This is a reply to your comment to my review and I feel that you portrayed me like a very unreasonable person, which is not the case at all. If I would have been advised when I came that there is going to be a of a wait I would have understood but when you see that people that come after you are being taken ahead is disappointing and to top it up with a very condescending attitude from your repeatedly unhelpful receptionist Marisa is making even worse. She might be with you for many years but this is my experience with her so far. If you, as a manager, want to improve thigs don`t make the patients look bad but address this issues in your company. Very disappointed in how Marisa, the receptionist, dealt with me repeatedly. I was pretty happy with my doctor but I might need to change her because Marisa is making everything difficult for me all the time. Just today my husband had an appointment for which he took time off from work and in spite the fact that we came earlier 10 minutes, as he was asked to on the phone,he still had to wait for more than 30 min. When we told Marisa that we cannot stay as my husband took time off from work and we saw that 2 people that came after us, as we saw them parking right behind us, were taken in, she sarcastically started to repeat like a broken record Sorry sorry sorry, even though she obviously was really annoyed and she never really felt sorry. Really rude and disrespectful.

Saw Dr Ben Ansell for the first time after unhelpful gps in the past, decided to bite the bullet and pay for a Gp. First impression wasn't great as he rudely spoke to his receptionists. I found him very condescending and not taken seriously when I told him about my mental issues. When I told him my issue he had told me he did not want to take on my case yet advised me that from his personal experience abruptly stopping antidepressants will be the only way to get off them, and to just deal with the withdrawals because HE did it himself? What kind of Dr advises that? On top of that I had to pay the fee to be told that he won't take my case, pathetic! Do not go here.

Very grateful to find a doctor that listens, looks beyond the red tape and is committed to finding the root cause of issues instead of just treating the symptoms with drugs. Clinic itself is a welcoming place. Staff on reception are always helpful and respectful. Not cheap, but worth every cent.

Dr Catherine Collins is with out a doubt the most helpful, trust worthy, honest and friendly doctor I have ever met, I cannot thank her enough for all her help. Google needs to give the option for 6 starts honestly. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, Every time we walk in there we are always greeted with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Pier street medical is with out a doubt the best medical centre my wife and I have ever been to and well worth the travel! Thank you very much!

Excellent Medical centre with kind, polite and courteous staff. Dr Charl Du Plessis is certainly the embodiment of what a DR should be and what the Hippocratic Oath embodies. There are vast gaps between my visits to him (due to good health thankfully!) but I do feel grateful each time I see him as I know I am in good care.

This Doctors surgery is fantastic! It's a small business, but easy to get an appointment, the doctor and nurse are both so lovely and all of the reception staff were fantastic! Would recommend to everyone.

After straightening my teeth i was not happy with the symmetry change in my top lip, I saw Nurse Lisa and she recommended some filler to correct. She was absolutely amazing! She was so informative and kind with my worries about the process, and so gentle with a needle! The results are incredible and subtle, as my major concern was looking overdone. If your a newby to injectables see Nurse Lisa!

Not really recommended for employment medical check. The doctor is not considerable for the activities she planned. About 12 physical activities carried out in the raw without a second break. Lucky I am gym person, think about someone in his 50s doing this. They must be cheap on price.

I have been coming here for a number of years and can honestly say they are the best! The entire team are so professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in their roles. They work together as a team to find the best results for customers and I have alway felt very pleased with my treatments with good outcomes. After a long search for the right GP for my family we settled on Pier Street Medical. Dr Lyons is very competent, friendly and caring.

I am genuinely impressed with Pier Street Medical. From the efficiency of the friendly receptionist whilst making an appointment, to effort gone into making the centre look presentable and to the outstanding doctors who operate here - this is by far the best GP in Perth. Dr Charl was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but his genuine care for his patients made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Margaret was equally as wonderful and warm. They act with urgency and care, no matter how minor the problem. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone.
