Firstly,
I
would
like
to
preface
this
review
saying
we
have
eaten
here
a
couple
of
times
before
and
have
always
been
happy
with
the
meal.
We
booked
a
table
for
6.45pm,
they
were
so
busy
we
didn't
get
seated
until
7.10pm,
not
a
great
start
in
my
opinion
for
a
booked
table.
We
mentioned
we
had
other
plans
for
the
night
and
would
need
to
be
done
around
8pm
and
ordered
as
soon
as
we
sat
down.
All
we
wanted
was
a
main,
so
1hr
15
should
be
plenty
of
time
for
that
under
normal
circumstances.
Fast
forward
to
7.45pm,
still
no
food.
We
asked
if
they
were
close
to
serving
because,
if
not,
we
would
have
to
leave
and
get
going.
At
this
point,
I
believe
they
pushed
our
order
forward
to
help
us,
which
is
much
appreciated.

mins
later,
we
get
our
food.
However,
I
must
say
it's
the
most
disappointing
meal
I
have
ever
been
served
there
before.
My
steak
was
cold,
and
my
partner
had
the
wrong
burger.
At
this
point,
we
had
to
leave
without
eating
as
we
had
no
time
for
them
to
remedy
the
issues.
I
must
say
the
staff
were
all
apologetic
and
understanding.
They
could
see
it
had
been
a
poor
experience
for
us
from
the
moment
we
walked
through
the
door.
I
hope
this
isn't
the
standard
for
Middletons
going
forward,
but
this
is
enough
to
put
us
going
back
for
a
while!
