😠 The car wash is always broken, this is unacceptable, either you close it permanently or you repair it once and for all, each time I arrive for the wash I find the machine is not working. It is nonsense !!!

An employee hit my car with their shovel while they were clearing snow from the entrance. They denied that the incident occurred and offered no apology. I went to do an Amazon return and they would not accept it.
