From the moment I walked in, Tarron didn't look like the usual jewelry store staff and he certainly didn't talk like one. Tarron initially designed my wedding and engagement rings 18 years ago. They are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Now recently I needed those same rings re-sized and he did an amazing on-the-spot job. Polished/cleaned as well and they look brand new. Definitely worth a call to visit!

Went to a different Jeweller to have my ring re-sized and they said 1 week and $350.00. Left and went here and he did it on the spot for $75.00. Wonderful service and even came over to get my other ring from me to polish. 10/10 service.

The diamond came loose on my engagement ring and I came in to have it set. Tarron was extremely thorough and found that the prong’s base was cracked. He replaced the base and redipped my ring. He was quick, knowledgeable, and experienced. The ring looks even better with the higher base. Would highly recommend!

I could not be happier with my service from Tarron & Ashley!!! Tarron was quick to respond to my email about my broken wedding band and engagement ring and asked me to come in to make sure he gave me an accurate quote. When I got to the office he was SO polite and professional and assured me he could fix them and do it for a reasonable price (unlike the big stores who quoted me 3Xs the price TO START and suggest I just buy a new wedding band). Sized and quoted I headed out the door feeling very comfortable leaving my most prized possession in his hands. Within 4hrs I got the call saying I come come back and pick them up! Ashley met me with my rings and we an absolute sweetheart. She and Tarron checked to make sure I was happy with the fit of my rings and the work done. Getting them to do my repair was the best decision ever! I am so happy to finally be able to wear my rings again! 10/10, would recommend! Tarron was so honest and friendly. The quote he gave me was bang on. He downsized my rings and polished them within an hour. My rings are gorgeous and my husband can not believe how they sparkle now. Took my grandfathers almost 200 year old wedding band to 999 for resizing, cleaning, and to have 3 gems set into it. The entire process and dealing with Tarron was amazing from start to finish - listened to my needs and was full of advice and suggestions - great communication throughout sending me progress pics along the way.
