Tired, hot and thirsty I stopped by for a cool drink and was welcomed like a princess. From the doorman, to the hostess and bar staff, I could not have been made to feel more welcome in this beautiful hotel. Of course going with the vibe the cool drink ended up being a glass of champagne! Worth every cent.

The team was wonderful at The Rosewood Paris. We were treated to a very special upgrade. The staff was so kind and the service was impeccable. We loved our room. Every detail was taken care of and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The restaurant and bar were amazing too. We enjoyed our stay and were sad it was so short. We will be back.

Excellent hotel. Much better than competitors, a big upgrade than the mandarin oriental. Great service amazing French toast. Nothing to complain about but maybe my room was haunted since Marie Antoinette used to take piano lessons here before she was guillotined in front. Had some nightmares and saw Marie in my dream in the room at 6am

My family and I spent 5 wonderful days at Hotel de Crillon. Granted, the rooms are lovely but could be made a little more luxurious to match the rest of the hotel, but this hotel is an absolutely gorgeous property. Stylish, elegant, and beautiful. The beds are super comfy, and the linens lovely. The staff and service are excellent…top notch! Everyone was kind, respectful, attentive and helpful. This is a rarity nowadays. Breakfast and pastries are fabulous. The pastries will take you on a gastronomique ride to the moon, so out of this world delicious.Make sure to try the mille-feuille in the pastry shop. Heaven! The location can’t be beaten. Overall I rate Hotel de Crillon one of the best…5 Stars!!

Upon my recent sojourn to the revered Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, an establishment long hailed for its decadence and prestigious reputation, I encountered an amusing array of service experiences which demand a formal, albeit regal, recounting. As I meandered through the hallowed halls of this grand edifice, a fair-haired young gentleman approached me with a spontaneity befitting a Jane Austen novel. He generously relieved me of any burdens concerning my desire to extend my stay until the Sabbath. One would assume this to be an auspicious beginning to a Parisian tale. Yet, alas! All was not as it seemed. As Shakespeare once mused, "All that glitters is not gold." The key to my chamber demonstrated a rebellious streak, refusing to grant us entry. In the midst of this mild fiasco, a certain Monsieur Alan, rather than coming to our aid, took it upon himself to berate my dearest companion with the ardour of Mr. Darcy defending his honour. His proclamation? We were not permitted to inhabit our lodgings past the morning bell on Saturday. In a bid to resolve this conundrum, I sought counsel with the manager on duty, the ever-alert Mr. Alexander Blanchard. Offering to pay not once, but twice the demanded sum, in a bid to retain my quarters, I was met with a surprising rebuff. However, hope appeared in the guise of a potential room relocation. Yet, the caveat? An exodus was mandated before 10 on the morrow. But the tale takes yet another turn. The selfsame Mr. Blanchard, seemingly afflicted with a change of heart or perhaps a pang of conscience, made a rather boisterous appearance at my chamber door. With proclamations loud enough to rival the town crier, he asserted that I might retain my lodgings, presenting a newfound solution. Indeed, he was quite vocal in ensuring I was well aware of this benevolent change in stance, perhaps cognisant of the impending review. In conclusion, the Hôtel de Crillon, while undeniably resplendent, presented a theatrical series of events worthy of the West End stage. One could hardly imagine the need for such dramatics within such hallowed walls. In the immortal words of Queen Victoria, "We are not amused." Yet, we remain hopeful that future visits might reflect the grandeur and impeccable service this establishment is historically known to proffer.

I have stayed in the majority of outstanding hotels and yours is the best by far! The staff is wonderful, goes out of their way and really seem to "mean it" rather than treating it just as a job. The decorating and comfort are top of the line. I have only one suggestion. I would put a "grab bar" to help someone have stability if lose balance in the shower and one in the bath to help with getting out of the tub. These can be as elegant as your other fixtures and not as wide as the US recommends.

Absolutely enchanting experience at Hotel de Crillon! From the moment I crossed the threshold, I felt like I had stepped into a magical realm. The warm welcome from the doormen and reception set the tone for an extraordinary stay. Every staff member inside was kind and wore a constant smile. The meticulous attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is truly impressive, and the fragrance of flowers that envelops you in every hallway makes it feel like a walk in paradise. The art within the hotel creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a museum, perfectly reflecting the essence of Paris. The ceilings are a breathtaking masterpiece, complementing the artistry found throughout. Les Ambassadeurs bar left me in awe, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. However, the pièce de résistance is the pool with a view of the ceiling and the hammam. You breathe in relaxation and a true sense of place. I felt pampered and can't wait to return. Hotel de Crillon is a gem that captures the essence of Parisian luxury!

We had a lovely stay. We lunched at the Jardin d’hiver. The service as impeccable. Such a wide selection of wines and the seafood was so fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, so close to many museums and shopping. The staff goes the extra mile. The room appointments are gorgeous. We are looking forward to return.

Peter and Karin Graburn from Calgary, Canada, are immensily grateful for the amazing Customer Service we received on a rainy, cold Sunday November 12th, this year. Had a luxurious massage at Sense at the Hotel de Crillon. This spa is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Paris. My feet were in need of a break from sightseeing! This spa allows you use of their fitness center, beautiful pool, Turkish hamman and heated lounge chairs. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. I will be back!

Had an amazing experience during our stay. We could not have asked for more. Each and every interaction we had with restaurant service team, housekeeping, guest relations, bellboy, butler and various other staff had been fantastic. Over and above, butler and guest service team was very prompt to handle any questions and requests. The little surprise, cake, flowers and balloon this team arranged for my wife birthday made our stay memorable for us. Thank You team

For 3 years in row it has been my choice ! Every detail in this hotel is amazing and a peace of art. The service! The small details they take care of, the butler service and their concierge are excellent. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a luxurious stay with excellent service.

I had lunch today, August 31, with two friends in the Jardin d'Hiver. We had a very enjoyable experience. As it was cold and wet outside, we sat at a table in the lovely room, with really unbeatable service. The menu was simple but delicious, and the dessert quite special.Light and very tasty. Most impressive, was the wine list which has few rivals in Paris, or anywhere. We spent over three hours with you, and look forward to returning again soon. Perhaps on a sunny day.

The staff is so friendly and helpful(especially the male staff in the pic, He provided the best service and pay attention to a small detail), the location is excellent, and the property design and detail are so stunning. Don't forget to order hot chocolate and scone, It’s something you shouldn't miss out on. This is the best hot chocolate and scone I've ever had in Paris.

Our 3 days at Hotel Crillon were simply the most marvelous 3 days of the entire time in France as your attention to detail are beyond excellent. From the moment we arrived on Friday, we were met with kindness and warmth and this extended until the last moment when we left on Tuesday, the 22nd of June. Your staff is exemplary and so very nice, and being nice seems to be the most noticeable element to me. In a world where kindness seems to have gone by the wayside, your staff seems to know how very important this quality is when dealing with people who are traveling and weary at times. My husband and I needed money for our guide but did not want to have to find another ATM machine on Sunday, and your concierge was so very kind in allowing. us to obtain cash from your office to reimburse her. That meant so much that she offered this service expecting fully that we would just add it to our bill upon checkout. This was unexpected, I must admit, but how incredibly kind of your staff to offer this service so that we did not have to keep our guide waiting. It is that attention to detail and that type of service that we will never forget. The room(421) was fabulous and so very quiet which I so appreciate when traveling. We enjoyed your amazing breakfast each morning, and everything we tried was simply delicious. I loved getting to sit down and enjoy such a breakfast in such utter beauty with all the linens and fresh flowers. It felt like a dream each morning. Again, my sincere thanks for making the end of our 2 weeks in France simply the best. Ross and I look forward to returning to Hotel Crillon on our next trip to your amazing city. It was truly the dream of a lifetime to stay with you, and we were not disappointed.

Beware - this place is EXTREMELY fancy 🤓😅🇫🇷🥂. We came for a team Happy hour (young SaaS company half French half American) and got plenty of judgemental looks from the guests around us. This is better suited for a date or a small group for tea and stylish drinks/small bites.

Generally, it was a fabulous stay, as always. The staff and amenties are firest class. We had a few unexpected issues with housekeeping: only one bathrobe provided; cups and mugs for tea/coffee not replaced and the like. But overall excellent as always.

Crillon is one of those magic places in Paris. We like to visit the bar when dressed up, where we love cocktails at the bar. This trip we visited twice, once late afternoon after a typical Paris long walk, the second later at night after the ballet in evening dress. Always wonderful.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Every corner of this property is filled with amazing design details and the service is absolutely impeccable. The food was also incredible at both Jardin d’Hiver and the more formal L’Ecrin. It will be hard to stay anywhere else in Paris in the future.

Hôtel de Crillon is by far our very favorite hotel in all of Paris. From the moment we arrive until we depart the entire staff greets us and makes us feel at home. The reception team is amazing! Our check in went smoothly and quickly. The hotel reservation team is the best... and they worked very hard to ensure we were given our favorite room, 511. The hotel room was so beautiful and comfortable! The entire concierge team worked with us each day to secure our restaurant reservations, tickets to art exhibitions, and tickets to Roland-Garros... which was an amazing experience!!!! We are currently working with Laetitia Boulet to purchase the linens, pillows, and duvet that loved during our stay, so we can enjoy them at home. She has been lovely to work with! We recommend Hôtel de Crillon to all of our friends and family! We thank you all for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. With Gratitude, Marci & Ronnie Morgan

The hotel is spectacular, our accommodations were beautiful, and the location could not be better. However, it was the staff that really made our stay so special. Vincent and his team far exceeded our greatest hopes – the hospitality was impeccable and everyone we encountered was warm and engaging and eager to please. Another highlight for us was the bar, where we retired every night after dinner to have a drink and relax. The place to stay for the perfect visit to Paris.

Many palace hotels in Paris offer great service. The Crillon is particularly stunning in many ways: welcoming its guests with a sincere sense of hospitality, ensure a smooth experience thanks to constant care. The view from the terrasse Bonjour Paris is simply breathtaking. The atmosphere yet remains elegant and relaxing. We spent 2 hours and did not notice how time flew by before heading to the restautant downstairs in the courtyard. An architectural gem, where you feel out of time but still very much in Paris. Thanks to the team for creating very special moments and deliciously creative cocktails presented in an engaging way.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We believe that you should have heavier rubber mats in the showers to avoid falls, by senior citizens. The food in your breakfast area was wonderful, but the chairs need more padding, and were quite low. Your staff is fantastic, which i am sure you know!!

What a beautiful place to call a home away from home. I can see why this is truly one of the world’s truly great hotels. This is my 4th Rosewood property to stay at and I have to say the service, the attention and level of detail in absolutely every area was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The golden swimming pool was breathtaking, the pastries every morning were delicious, the room was spacious and what a refreshing change to come in to fresh flowers! Upon arrival the team had noted it was my birthday and wrote a beautiful message on the desk in my room and left a surprise bottle of champagne to start the stay in a great way. I loved how there was ALWAYS a table for us for breakfast and dinner as guests of the hotel. It made us feel very special to walk straight in without a reservation each night. On one evening where weather made this a complex challenge, there was a seat in the bar and a complimentary cocktail in our hands - a nice surprise given the weather was entirely out of their control. I had to work from the room during the week so I left my shutters open to the inner courtyard of the hotel and hearing the quiet bustle of Parisian life downstairs as lunch was served was the perfect background noise. If I had one suggestion of improvement, the shower amenities could be changed/improved for younger guests, the scent feels a bit classy and old-fashioned for my immature palette! I’m worried this will make all future hotel stays elsewhere lesser by comparison but it’s a problem I’m grateful to have! Thank you Hotel de Crillon!

Our first time back since the 2017 renovation. At first, we missed the old Crillon, but then we realized how beautiful the new version is. We loved breakfast in the garden. On our last morning, we had breakfast in the bar, which was elegant. The service at the hotel was as good as it gets.

My wife and I stayed for one week at the Crillon Hotel. We tremendously enjoyed our stay. The Hotel's staff were amazing and so friendly and supportive. Our Room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff kept it meticulously clean and supplied it with all needed amenities. The room service was outstanding and delivered our breakfast on time and with top quality and a variety of delicious food items. The Concierge service was veery helpful and gracious.

Unique ! I fall in love with this hotel every time I come to Paris. The walls are probably the most beautiful and elegant ones but the people working there are above anything you will ever find. Thank you again. Hope to see you soon.

The team is so professional, well trained and always happy and ready to assist. The service was just amazing and very ponctual. I was amazed from the attention to details and the room set up, my daughter was fascinated and kept on asking me "mom, how do they know my name" as there was a card left for her from the butler with a sweet message on it. We were all pampered with the amenities. Never seen or sensed this positive vibes in a each hotel staff member with a beautiful sense of humor.
