feel
that
you
portrayed
me
like
a
very
unreasonable
person,
which
is
not
the
case
at
all.
If
I
would
have
been
advised
when
I
came
that
there
is
going
to
be
a
of
a
wait
I
would
have
understood
but
when
you
see
that
people
that
come
after
you
are
being
taken
ahead
is
disappointing
and
to
top
it
up
with
a
very
condescending
attitude
from
your
repeatedly
unhelpful
receptionist
Marisa
is
making
even
worse.
She
might
be
with
you
for
many
years
but
this
is
my
experience
with
her
so
far.
If
you,
as
a
manager,
want
to
improve
thigs
don`t
make
the
patients
look
bad
but
address
this
issues
in
your
company.
Very
disappointed
in
how
Marisa,
the
receptionist,
dealt
with
me
repeatedly.
I
was
pretty
happy
with
my
doctor
but
I
might
need
to
change
her
because
Marisa
is
making
everything
difficult
for
me
all
the
time.
Just
today
my
husband
had
an
appointment
for
which
he
took
time
off
from
work
and
in
spite
the
fact
that
we
came
earlier
10
minutes,
as
he
was
asked
to
on
the
phone,he
still
had
to
wait
for
more
than
30
min.
When
we
told
Marisa
that
we
cannot
stay
as
my
husband
took
time
off
from
work
and
we
saw
that
2
people
that
came
after
us,
as
we
saw
them
parking
right
behind
us,
were
taken
in,
she
sarcastically
started
to
repeat
like
a
broken
record
Sorry
sorry
sorry,
even
though
she
obviously
was
really
annoyed
and
she
never
really
felt
sorry.
Really
rude
and
disrespectful.
