember Charles de Gaulle - old, dirty, quite disgusting. The bathroom was so small,I had to comb my hair in the room. The only positive point is the location near to Nice Ville train station and Thiers tram station.

Expedia cancelled my booking and did not notify me. Imagine traveling from Canada all the way to Nice to find out that you have no place to stay having 3 kids with you. I did not get to try this hotel but they were so helpful and understanding!!! Gentlemen at the reception called other hotels to find us a room for same days and made sure they charge what I was suppose to pay. I am so grateful to this hotel and would definately recommend it if you want best service!

The location is very good, you are close to the station and to the center, so were very happy with it. The stuff was friendly too, specially one receptionist with ponytail, really liked his service and his recommendations, as well his English. We were in a familiar room, 4 people and it was fine, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom clean, the only thing is that would ventilate the room before. And as a suggestion would be nice if there would be some more hooks for towels and shelves in the bathroom. Another thing to fix is the WiFi, unfortunately the connection is not good and was disconnecting all the time. The breakfast was a bit poor, would prefer to have it outside.

The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Very nice for the price you pay. Receptionist was friendly. Breakfast is nothing special. The hotel is nicely located close to the shopping street and only a 10 min walk to the sea. The sadly didn't have parking, but there is a garage just a few minutes away.

A perfect location and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay at Hotel Paganini a great success. We wanted a comfortable place to spend a night, close to the train station but not too far from the old town and the sea. Hotel Paganini was just what we were looking for, and the staff were especially helpful and enabled us to make the most of our 24 hours in Nice.

An unexpected extension of my vacation was mainly possible due to the helpfulness of the staff at the hotel. I spent 11 days/10 nights at the hotel, and I couldn’t have asked for better. The hotel has recently been renovated, so everything is new, and very clean. The cleaning staff were extremely polite and accommodating of our schedule. The room was cleaned everyday, sheets and towels were changed daily, and the room, bathroom, and balcony were always spotless… the front-desk staff are some of the politest, more helpful I’ve met at an hotel. The breakfast buffet was always fresh(fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin, mini-baguettes daily) coffee is freshly ground, and everything else you expect from an hotel breakfast. The check-in and checkout process went very smoothly; we checked in pretty late, and that was not a problem, and the checkout was at 12:00 midday rather than the usual 11:00 am I’ve had at other hotels. The cherry on top was the location of the hotel; it is in very quiet and safe street that is literally a 1-minute walk away from the Nice Ville train station (the main train station in Nice) and a 3-minute walk away from the long shopping boulevard(Jean Medicine) that connects most of nice to the old center of Nice and the beach. I highly recommend the hotel, and I will definitely be staying there whenever I’m in Nice.

Large Studio apartment with street entrance and own kitchen and bathroom. Room not cleaned before arrival, but front desk got us fresh sheets. Standard breakfast. Short walk to train station and shops. Some street noise and thin walls. 15 minutes to beach

Great location. Train station, tramlines and bus - just 5 min. walk away. Small rooms, barely enough for two. Thin walls so you can hear the neighbour. Great service and helpful receptionists. They will gladly guide you towards what you are looking for.

We had a terrible time in this hotel. Location is fine, close to the train station, and only reason for not giving it one star. The place was EXTREMELY noisy, you could hear doors being slammed throughout the night and also every single conversation from the outside. The worst thing where the garbage collectors, at 1 am, who made so much noise that I thought the whole building would collapse. After that a huge fight broke outside with 20 or 30 people, and I thought someone got stabbed. For the first time in recent history, I feel unsafe in a felt Seriously, avoid this place at all costs and spend your money elsewhere . Even if it’s cheap, it’s not worth being sleep deprived the next day.

Lovely little hotel just far enough away from the busy streets of Nice but within easy reach of the train station, beach and bars. Clean and comfy beds. All that was missing from this city break was a tea/coffee maker in the room

Cheap and cheerful. Perfect location for walking to old town and getting the tram. 5 minute walk to the train too for going further outside of Nice. Clean and tidy rooms which were spacious enough for a week. Typical European style hotel breakfast.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, towels changed daily. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day, but good and enough. The hotel is close to the train station and the tram station, which helps you have a great holiday.

Loved our stay at the hotel! Such a friendly and helpful staff. Location was extremely close to the train station, less than five minutes walking. Our room was small but tastefully decorated and furnished. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Very nice location, 3min on foot to central station. Staff very polite, they let us early check in, arranged taxi, gave tips for Nice. Rooms are big enough and cleaned daily. The wifi has to improve.

Great location near Nice main train station and not far from main attractions. The room seems to be remodeled recently and looks new. The wooden furniture is very nice. However, they didn't change the carpet which looks very dirty and unpleasant. The toilet seat is moving, uncomfortable, and needs to change to a better one. The old-style lift is small and is from last century. Overall, the hotel is fine to stay one or two nights, but I will pay more if I visit Nice again to stay in a hotel with better room and facilities.

After my train from Nice had been cancelled, this place was so nice just to relax and unwind from the stress of the day. Very close to the station. The staff were so nice!!! The room was clean too. I found no problems with the facilities, they were great. Thank you!

The hotel was perfect and it completed our stay in Nice. The staff was very friendly and always greeting one when going out or coming back. They made sure that the room stayed clean but didn't have to change the sheets every day (which is better ecologically). We had a big room (we were four) and plenty of space. The hotel is also not far from the main road of Nice (Jean Medecin) and at about 15 minutes by foot from the beach. We loved it! Thank you again!!

A quiet hotel in rue Alsace Lorraine 5 minutes walk down from Nice railway station. Kind and helpful managers.

250 euros for one night is way too expensive versus the standard of the hotel ! The location is perfect though, 1mn walking from the train station : it's perfect when you're in transit ! The room is clean and the bed is great !
