Dr. Miranda is a nice lady but the phones never get answered and when you leave a phone message it never gets returned. They also have an extremely rude office manager she has the audacity to scream from the other room and not even show her face while speaking in an extremely condescending manner. I have been going there for 5 years but I will not be returning after this upcoming appointment very poor management.

The people that work in that office needs more training. I received a phone call hours before my appointment from this one girl there who clearly needs to be trained , she told me she is cancelling my appointment because she didn't received my referral. I was appalled by the way this young woman was speaking to me. She was very aggressive she was behaving as if she wanted to fight me.

I scheduled an appointment to get here today and be told I wasn't on the schedule. Showed the receptionist proof of the call made on 6/26. I asked to speak to the manager or doctor. After waiting 30 minutes the manager goes up to the receptionist to tell me that either I can reschedule or not come back at all (heard him clearly through the glass). Didn't have the decency to face me. Definitely no customer service skills. If I could give them something less than 1 star I would. Waste of time and time off from work.

I do not recommend any of the doctors in this place. The working staff are unorganized and unprofessional. I changed health insurance after the pandemic, unfortunately I started seeing Dr. Miranda and it was not the best decision. She canceled my appointments more than one because she was apparently out of the office or on vacation, she is not a doctor who shows interest and as patient you won’t see any improvement, my condition simply did not improve, and none of the treatments recommended by this doctor worked. I think they are only trained for selective cases and older people. They lack knowledge and tact for new patients. Also, it is an office that charges for everything! Just be after money you can get from the patient or insurance. It was a big mistake and a waste of money and time seeing her as a doctor. And when I made the request to see Dr. Garcia he apparently no longer sees patients. It is better to find another rheumatologist, I am sure it will be much better than here. Stay away from this place !

Unprofessional. Truly the only word to describe the front desk staff at this office. Between the childish behavior when dealing with patients, to the absolute vulgar language you hear from the waiting and exam rooms, I left there disgusted. To hang up on a patient, my mother, who says she is in pain, is not only extremely unprofessional -- but unethical. I wish the doctors and PAs would invest in hiring professional staff. Yes, you may pay teens and young adults less, but at what cost of allowing your patients to be disrespected and neglected? The PA and medical assistant I saw were attentive, but that does not apply to the people who help run the office.

I have been seen by Dr. Miranda for years. She is caring, detailed, and explains everything to a tee. I have never had an issue until today. My issue was with the office manager, she is rude and very unprofessional. Dr. Garcia and Dr. Miranda need to find a new office manager for sure.

Wish I was able to give NO STARS! Today I visited this office as a first time patient and the experience was just horrible. I made an appointment 2 months ago with Dr.Miranda, well my original appointment was never made although I spent over 30 minutes on the phone speaking to a person that took down all my details ... I called back to see why I didn't get a follow up call for my appointment and the lady tells me that I have no appointment and I'm not even in their system LOL... she takes down my info and tells me that someone would call me right back to see what happened.. NO ONE ever called me back so the next day I call back and explained what happened and surprisingly they find me in the system but she tells me that Dr.Miranda doesn't have any appointments available and although I originally planned to see her due to the circumstances I agreed to see Dr.Garcia instead... well today I go to my appointment and a medical assistant tries to see me and when I asked where Dr.Garcia was because I wanted to see a doctor which is who I made the appointment with im told HE DOES NOT EVEN SEE PATIENTS!!! So why would they book an appointment with a dr that doesn't see patients ? To force people to see their medical assistants without a choice?No accommodations were made since the first time they screwed up...This office is a complete mess and they can't even manage their appointments why would I trust them with my health so I immediately left.. EVERY single negative review is true so please do not go here! BTW another person had the same issue with their appointment while I was there 🤦‍♀️ sucks I have to wrote this long review but just want others to be aware before wasting their valuable time

The office staff is so unprofessional. Took me 3 weeks to finally get a prior authorization for my daughter Medication only to find out from the Pharmacy it was submitted to the insurance in her twin sisters name, SMH. So now the insurance is trying to see what they can do because no one is answering the phones. So, the wait continues, SMH.

With a change in my health insurance plan, I had to switch to a new rheumatologist. Mind you I loved my previous doctor! Needless to say I was very wary of going to a new office, but to my surprise I loved it!!! From the moment you walk in, the front office ladies are very courteous and prompt , the nurses were both professional and kind, the office manager was kind enough to explain to me the procedures I had to follow with my new health plan and lastly Dr. Miranda was very patient and informative. They definitely didn't make me feel like just a number but was treated as Ms. Cynthia, it's amazing what a little human touch can do for you. Unfortunately I will have to be seeing them more than I'd like, because of my health issues, but at least I know I will be treated well. I strongly recommend this office!!!!

The most unprofessional office you can possibly visit. Johanna Duque is a pill pusher. She won't listen to you if you want to try alternatives to biologics. No, Johanna, stelara does stop working for a lot of people, so go back to school and educate yourself. I dropped them as quickly as I could. Good riddance.

Terrible office wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I was seen at Memorial West Hospital by one of their physicians during a hospital stay & was later charged for an office visit, which I later disputed, but could never speak to an office manager regarding the bill/charge. Unprofessional/Rude/Stay away from...

I was seen by Johana Duque. It was honestly a sweet first impression. She seemed very interested in what I was feeling and helping me get to the bottom of everything I was experiencing, especially for someone my age (27) I went ahead and got all the bloodwork she ordered, made the follow up appointment to go over all the results where she proceeded to tell me I 1) had no inflammation in my body (when my platelets were very high) 2) all the markers for a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis were there but she proceeded to say, I do not have RA. It’s fine, I believed her even though I felt something is off, but in the end she is the professional and I am to trust her. She ended up diagnosing me with Sjögren’s and prescribed me medicine to “help” with the horrid pain I felt in all my joints. The medicine she prescribed me had given me very severe side effects and I made an appointment to discuss this and to see if there is anything else we can do, because I was in tons of pain (along with other symptoms) but on the virtual call, she rudely told me that she can do nothing for me and that I do not even have any sort of inflammation in my body to make her look any further in figuring out what other medication I can be put on. I ended the call, feeling defeated and not taken seriously. I messaged the office asking if there was a way I could be seen by the doctor instead of her (the doc she worked alongside since she is is the PA) and they proceeded to tell me they do not to that in their office. I requested all my bloodwork to be transferred to my new rheumatologist who has positively diagnosed me Rheumatoid arthritis & is currently searching for other underlying issues since my titer was so high. Save your time and don’t go to this office, especially if you are looking for someone to really care and take the time to get to the bottom of your autoimmune disease.

THIS CLINIC HAS THE WORST FRONT DESK SERVICES EVER. IT IS HORRIBLE TRY TO CONTACT THEM BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS BEFORE GO THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET LATER. WORST FRONT DESK, PHONE LINE EVER!!!!

Honestly I wasn't even going to bother writing a review about the office, because basically all the reviews are terrible. Jonathan and Robert are the worst front office workers, there very loud, rude and very childish. I really hope that Dr Garcia, Dr. Miranda and Duque P.A would really take time and read all these horrible reviews for they really affect their business. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PRACTICE, PLEASE DO.....

Had an appointment, sat in the waiting room for about ten minutes and left. The front desk employees are so unprofessional and loud. Very child-like and just lacked any bit of professionalism considering they work in a legitimate medical office. It was so beyond me, I cancelled my appointment and left before I even got seen. If the people in charge are hiring people like that to be the welcoming face of their business, because thats literally what you encounter once you walk in, and be okay with it, then I couldn't possibly imagine what kind of person is going to see me behind those doors.

I had a great experience with this facility I’ve been coming here for years. The doctors are great and the new staff is awesome. Kind of shocking to see some of these people speak ill of Dr. Duque, but my experience is different than most I guess. But yeah, great facility and they’ve always have been able to help me out.

The doctor took her time with me and my complex case. She was patient and explained herself well. She listened to my ideas and actually considered them. She's a great doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Miranda, and couldn't be more pleased. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. During my first visit she was able to diagnose my medical condition, and ordered a few tests to confirm her suspicions. I have been living in pain for many, many years and have seen several doctors trying to figure out my source of pain, Dr. Miranda knew within minutes. I had to e-mail her on a couple of issues, and she was quick to respond. Her staff is friendly and helpful, as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Miranda!
