A colleague and I went to Mayfair Garden this week due to the great reviews and seemingly delicious dishes. The night started off nicely, and the food was alright, but it really didn't meet our expectations (see pictures). We each had a main and a drink, along with a side of rice and a nice mango lassi. My lamb was also a little burnt as shown in the attached photo, which was a shame. Towards the end of our meal, a waiter tried to come and take our plates away whilst we were still eating - we told him that we hadn't yet finished. Later, the manager came over whilst we were finishing our drink and chatting, who told us that it was necessary to move outside (into the pouring rain), to finish the drinks as he wanted the table for some other customers. We politely declined & continued. When it came to paying the bill at the entrance, my colleague very politely informed him that this was totally disrespectful and not a very pleasant way to treat paying customers. His response was that this is what you should expect when you only pay 62 euros, and waved us goodbye - this was absolutely disgusting and I have never before been judged by how much I have spent in a restaurant. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody, and would like to see a change of attitude towards their paying customers, as other reviews suggest a common trend.

Liked the food taste and the service Ben gave from them. With a swift response for delivering the food 🍽️ platers on the table. The verity was so great. And the re-ordered food was good as well. You will have your food freshly made as the one you ordered. I liked the outdoor dining area

Worst food experience ever. we were attracted by fake reviews written by the restaurant. The food is definitely not worth the price. Our roti were completely burnt and we paid 4€ for a single one... what a shame

a tourist trap (that I fell into). The quality of the food is definitely below average (I have easily had better indian food at half their prices) which they try very hard to hide with a presentation that unsuccessfully mimicks fine dining and only adds fakeness. No wonder I was the only diner there in their at least 20-table restaurant. Of course, the owner would soon say my review is also fake. The saffron lassi didn't smell of saffron and only of cheap yogurt. Appetizer salmon was dry, overcooked, and served with sauces and roe that were very random and added nothing to the experience. The main dish, which was the most expensive and strongly recommended by waiter, which now I believe that the owner must have told his waiters to do so, was just average seasoned rice with dry chicken pieces, a quality I can easily find at a supermarket. In short, disappointed and not recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed the halal tasty Indian food here for dinner. The service was quick, each item ordered was authentic, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! Highly recommended as a nice dinner option if you’re looking for something flavoursome and warming.

I came to this restaurant based on recommendations from multiple friends, so my expectations were very high. I was delighted to find that the staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the place were also top-notch. I asked the server for their recommendation and ordered the chicken biryani, which was good and delicious. However, as someone who loves to cook and eat Indian cuisine, I wouldn't consider this restaurant as one of the best Indian restaurants in Paris (Indian restaurants are typically judged by the quality of their biryani or butter chicken). Nevertheless, I still plan to come back and try the butter chicken. I forgot to mention earlier that the starter bread was a bit salty, but it was still incredibly delicious.

We loved the place. Food was great. Typical Indian/Pakistani with French gastronomic presentation. The service was excellent. They would take time to guide us and explain things. Caring, polite and attentive. Definitely a place to go to again and again. Its awesome Trip Advisor reviews make sense totally.

Great food and nice place. Came here with my parents and they explained every dish in the menu to us newbies. They also made Tikka masala just for us, even if it's not in the menu. The vegetable samosa is incredible. Great experience overall.

Fine Pakistani dining. Absolutely delicious food, accompanied by great and professional staff and service, a must-go if you are in Paris! Reservation is recommended as it gets very crowded on weekends especially. All the dishes are prepared with a lot of care and all that we tried was delicious. I will surely be back as soon as I can!

For the level that they're aiming for: 3 stars. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. The ambiance was quiet and elegant. The service is excellent and they speak English well. The quality of the flavours, the way they brought the dishes together, was slightly off. The Saag was sort of "muddy" and textureless. The cardamom rice was nice but barely tasted of cardamom. The truffle naan didn't really taste of truffle and generally the flavours were little dull. It's like they were aiming for a subtle flavour profile but without the aromatics to properly pull it off. You will still have a great meal here, compared to your usual Indian this is excellent, it's just not quite en pointe for the price point. (1 starter, 2 main curries, 2 sides, 1 bread, 1 rice, 2 beers and a cocktail. $115)

We (family of three) last minute decided to try this restaurant because it is only a 7 minute walk from our hotel. It had amazing reviews on trip advisor, so we were pretty excited to try it out. We arrived, only to find out that reservations are required, especially for busy days like today (Friday evening). We sadly walked a few steps from the restaurant to search trip advisor for another restaurant, and also debated going back to our hotel to have dinner. Suddenly, the restaurant’s manager walks up to us and tells us they can accommodate a table for us. No need for a reservation. I cannot believe the manager was gracious enough to seat us even though it was clearly a very busy night for them. We have only been in Paris for 11 hours, and this trip is already off to a great start. Thanks to the team at Mayfair Garden Paris for being so nice. The food was absolutely amazing as well. Everything was perfect.

As a Indian, I’ve been missing food out in Paris! However, the food and presentation does not disappoint!! Service was so amazing - we received tea and chocolates as we finished off our meals. Chicken Kahrahi and Pink Kachori Chaat were to die for! Loved the meal - great time. Would definitely recommend. Indian approved!!

The manager Farhan does not deserve to be at this position /working at this restaurant He is very rude and abusive, very unwelcoming. He did not have any courtesy how to treat guests and also harassed us.

This must be the best Indian food in Paris! We ordered lamb and chicken and it was really, really good. The naan was crisp and tasteful! The delivery was fast, we had the food within 30 minutes. We will absolutely order again soon!

The food is very good, the presentation is very good, but the most striking thing is the perfect service of the waiters and waitresses. I think I have never experienced such a thoughtful and friendly service!

We enjoyed our lunch at Mayfair Garden We enjoyed the effort and attention put into the dishes. My husband really enjoyed the biryani with the bread baked on top. There hasn't been a place in the USA that he has been to that does it like in India.

Outstanding service and food! My husband and I ordered the beer kachori, samosa chaat, tadka daal, and their version of saag paneer. All of the dishes were incredible! So much flavor! Unique twist on all of the dishes, spectacular presentation and just overall a wonderful experience!

Great great Indian food in Paris! Vegetarians don't be discouraged by their menu, they have a "secret" menu where they can make so many things vegetarian/off menu! The karahi paneer was delicious, as was the chicken appetizer. Really can't go wrong with anything you order! The service was really top notch and the restaurant was beautifully maintained.

What a great experience! We came to Paris and wanted to try a diverse food selection, so this came on our radar. The Chicken Biryani, Lamb Nihari, and Buttered Chicken were all splendid dishes. We visited here twice because one just wasn't enough on our 9 day trip in Paris. The owner and waiters were all very welcoming, and the speed of the kitchen was on point. My wife and I thank you for making us feel welcome in your beautiful restaurant.

A taste experience from start to end. Every single mouthful in this restaurant were fantastic. I’m pretty sure you can’t choose anything wrong from the menu. The staff were really helpful, attentive and spoke English really well. Which may be important for foreigners.

Staff was very cordial and nice, the experience was luxurious. Food was very very good and fancy. The price is high, but it makes sense with the experience you have and the location (very close to the Eiffel Tower). The spritz was also amazing.

Traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist. The salmon starter was my favourite dish. Highly recommend this spot for a special occasion.

Probably the best restaurant I've been to in a decade. The food was first class with an unusual presentation. Every dish we had was bursting with complementary but multiple layers of flavours. The dishes were authentically traditional but with a very modern and innovative twist. The staff was quietly attentive and never obtrusive. The owner and his brother, the chef, were very humble when praised and managed a slick and professional team. The interior decor has a luxurious yet warm and relaxed feel. Overall, this was a wonderful culinary experience and feast for all senses. I will definitely be visiting again when in Paris.
