Sad to give this beautiful spot such a low rating; the location and atmosphere was wonderful and the latte was just fine. But the interactions were abysmal. I tried to go for a coffee one afternoon around 4:15 and was told the kitchen was closed; I mentioned I just wanted a coffee and a little break but they said no, they were completely closed from 4-7pm to get ready for dinner service (though this contradicted their website). I asked what time I would be able to come for just a coffee or a cocktail as I was staying in the area but my meals were pretty much all set. I was told to come between noon-4pm or after 7pm. I know just having a drink is something they do as I’d seen it on many of the reviews here. A few days later before a late lunch I stopped by just after noon for coffee before some shopping - I was one of two tables at the time - and was told no I couldn’t just get coffee, I could only stay if I was having a meal. I explained my previous conversation to them and that I wouldn’t take long (and as I mentioned) they were empty but was still rejected. I had lunch plans so I left. I went back later, around 4:30, and was able to order of a coffee with no issue but the women who had turned me away earlier the same day avoided me. She’d suggested that maybe they didn’t understand because of language, but I can assure you they did as I make sure to confirm and reconfirm what each of us was saying. I wanted to go because it had been recommended to me by a friend, and as I said, it was a beautiful space for a respite from the hot weather but the hassle made it a headache. Once I finally did get service the latte was a latte and the caramel corn was good. The saving grace, and only reason I might consider returning, was the space . My server was nice too but my experience had already been soured. Another staff memento (not my server) gave my a comically small amount of water when I asked (for the second time after never receiving it) for tap water…it was in the 90s and he didn’t even fill the glass half way…

Walked in five minutes before my reservation but was asked to wait for the table. That took 30 minutes so I sat on my table finally and eventually after twenty minutes a waiter came to take my order. Food arrived in an "ok" time frame I guess but the there was no salt, pepper, condiments for the burger even though I've asked for some. Burger was ok, fries were good and the Coke was at least cold. Then came the long wait until the table is cleared and I just wanted to get a coffee and get on with my day as I had a few errands to run. That took a good 30 minutes at least for the single espresso and the accompanying caramel popcorn which was delicious. If I had time to kill I might not have minded the slow service. I'm not that fussy and can make an excuse if I see that staff are running around trying to serve everyone and maybe it just wasn't my day or theirs. I just did not enjoy the experience at all and won't bother to come back since I've got plenty of options in a city like Paris.

What an incredible experience at Ralph’s! QUALITY service and food! I will definitely be coming back. The ambiance, staff and food made my experience a true 5 out of 5.

Ralph's is a delightful dining experience with an elegant ambiance. The Tuna and Ice Cream Sundae are standout dishes, both prepared to perfection with a balance of flavors. However, the Calamari and the Burger were just average, leaving a bit more to be desired. Nonetheless, the overall quality and service make it a restaurant worth visiting.

At the entrance the lady told us that unfortunately she has no table left for us since it’s very busy today and we didn’t had a reservation. Then we asked when there will be a free time slot and she said “tomorrow”. After that, my friend told her that he works for Ralph Lauren and he’s very curious to see how this restaurant looks like. Suddenly the lady offered us a table inside…. After we took a seat, it was very obvious which kind of clientele they want to serve in this place. The food which they offer during brunch (69€ per person) is nothing special, better Safe your money and go somewhere else because for nearly the same amount of money you can get a tasting menu at a restaurant with a Michelin star. Only positive aspect was the interior which is definitely on point.

Perfect!! ❤️ Totally in love with the interior and the created atmosphere in here. It feels very cozy but high end at the same time! 🥰 Great menu! There is something for everyone! We had the Ralph‘s Burger and the salmon 🤩 So good!! My personal highlight were the small „Heinz Ketchup“ and „Heinz Mayonnaise“ holders. So fancy! The burger 🍔 was massive and fresh! The salmon was soft and delicious 😋 Very friendly staff! Overall 10/10 I was very happy with my experience here 🥰

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous restaurant. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful with fantastic live music. The service was top-notch, making our visit even more enjoyable.

The shopping is good, the products are so nice at the shop. But I can not say the same things for the Ralph’s Restaurant. I ate the Hamburger, it was a disaster. I will never recommend to anybody to eat Hamburger in this place. French Fries was good, also the mini Lobster Rolls was good, the lobster salad was ok. The service was really bad. The staff was not kind and not friendly.

The place is great, food is delicious! I am giving three stars because of the arrogant and obnoxious hostesses. They definitely treat women differently than men. If a woman is not accompanied by a man, the discrimination is evident. The rest of the staff very professional and friendly! The waiters super nice and prompt!

Went their for dinner. The service is great and the atmosphere too, especially in the garden outside. The food is nice but isn't special. Had the grilled salmon, half grilled boneless chicken, and caesar salad.

This restaurant is all about the setting. Cozy London vibes, charming and romantic, it is your go-to restaurant for a date night. Excellent food and service, the staff is very courteous, friendly, and helpful. We took as a starter the Ralph’ signature salad, that has a mixed taste of Britain and France with its blue-cheese sauce. The salad was served with some excellent atypical fried olives. We continued on with a tasty grilled salmon plate and chili con carne. Finally, the dessert we took is one of our favorites: a cheesecake. We are very picky with the cheesecake since we are pure amateurs of this delicious sweet invention. we're very picky with cheescake since we're amateurs of this dessert Another dish suggestion that we once took is the Prime Rib that weight approximately 900g. Very juicy and salty meat, we loved it. Last but not least, the staff was surprisingly remarquable in terms of service-quality. Always at you request, they make sure you don’t lack of anything. Pleasantly surprised by the service’s quality of a Parisian restaurant. Nothing to add except thank you for this amazing experience.

Had a booking for 12pm for lunch on a Tuesday and loved it here! Shocked at the value for money, it was a lot better than expected. Going in for our booking was a bit awkward as the restaurant was just opening for the day so a few of the booked parties were congregating in a disorderly fashion in the middle of the shop, however once we were taken to our table things were much more organised. I opted for a salad whilst my friend got their soup and the portions were super generous, we couldn’t finish our food, and at a great price. Will definitely return for a full meal, the steaks look so appetising!

To dine at Ralph’s is an absolute must for anyone visiting Paris. Although we had a small wait for our table (this would normally cost a star) once you enter Ralph’s all is forgotten and you are In gastronomic heaven, our waiter and waiters were all very professional, the food was absolutely sensational and the ambiance just beautiful, similar to the Westin garden terrace. The nice touches of the complimentary fried olives 🫒 to start with and caramel popcorn 🍿 at the end, you are not rushed or squashed in, which was also refreshing.

We’re visiting from NYC (on the end of our honeymoon travels) and we’re thrilled to visit Ralph’s for a lazy afternoon lunch. It was no surprise that the food was delicious. We had the mini lobster rolls with the burger and Cobb salad to share. The staff and manager were lovely and accommodating. It really was a beautiful way to spend our afternoon in Paris. We also found out that we were seated at Ralph’s favorite table—what a privilege! Merci 😘

Excellent service. The vegetarian burger was delicious and filling. I also recommend the carrot cake. They also provide these delicious complimentary fried olives as appetizers. Interior is lovely with a fireplace that opens in the winter, I believe starting in November 2022. The outdoor dining space is beautiful in the summer.

I mean the ambiance is nice but it's no surprise because you're Ralph's Restaurant at the end of the day. The chips were cold and it should be another level. Not impressed from the food or the dessert but the staff is really friendly and kind. The garden looks amazing. I'm sure if I would have visit here in summer I would feel differently

We went there on a Friday night and it was not busy at all. The service was ok, rather slow, but overall attentive service. We had a lobster roll as a starter then the classic Ralphs burger and a veggie burger. Food was mediocre. I would go back for light lunch than dinner.

Ralph’s is definitely an experience you need to have in Paris. Some of the best ambiance in Paris, I recommend going on a sunny day, the courtyard is beautiful. They have some of the biggest burgers I’ve ever seen, and all of their options seem delicious!

The food was good at the restaurant and I liked the christmas decorations. However, the lady with the short black hair was unapologetically rude and chaotic. She checked our COVID tests after we entered and then took us to our table. We later asked her if we could change our table and she informed us that there’s only a table for 4 people when we were actually five and that it was okay because she was going to get us an extra chair. She took us to the second table and when I asked her for the chair she said it was not possible to do that so I asked if I could sit on the next table or if she could join it with our table to which she replied ‘it is already booked. Now, my problem is not that the table next to us was booked, but the fact that she didn’t get the extra chair she said she’d get and actually left me standing. Three people had to sit in a two people chair for a while before her colleagues came to check out what happened and decide to resolve the issue. One of the guys took us to another table (third table) where we were properly seated and served. But it was very embarrassing to move us around like that with no clear behaviour. I enjoyed the rest of the night and everyone else was nice and polite.

Not sure why it is so difficult to get a reservation. Impossible online and yet there were many vacant tables so perhaps they don’t book to capacity but quite frustrating considering I literally called ten times for the booking. No high chairs which was inconvenient but I loved the ambiance. The calamari entree was disappointing, mainly batter but I loved my salmon which was incredibly flavoursome and perfectly cooked. Sadly no dessert for us as our baby was extremely restless sans high chair. Expensive but I enjoyed the experience

Basic steak house food . Meat was tender and well cooked . Expensive but then again so is everything in Paris . Service again slow like all the Parisian restaurants I’ve been to . Friendly and funny staff and nice restaurant. Was pouring rain so we all jammed inside but it did not feel cramped .

I recently visited Ralph's Coffee in Paris, a pop-up for the Christmas season. Having been to Ralph’s Coffee in New York, it was a must-visit while in town. Despite its smaller size with only four tables and a few seats, there's ample space to enjoy a cup of coffee. The coffee tasted great, and the staff was exceptionally kind. During my visit, the barista and I had a lengthy conversation about Texas, adding a personal touch to the experience. If this is just a pop-up, I hope Ralph Lauren considers making it a permanent location. A delightful coffee stop with a cozy atmosphere.

If you like classic dining ambiance, Ralph’s restaurant is definitely a great place to be. After the brunch you can also enjoy some shopping in its iconic building near Saint Germain des pres. The food itself is not as eye-catching as you would expect, but they are very decent, fresh ingredients and correct level of seasoning. The less pleasant part of this dining experience is that even though I booked the table 3 weeks in advance, they still put me in a corner table where only one guest can sit on the couch and I have to sit in a passage way where all the waiters were constantly going in and out for service, a bit disturbing if you are paying 100 euro per head and still get that table.

There is nothing wrong about the place. Just the prices are -too- overrated. Quality food, good service, nice atmosphere but you need almost 70 eur/person for 2 starters and 2 drinks...

The garden is absolutely stunning. What I love the most is the staffs here, everyone is so friendly, especially a server of our table (in the second photo), he paid attention to our table and poured us water every time our cups are low, he suggested taking tons of nice photos for us in the restaurant as we came as a couple. I really want to say thank you even tho I didn’t know his name, but he went way beyond the clients’ expectation. The food was good, and their butter omg why is it so good and different. Love their attention to detail. Quite pricey tho, 27€ for a cocktail and we had to pay for the water bootle.

The food here is really good. the bar area service is also very good. however, when we sit down at the table the waiter takes forever to come to service us. Very beautiful restaurant.

I would give it 5 stars but menu needs a bit of a tweak. Loved it in and out yet would have loved to see a bit of more food research. It could be one of the best of Paris if they would, service is A+ location is A++

  • 3/5 Waleed Bin M. 2 years ago on Google
Location is okay bar and well known service experience is below average. Quality of food is average. Atmosphere is very nice 👍🏼 Must ask twice or more if need something more. Service must be outstanding instead of what you will get over there. Yes we know the brand. But they don’t have the right to treat audiences like what you will receive. And never expected from your audience tips 🤔 It’s the lack of branding. And might hit the image.
