Honestly, Do not come here. This office is a scam. They are just after insurance money. On our first visit to the office the doctor did not even bother to spend more than 30 seconds with my husband before simply recommending an upper endoscopy. No examination, nothing. At the endoscopy, I was there to drive him home and hopefully speak to the doctor about what he had seen during the procedure. But nope, the doctor instead decided it was perfectly permissible to speak to a half coherent patient rather than the patient and his wife! Lastly, the office schedule a "follow up consultation" which was just the nail in the coffin for how much of a scam this office is! Again, no examination, nothing. The doctor essentially gave ZERO advice as to the cause and treatment to my husbands problems. So they dragged us to the office for a "follow up" only to deliver information that could have been delivered via a stupid telephone call! This office has no sense of common decency, dragging people into the office so they can bill your insurance and force you to pay a copay.

As a physician, I chose my personal doctors very carefully. Over the last several years, I have had colonoscopies and upper endoscopies with Dr Steiner. He is as good as it gets. He is a nice, caring doctor who happens to be brilliant . His endoscopy center staff are excellent , and make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. I send my friends and patients to Dr Steiner for their colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. I always left Dr Steiner's office feeling that he and his staff cared about my welfare, and would look after me. Thankful to have been treated by him.

I had colonoscopy & endoscopy done the same day. Very good service. Staff is very nice & professional. Dr Steiner is very competent, I can trust him , he knows what he is doing. Place is also very clean. I was kind of nervous before the procedure, but everything went well thank God. The anesthesiologist: Mr Snyder is also very knowledgeable, he did a good job. I thank each & everyone of them for taking such good care of me, so I give a thumbs up to the whole staff. 👍 😇🙏🙏🙏

Very nice facility. Dr. Steiner is very good doctor. Please with the procedure and the staff is kind and thoughtful. The staff also called to check on you at home, to see if you are okay after the procedure!

I am a physician’s wife and I have used Dr Steiner for my last two colonoscopies. I can honestly say they are the two best experiences of all the colonoscopies I have had. Also, the scheduling of the procedures run like clockwork. Nothing worse than being prepped and waiting for hours before being seen. I went to see dr Steiner 10 years ago. I have called and left messages just only to make an appointment because my doctor wants me to do the test again. Finally I have the appointment because I did it myself on line but not because they call me. After I made my appointment on line on the same day a lady called me to make the appointment I had already done. unfortunately now I have to cancel the appointment and I left a message today. Let’s see if they bother at all to call. Horrible experience

I called and left a voice message asking if Dr. Steiner accepts new patients and my insurance. The voice message that someone would call me back within 24 hours. Since today is friday, I didn't expect to hear back from someone until Monday. Less than 15 minutes, I received a phone call from Dr. Steiner's office and she was very pleasant. She confirmed my insurance and immediately made an appointment accommodating my schedule. Fantastic service! Thank you.

The staff is very caring and supportive from start to finish. I was even contacted after my procedure (same day) to ensure that I was feeling ok. Dr. Steiner is great!

My appointment was with Dr.Steiner today. I was promptly received(waited perhaps five minutes before being called!). I was dreading the procedure but everyone made me feel at ease. Great staff, they communicated every step of the way.The anesthesiologist was friendly, speaking with me as I fell asleep.Dr Steiner was superb! has the best bedside manners, didnt make me feel rushed, understood my nervousness and even walked me to the door as I left!I appreciated everyone's positive attitude! Dr.Jeff Steiner’s competence, professionalism and engaging personality allayed my fears of undergoing the first colonoscopy in the United States compared with the UK’s procedure- MRI at PREVENTICUM- (non- anesthesia) in London nearly 10 years ago. Within an hour of the successful procedure Dr. Steiner was in touch to follow up. My wife is undergoing same procedure with Dr. Steiner on May 2023. Dr. Steiner my highest commendation.

Staff are friendly welcoming and helpful. The doctor, for me Dr. Steiner was very professional and caring. He takes time to explain things and answers any and all questions. The staff encourage you to call back if you forget to ask any questions.

Dr. Is perfect but staff is a waste. He needs to fire all staff. They are rude and unprofessional. They don't listen to their patients they talk over you then hang up. I went for a visit tried to tell them i was vomiting for three days and they asked why am i crying. Turned out the visit was a waste. I urge everyone visit the doctor but stay away from the staff.

I had my procedure on 10/23/20 by Dr. J. Steiner, on the day of my procedure I was filled with a lot of anxiety. Once I arrived the office was very clean & sanitized. I was greeted with a smile which was well needed. Yadira was great during my pre & post opt. Plinio reassured me that I was in good hands. While I was Remodleing my home. I was moving furniture around and slip a disk in my back. Dr. Jeffrey Steiner was the doctor that was referred to me by a close friend. He have been going to him for years. I was in so much pain that I could not drive and thought he couldn’t do nothing for me. When I met Dr. Steiner he was very professional, kind, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, experienced and he was a great listens. After four visits I feel great, I have never felt this way in a long time.I wouldn’t have believed that this doctor has changed my life. I am able to do things that I haven’t done in a long time I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Steiner to anyone! I am pain free and loving every day.
