I had my first visit to this office last week with Dr. Gadh and I must say, I'm super disappointed. I gave the office 2 stars because the staff is very nice and I was taken back pretty quick, however my experience with the doctor was less than impressive. I informed Dr. Gadh that I've been struggling with chronic BV for the past five years and I'm desperate for a cure. Without hesitation or even asking a single question, her recommendation was to pump me with Flagly. If anyone is familiar with BV, especially chronic BV, then they would know that most of the bacteria is RESISTANT to Flagly. There have been several scholarly articles published regarding chronic BV and more times than not, ureaplasma and mycoplasma are the cause. Please take note that Flagly WILL NOT kill these two strains of bacteria and when I asked to be tested, Dr. Gadh lied and said they didn't test for that then quickly retracted her statement and said "ok we'll test you." It's been over a week now and still no result so I'm starting to think she never actually did the test. My question is, why? Why wouldn't you, as a doctor, want to do everything possible to help your patient, and get down to the bottom of their problem? All she wanted to do was write me a prescription and send me on my way. Typical for modern day doctors. Safe to say I won't be returning to this office.

If I could give this facility a zero rating I would!!! Once I was able to get an office staff member to answer my call (20 minute wait the first time) they hung up. Called back waited once more when they answered they told me that I was a medicaid patient and they do not accept it, in spite of the fact that they were given the correct ID number. I was able to get my insurance company to call Roxana (the office’s insurance verification specialist) we waited on hold for 45 MINUTES after which time we were mysteriously disconnected ONCE AGAIN! If it not for the fact that there was an issue and I needed to be seen I would have just reported them to my insurance carrier, I called the office and waited on hold for another 30 minutes Roxana assured me that they verify insurances all day every day and that I had Medicaid even when I said the front of the card stated “open access” ! She finally agreed to check again and low and behold I was able to be seen! You would think that this was enough of a struggle but wait there is more I paid my copay with my FSA account which requires a receipt with name of facility, date of service, and actual service performed. Receptionist stated that this was impossible until after they bill the insurance company. So Veepika if your job is to manage this office I suggest hiring a competent staff and instructing them on how to provide “SERVICE” to your patients. I will be reporting this to my insurance company as I am sure that my experience is not unique!!

Nice people but do not seem too experienced, every question or concern I’m always told to go to the hospital! So why do they even practice to refer?! Dismissive staff and great availability bc no one goes here, no wonder! If you are pregnant be wary, they’ll try to induce early!

I've been going here for little over two years now and have only had maybe a handful of visits, however I have yet to see an actual Dr because a Dr is never available! I've only ever seen a nurse practioner. My last appt at the Flamingo office the staff had me wait for an hour after which time they told me I couldn't be seen because the Dr had a delivery. I asked if I could be seen by a nurse practioner and was told no they are all booked up despite having an appointment!! My appointment was at 2 it was now 3 o'clock, what was she doing from 2 to 3!!?? As a patient I felt like I was treated as though my time wasn't valuable and as though I wasn't important! I will be seeking a new obgyn office!

Incredible, I am so happy that this is the doctor and office that I chose for my maternity journey. Everyone is knowledgeable and not only that but so special. From the doctor, front desk , PA, Nurses, and the lab techs. Everyone goes above and beyond to not only help you feel safe, but also excited. I could not recommend this office enough. They are a team made up of angels.

If you care about your health, I beg you to find another office that will actually care about you. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Will never be returning.

Dr. Danastor is one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure to have. She is kind, she genuinely listens to concerns, recalls what you’ve told her in the past and provides thorough education. She’s the best of the best and I could not recommend her enough.

The best healthcare I have ever received! All the Dr’s at this practice are wonderful but I have to give a special shout out to Dr. Mignacca and her team. Dr. Mignacca is kind, caring, and never makes you feel rushed with any concerns. I hope to continue seeing her for the rest of my life. All of her nurses are kind and her surgical coordinator Diana is an absolute superstar. You will not find better care anywhere else.

Dr. Danestor was very personable, did not get to spend much time with her due to an emergency she had to attend to. The nurse practitioner who assisted, was attentive and helpful and Dr. Danestor called me back afterwards for any follow up questions. However, her office should take more COVID precautions by sanitizing pens, temperature checks, sanitizing stations and distance between chairs.

doctors are very helpful and knowledgeable. But the front office staff are unprofessional. I called today to check my prescription , the lady on the phone was very unapologetic and rude .

The office staff is very unprofessional and rude! I called about 2 weeks ago to get an appointment, and the lady booked and confirmed the appointment with me. I called back the morning of the appointment to confirm the time since I received no confirmation call the day before as usual, and they told me they had no appointment for me. The lady on the phone was very unapologetic, rude, and lacked empathy. She asked me again to verify the insurance information, and when I asked her to give me a minute, she hung up the phone on me. I will never be returning here again!

Dr. Keysha Pietri Mattei was amazing. She was extremely sweet, helpful and caring. She took her time with me, explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable.

I loved this place! Very organized and quick at the front. The best experience is with Dr. Danastor. She was so sweet, caring, funny and smart! She made me feel so comfortable is a less than comfortable situation. Highly recommend her :)

Dr. Gadh is AMAZING! She was my OB for two pregnancies. There were times during my prenatal care when I was concerned about some pregnancy complications. She was always very positive and made me feel at ease each time. She's very experienced, knowledgeable, and pays attention to the important details. She always has great energy and took the time to answer all my questions. During my prenatal care and up until delivery I sincerely felt I was in good hands.

Dr. Danastor was so kind, pleasant, and very informative. She made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Everything is great once you have an appointment. Good luck getting the doctor or an assistant to call you back. Only way to get treated well is if you have an appointment. I have called multiple times and left messages to have someone call me pertaining to my issue and nothing.

First time seeing Dr. Danastor at the practice. I had received recommendations from other patients and she lived up to the expectations. Superb bedside manners! Dr. Danastor was very friendly and welcoming for a first time visit. She was engaging and discussed various topics in depth and gave her honest recommendation. I was very pleased with Dr. Danastor and feel comfortable continuing my care with her. Highly recommended! Very personable!

Just saw Dr Gadh recently for my first pregnancy .. Me and my husband were very scared as we had a miscarriage before . I loved everything about Dr Gadh and her office . From the time I walked in everything was explained. Dr Gadh was amazing . She explained everything in detail and put our minds at ease for our pregnancy . My husband was also allowed in the room to hear our baby’s heartbeat the first time . Not once we felt rushed and it felt that I was her only patient that day . We are so lucky to have found such a compassionate doctor . I would strongly recommend this office to anyone looking for an OB/GYN .

This is my first pregnancy and I chose Dr. Mignacca to help me throughout the journey, I do not regret it! She is extremely smart and patient. Always answers any questions I have and makes me feel comfortable. The office is always clean and the staff is nice and welcoming. I also had the pleasure to meet the mid wife and she as well is extremely smart and pleasant. Highly recommend this practice to anyone, regardless if it’s your first or third child.

I would rate my experience with this office as positive. All the doctors & staff at this office are very helpful & professional. I must say that Dr. Danastor is the BEST!!! She genuinely cares for her patients and has their best interest at heart. She will be honest with you & keep you informed on all options for treatment. She is also great at advocating for her patients to make sure they get the best treatment. She does not mind working overtime & after hours to make sure her patients are seen. Sometimes the office can get busy which can cause the wait times to be longer, however seeing these doctors there are worth the wait. I’m a glad I was recommended this practice. Hands down if I decide to have another child this is where I will be coming!
