The hotel is located in a side street to the beach promenade about 200 meters west of the famous Hotel Negresco. The vibrant promenade of Nice can be explored on foot. The rooms offered the expected comfort in this price range. The hotel is clean and has probably recently undergone a gentle renovation. Breakfast buffet is adequate and meets the expectations

Beautiful renovated boutique hotel. Nice bed linen and mattress. Nice bathroom. Good choice of breakfast. Friendly reception. Some private parking space if you are lucky. Very close to the seafront by foot. Good location. A guest from Greece.

I had a single room and it was great, it had everything I needed and I loved the waterfall showers they have. The staff are amazing and so is the food, I had a pizza and it was great. It's in a great location for the promenade and is only a short taxi ride from Nice airport. You can also get public transport from the hotel easily.

Neat hotel close to the boulevard (no sea view), and a 10-min walk to the old town. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortabel. Room had tea/coffee and free water. Location was okay but next time I might consider staying a bit closer to the old town/ center

The comfort room was very small. Ironically the bathroom is quite ok. We visited during world cup, so it was quite pricey. They have renting tower service. You can borrow beach tower everyday without charging. Breakfast was nice.

Really great place, nice and fresh breakfast, a little bit off but the parking space is worth gold if you are here with a car.

Very nice hotel close to the old town of Nice, very comfortable bed, with a lot of amenities (tea kettle, body lotion, hangers, space for hanging clothes), very clean and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my headphones in my room and they were very nice to help me get them back. In front of the hotel there is a supermarket and it is very close to the beach at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to everyone!

A very Nice hotel, amazing gated parking in front, comfortable beds, and is in a good location. Kind staff even given us a free upgrade to the premium room.

It's a good value for money here at La Villa Nice Promenade. The location is awesome, close to the sea, close to the main pietonale in center, close to tram from and to airport. The rooms are small, but it's normal for accomodations in France. The bathroom had a good size. The breakfast is ok, not great though, it's definitely something that could be improved. You can park the car here for 20 euros per night additional cost, if you haven't specified you need parking when the reservation was done. All in all, we were pleased with the accomodation we had here and we recommend it!

The staff was fantastic….Philippe greeted us with a smile and we were exhausted. Our room was ready and very nice and clean. Kathy, Brice, Kevin, Jonathan, Sarah were all great to us.

The rooms were tiny. We had the delux room it was tiny like a shoe box. Air conditioning was barely working. The view was horrible. The area was horrible. So far from the city night life and good restaurants. Close to public beach. The floors smelt like old people

Stayed here for 5 nights, and it was a perfect stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, my room was very comfortable. I can recommend the bar in the evenings. Breakfast, also was delicious.

The hotel is nicely located next to the promenade Anglais, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are quite small, but are enough for short time stays. The room cleaning comes even before the breakfast ends so do not forget to put the do not disturb sign. The breakfast is fine, French stuff, very tasty. They have the private parking, for €20/night, which is very beneficial!

We had a two night stay. The facilities were excellent. The secured parking was a definite plus. The back garden area was a pleasant surprise and the service was awesome!! Breakfast was very good. We had a lovely room that was perfect for us. Close enough to old town, but far enough away to be peaceful. The owners have shown real pride of ownership with the cleanliness and decorations. I will definitely stay again.

Great place with very kind and helpful staff. Perfect location near the beach, close to public transport if needed, hotel could be also easily accessed by walking, it takes about 20 min from old town. Thank you, we have enjoyed our stay very much!

Darling hotel, centrally located in the ❤️ of Nice. Lovely staff and rooms, with easy access to tons of delightful restaurants, the beach, shopping an, public transportation. Great stay during my first visit to Nice and attendance at the International Conference for James Baldwin.

Nice clean rooms, friendly service, enjoyed the patio. Good location and had parking. Only complaint was that the ceilings/floors didn’t have much insulation but that is probably common in these older buildings.

Great hotel right off the promenade and close to the sea. The hotel staff was very accommodating after a flight cancellation and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay! Jonathan specifically was such a great help. Would definitely recommend!

Great location only a 2 minute stroll to the Promenade and 10/15minutes to Old Town. A supermarket is across the street and laundromat within 500m. The rooms are a little small but completely manageable. Beds are sooo comfortable and the shower was really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel great value for money. The staff were also very kind and extremely helpful.

We booked an attic room which had plenty of room for us and it was very clean, nicely decorated, terrific little deck and nice size bathroom. The hotel breakfast was very nice good selection & glad we included it when we booked the room. Two blocks from the promenade and we could walk everywhere, close to tram which took us to the airport.

Great location. Close to the sea and down town. I recommend Rooms with balony. Great place for romantic breakfest under the Palms leaves. Very nice staff. Supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Open until 8pm.

The hotel is nice but the room are tiny (too tiny for €150 per night). The parking is small and if you cannot park in the hotel parking you have to be really lucky in order to find a park space elsewhere

Enjoyed our stay here. Worth paying for the bigger room with a view. Nice amenities and very friendly staff. Only downside was the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so the bathroom gets covered in water. Overall a nice experience.

Never been to Nice before and no other places so cannot compare the standard. The hotel was calm and quite, a few blocks away from the main city. The room was okay, small and felt a little bit old but did the job. Breakfast was okay, coffee was served from an automtic machines. Loved that the beach walk was close by!
