I stayed here for 4 nights and honestly cannot fault it in the slightest. Staff were very helpful on check-in, the bedroom was actually bigger than I thought it would be and contained a very comfortable double bed. All facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Bathroom was a bit small but for 4 nights this wasn't an issue. I didn't use the kitchenette because I ate out every night but if I wanted to cook it had everything I would have needed. The hotel is in a great location because the surrounding area is fairly quiet, you can get a good night's sleep and the only sounds I heard was other guests talking on the corridor or a bit of traffic outside. The hotel is a short walk from the centre so again, great location. A special mention goes out to the receptionist when I checked out because my transfer was late and she came out to check everything was ok and if there was anything she could do to help.

We stayed here on our summer vacation for 7 days. Only positive things to say. Clean rooms, great air conditioning, kitchen, pool and the beds are fantastic. Great values for money! We would stay here again if we decide to visit Nice. Because of the 25 min walk to the beach -1 point :) see you again.

Great price/quality place. I stayed there for a conference at the venue right outside. It’s perfectly placed between many nice restaurant and there are supermarkets nearby also. The service was quite good and happened a problem with the wifi, but it was quickly solved. I would surely stay again if I have the chance.

Decent apartment hotel in good location! The room interior was somewhat tired, and the overall hotel design somewhat "cafeteria", but the room size was good and great to have a fridge/kitchenette. Lots of really good restaurants within 10 min walking. Reason for two stars, not three, is the very poor wifi - since I was on a workation, being able to use Teams and Zoom was essential but neither worked due to poor bandwidth (dropped calls, no video, can't connect, etc.) - and this was in the middle of the day, before people try streaming netflix... Fortunately, I had lots of data on my mobile plan so ended up using my phone instead of the hotel wifi and reception was acceptable.

This apartment hotel is located 200 meters from tram stop, several supermarkets within 400 meters walking. Had a studio, the bed was ok, AC did its job but you may experience a clear humidity feeling on the floor and that you want to change bedding sheets after 3-4 days. Full cleaning is included if you stay more or equal(?) than 7 nights. The kitchenette was good enough. Available equipment is on good level. The refrigerator did unfortunately make some noise which was irritating during our night sleep. We did temporarily increased the temperature a bit to limit the noise a bit with risk of bad food quality. The reception could speak English on good enough level with focus on the hotel There is an elevator which was very slow. The best with this hotel is the top roof pool. Very good and spent a lot of time there. Open between 9-20 every day. What was an issue is that we had to use the elevator since our room key did not work to open the door via using the stairs. Waiting time was 3 minutes on average Wi-Fi: good Breakfast: didn’t try Balcony: very good

Great location, short walk to the old town and the beach. Staff was soooo kind, I could not believe. Everything that we asked, they answered politely and patiently. If you ask, they will give you hairdryer and the umbrella also. Clean beds, and everything in the kitchen. Without any kind of noise.

Good location, 15 minutes by walk from Place Massena and Vieux Nice. The staff was very nice. We stayed in a standart double room. There was a filter coffee machine but no coffee or filter paper. I’d understand that for an Airbnb but but I think there should be somw coffee in an aparthotel. Room was big enough but there were some stains on the sheets.

Small rooms, not similar to the pictures on Accor Group’s own site (I am a long time member). Old and not renovated. Hotel door is locked, but when we rang the receptionist bell, no one opened. We waited for 10 mins under scorching heat of Nice until another guest let us in. The receptionist was on the phone charting!!! When I asked her why she did not open the door, she said “well, you need to wait, I was on the phone & could not do two things at the same time”!!!! No apologies! Simply rude, inconsiderate (my foot is broken!) and terrible service. Dirty bathrooms and hallways (bathroom smells and has mould around the wall. Thin and small pillows. Ok little kitchenette, but needs renovation. I had to rewash everything because they were just dirty. Only two electricity outlets and both away from the bed. Generally in great need of renovation. Suffers from a casual French neglect: it’s there, people pay, why bother and improve? Location is great, but you’r have to live with an old hotel and the rudest receptionist on earth!

A great place to spend a quick holiday on. I stayed there for about 5 days and I can say it is more than just a 2 star aparthotel. Pros: -Room fits all the necessities needed -24/7 Lobby/Receptipn meaning you can get help anytime -Very decorated and a great smell. -Tons of books and board games at the reception. -Washing and drying room -Not too many tourists comes here so you have a calm stay. -Very convienient location Cons: -Small Bathroom that barely fits. -Inconvienient Stairs/Windows -Room service only avaiable when staying over 7 nights. -Not much legroom.

We stayed only for 1 night but I noticed the very friendly reception, clean and efficient room. Unfortunately We did not have the time to visit the area as we had to go to the hospital area in the Nord.

The only positive point of this aparthotel is the good location otherwise it's old, not renovated, the clealiness is way below average and the electric hot plate doesn't work

Avoid!! The pictures they show are FAR from the reality of the old and dirty hotel - we feel we’ve been catfished by them. It took almost 2 hourse to check us in and give us the room. When we ask the reason, they told there was lack of housekeeping personnel and they kept saying that it'll take 10-20 minutes but it was a lie every time and they didn't gave us any updates while we were waiting in hot and sweaty lobby with insufficient AC. Horrible humidity smell in the room, in the sheets and pillows that never went away during 4 days of stay. We even bought Lysol desinfectant spray to try to eliminate/reduce the smell, but this didn't work. We slept on top of our personal clean towels and t-shirts to avoid direct contact with the bed sheets because we were too disgusted by the smell. There were flies and little insects that we saw both in the room and toilet. Shower drain didn't work properly because the water wasn't going down. We had to pause in the middle of the shower and wait until it goes down before we continue. Fridge wasn't cooling properly so we couldn't buy any food since it was going to get spoiled. The hotel corridors had disgusting stains.

It’s an ok Aparthotel that did its job. The room was small but clean. Desk is too big, the space between it and the bed is tiny. The kitchen and bathroom are in great conditions though. Beds are very comfortable. The AC needs a good clean but past the first bad smell, it worked ok and was enjoyable as you can’t open the window, the street is busy, noisy and smelly. Bad point: no possibility to book a parking spot until you get there. I ended up paying a fortune on parking my car further away which at the end doesn’t make the whole stay a good plan. The location around the hotel is not the best but is near a supermarket, a bakery and near the Old Town.

Good location. It has all the basic amenities. One issue. In the picture and booking confirmation, we booked a queen size bed which they confirmed. When we reach there to our surprise they gave us two small bed. I informed them and requested for a change. They did not accept. I did not liked it. Be cautious when booking and do not rely on their call centre. They do know what they are speaking. The call centre told me I need to be at the hotel to be able a parking and they do not accept reservation. At the hotel, they told me parking is only on reservation which was not really professional

I was so pleased with the apartment room. It has a balcony, it's spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You will need to bring, or buy, your own tea, coffee and milk, as it is entirely self-catering.

Rooms are very noisy despite being a 'soundproof-room'. If you are always curious what your neighbours are up to then this the room for you! Kitchenware was not clean and in general outdated. No complaints about the WiFi, thats why the two stars (instead of one)
