The hotel was nice and the breakfast was very good! There was a protest outside the hotel which led to an ugly situation. The tear gas leaked through our window!! We ran out of our room coughing! No fun 😩 later, we asked the staff at the desk if it was safe to go outside as it seemed to be calm because we needed to get dinner. They said it’s been safe all day and that we should be safe going out. Well there were fires in the sidewalks made by protestors and it got bad again as we were walking back to the hotel. From our window (which was right at the entrance) we could see protestors harassing travelers, stealing suitcases, a coat, and battling with police. I think the hotel staff could have given everyone some better safety information.

If I can, I try to stay in hotels from the Ibis chain since I am used to the standard they have. This was my first time staying at an Ibis Style, I usually go for the Ibis budget. I must say I wasn't happy with my stay, I will list the cons and pros of my experience: Cons: - The shower glass was cracked. - The bathroom didn't have good ventilation. Because of this, the room was really humid after showering, - Part of the wall of the bathroom had clear humidity deterioration signs. - The almost no-space to hang your clothes, we could barely hang 2 things and the rest had to stay in the luggage. - The breakfast was below the standard compared to other Ibis budget. - Since the price of the Ibis style is greater than the Ibis budget, I was expecting better installations, or at least the same level. Pros: - Proximity to the metro station. - You can leave your luggage after check-out. - The room was clean - Comfortable beds - Wifi was good

For the money, it's well below average. Small rooms, no kettle, tea or coffee, not even napkins are left here. There's hardly any storage space, so you have to milt everything on the floor. You put at most two bags in the room and you have a full room. Staff helpful. They speak English. The rooms are not well sealed at all, you feel like you are sleeping outside even if you have the window closed. Loud music from the bar downstairs but stops at 11:00 pm sharp. The windows could do with a refurbishment along with the shower which is greenish at the joints. The room smells oddly like glue. Hotel close to metro and train station which is its strong advantage but probably the only one. Breakfast really amazing! But breakfast is constantly repeated, no change

I've unfortunately been a repeat guest here for work purposes and this hotel is an absolute joke. They BLAST music until late into the night on their patio so you can say goodbye to any form of peace or sleep. The bathroom is consistently smelly/dirty, the breakfast area is overpacked no matter what time I go down to eat, the reception area is complete chaos at check in time, even leaving the hotel is a challenge because of massive groups of people just standing there and blocking the exit. Only location is a plus. I hope I don't have to stay at this hotel ever again.

We've had a great experience and resting in this hotel. Rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is really good, especially for those people who prefer to eat healthy food (cheese, boiled eggs, ham, yogurt, delicious chia seeds in coconut yogurt, fresh fruits, fresh juice, nuts, dried apricots, sultanas, cereals and many other. Of course, there was a bakery. My daughters adored traditional croissants with hot chocolate! The staff in the hotel is nice. The atmosphere is lovely and it made our day. As advice, I would recommend cleaning corners in the shower room from mold. Despite the fact that there was very little mold, it was still in the eye

I have stayed here three times, and each time was better than the last. You know what you are getting with an Ibis, and the Styles hotel is a step up from the Acor average. The staff are multilingual, patient, and very helpful. The reception is open late, and I have never had any issues. Line 14 is outside the hotel, which runs to the heart of Paris. Gare du Lyon is a 10 minute walk away, with connections all over the city.

I agree with everything others have mentioned. I am currently staying at this hotel. The rooms are quite narrow and virtually no closet space, can hang 4 hangars. The bathroom is basic at best. No ventilation fan, so it smells damp all the time. No proper rack/rod to hold towels and hence they never dry properly being hung from a hook. Also, if you have any sort of mobility issues, it's quite a high entry bath tub. Poor control on water temp. It goes from Arctic frigid to water from depths of hell in a small turn of the dial. Another thing to note, if you are sound sensitive from sleeping, bring ear plugs. This place is right across Arena section and constant indoor or outdoor events can make sleeping a nightmare. As I type this, there is some evenr next door and the music is so loud and the constant thumping of the beats is going to be horrendous to sleep to. What was pleasant about stay. As mentioned by others, location. Right across Bercy station and 20min walk to Gare de Lyon. Also I liked the bed and the wifi worked great! Finally the breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Good coffee machines and wide selection of pastries, fruit, eggs, ham and cheese made it all good. Needs to add lactose free milk to their menu.

I stopped by the hotel to find out the prices. I'm looking for the best prices on the internet. After 5 minutes, a black woman told me that if I didn't plan on renting a hotel, I should leave. I was at the hotel for 5 minutes

I have slept at many Ibis hotels and don´t mind their simplicity. But this onw was not nice. I thought it was dated, too basic lodgement, and soulless. It does a good job at reminding you that you’re not spending the night at home. Free Wifi in the room was open and bandwidth atrocious for working (not that the absence of a proper table in my bedroom would make working easy). The main hotel's entrance automated glass door was shattered (and has been like that for at least 3 weeks at the time of my visit). Bed was comfy, though. Decent continental breakfast. Good location: literally across the street from some decent restaurants, Metro Bercy, Accor Arena, Cinémathèque.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean all the time. Breakfast was totally enough and good for 2 nights. I booked a room for 2 people, and when I checked in the receptionist said that we actually booked 2 rooms. That person who travelled with me was my concert buddy and we actually met for the first time so we thought having those 2 rooms would actually be nice. We asked the staff if the room was already paid and they confirmed. At this point there was no problem for. The next morning, the manager! from the hotel woke me up by calling me at 9am in the morning and said that there was a mistake and I actually just paid for 1 room. He directly said I would have to pay 80 Euros for the room that I took. My friend and I went down to the reception to discuss that it was not our mistake and that the receptionist herself confirmed it was paid for two. The manager meant that it was our duty to say we only booked one and that we have to pay for the extra room. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for a mistake they did. I even called my tour operator and they said that I don't have to pay for the night. After 20 min of talking, we had to check out one room and sleep in one room. When we left the hotel, 3 of the staffs and the manager said something in french and laughed at us. I would never come back because I didn't feel comfortable at all.

Good location. Roughly 10 minutes walking distance from Gare de Lyon. There is a cool bar area just behind the hotel and the music will be playing till 11pm. Breakfast is served from 6-9am. The room has towels and all in one shower gel.

Next time I visit Paris I will come here again. Not only has good deal but Front desk agent was so kind and lovely. When I forgot my phone charger she lends me hers 🙌 thank you so much and also when I ask for my luggage they were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was included and omg! Maybe French people will laugh but croissants here was sooooo good!! I had 4 of them and other bread wow!! Room was very clean! Right now Paris has issues with bad bugs but no signs of complaints and I didn’t find any problems.

The Ibis style is near a train station station Bercy & it's the reason why I pick it. I was pkease with my choice, the room was nice, confortable, clean. The bathroom was the same, & the soap provided had a really nice smell. The staff was lovely, they do not have a restaurant there, so I asked for a recommandation. I was told to cross the road & go to a little Italian restaurant. The meal was really nice & reasonnable a fix menu for €25. And now the bed a double bed, very confortable, & after doing Newcastle to Paris, it was a welcome break before travelling the next day.

Room was decent and comfortable enough for the weekend. There is however very little sound proofing so the noise of the cleaners singing and banging doors down the passage woke me up each morning at around 8AM. The signage for the door for cleaning or no cleaning went missing on day 2 so the next morning the cleaner entered the room at 8AM waking me up once again.

Everything was superb! The staff was very nice, the room super clean, amazing breakfast (try the croissants and pain au chocolat!) and it's next to the Accor Arena which was perfect as I was traveling for the Madonna concert. The hotel had a Madonna "ambience" with pictures all over reception, quite funny. Great atmosphere overall. You could also heat your own food as there are dishes and a microwave in a common area. Dogs are also welcome which I loved.

I don’t think it should be ibis style, the room is so bad , not even a 2star hotel room standard. the air conditioner not work well, the room is so humid. Poor soundproof, hard to have a good night there. Restaurant around the hotel wasn’t that good. The breakfast wasn’t good.

Friendly, helpful staff. Bedroom comfortable, but I really need a walk-in shower. Breakfast very good, with a huge selection to choose from. Again staff very helpful.

Nice place to stay, basic and clean, comfy beds, lovely staff, good continental breakfast buffet... normally one doesn't spend too much time in his room when in Paris , so good enough. Well connected with the metro (line 6, 14 was under work )

When we arrived the girls in the entrance were rude and looked genuinely bored to do their job. The room was nice, small but cozy. We were surprised to see in the bathroom pieces of toenails on the floor and hair on the walls/ door. The breakfast was okay if you stay fews days but if not, the breakfast choices could be a problem.

Very nice hotel, definitely recommend for a stay in Paris! Absolutely great location, metro entrance is opposite with a straight line to Eiffel tower and Champs Elysees! Rooms are cozy, quite small (not much storage space) but clean! We were lucky to have a view on the terrace and the arena! Breakfast was good, not the best, but everyone can find something to eat! Also, great restaurants with good prices and food are just opposite the hotel!

Second time l come here in one month. Comfortable beds and good location. If you want to eat quickly in the evening there is a Chinese across the street and you can fill your stomach for 12 to 15 euros

I don't recommend this hotel. I visited it with my family in July 2020. It was a disaster, breakfast was a failure , in the dining area the ceiling fell down and we had a problem with the sink in the room. What is more our passports were stolen while we went sightseeing... so I will definitely choose a different hotel next time.

The place is minimalistic. Don't expect a big room.Just right to go and sleep as the whole day you are out exploring Paris. Very convenient to catch the metro. A nice location to be in....Staff is helpful and cordial.

The heating was broken in my room. It seemed to be permanently on. It was extremely hot and the window barely opened to let in fresh air. In the morning there was no warm water so I had to take a cold shower. Though clean, the interior was worn, dated, and uninviting. The staff was friendly.

Budget prices does not mean that staff should not be friendly or helpful. Only exception was the man at the breakfast entrance. Rooms are small, but clean.

Bad smell. No electricity in the room. Drain didn’t work. Car was vandalized in the closed underground parking of the hotel… This hotel deserves a -10!

We have a good time in Paris and the stay was in Ibis are good. But we face some issue regarding Air condition the AC fan is not working, and the air flow is not good even on High fan speed. We have complained on a first day and the team share with us the table Fan. Which is good. But after reporting to the system regarding the AC no one visited till 20 Hours. Next day evening I have to visit again to complain and then tech team came to visit.

Rooms sparsely decorated no refreshment facilities, towels extremely thin. No chair to sit on barely enough hanging space for clothes and decor felt very clinical and cold. Air con didn't work, a kettle and cups for coffee would have been good too. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel for €220 a night I expected much more.
