Tried to eat there 27/09/2016 but was poorly treated by heavy set receptionist in seating. Once seated we were not acknowledged while two other couple were moved away from us and then served. Waited longer then left. Can't say enough bad

Customer service could be improved. We were put in a corner of the cafe by one service staff. Then was told rudely by another one to move to another table when she took our order as we could only sit at that table if we were ordering food (we ordered only drinks). 10 min later after moving tables, we realised she did not place our order at all.

Stopped for an excellent outdoor lunch here just after we arrived at our hotel in Paris. Located on the upper level of the train station and adjacent to a very nice plaza its a good place to have a meal and watch all of the people passing by. We found another cafe with the same name in the Geneva airport, so I am guessing its a chain. Food A+ as well as the service.

Well service is not the speediest but once you get your order is not bad. Perhaps they can benefit from an overall training in customer service. I’d say for a quick bite while charging your phone and wait for your scheduled ride... the it’s enough. If you have time and looking for an experience and good dining, well there are plenty of places but I’m reviewing my experience during my stay... it was just ok. Keep it up fellas!

Without a doubt the most terrible eatery during our stay in Paris. The salad was tasteless, and the deep fried chèvre tasted like stale oil, the fish and chips were very very oily and didn’t taste fresh. It was an all around disaster. Avoid this spot!

We went there at 7:00, tired from a 12h flight. We were looking forward for a hot drink and some pain au chocolat before our train. We sat down for 20 minutes. Waiter and waitress ignored us. We called them. Never turned their eyes on us. If I weren't that tired, I wouldn't say that my wife, daughter and I being Asian was the only difference with the other customers who were served. At least you can sit in a warm room without spending money if it is what you're looking for. Parisians really need to see the world more...

worst café and service ever ! the waiter literally avoided eye contact not to cater us! we waited for half an hour to give it a chance.. but gave up after 45mins of waiting just for the waiter to come and get our order! wow. avoid the wait and check the Pret a Manger instead. Would be a waste of time to attempt to grab some food here

If you have time only for one cup of beer before your train. It is good enough.

Avoid at all costs, I would pay not to experience this cafe again. So so rude, the waiters avoided eye contact so you couldn't get their attention. When moving a table out of the way so we could sit down, the waiter then pushed it back and into a bad knee that I have, no acknowledgement or apology given. Didn't feel welcome or comfortable there at all. Avoid!

Staff was very slow, entrecôte was at most a centimeter thick and completely overdone, tough and chewy, while pasta was completely over cooked as well. Prices are high. Not recommended.
