How appetizing is this!? Mystery meat splatted with cheese and shriveled lettuce!! Enjoy taking guesses with what you eat? Neither do I! I am displeased with yens since I expected much much more than what appears to be a soggy diaper! I will not return until you serve gourmet tacos!

I wish zero stars were available for this one. The worst visit to any Taco Bell in history. Not just us. But every customer in the building got the wrong food. Had to wait over 20 minutes for food or coffee. Had to raise my voice just to get the Manager to come up front to talk. Will never go back. Still waiting to hear from someone from corporate, don't imagine I ever will, its been 3 weeks. Tables where all sticky, floors slippery. I finally just asked for my money back!

The manager was rude. The food looked awful and tasted just as bad. I took it back inside before I left, and when I said this looks nothing like it ever has before there are no beans or hardly any beans, and it doesn’t look anything like the picture, and he usually always does was told that maybe her employees are overcompensating on the food and that this is the way it looks

6 crunchy tacos & a Large Mt Dew!! Is that a hard order to fill?? Is it really that hard? I even came inside because going thru the drive thru was too much confusion for these people. Even though I was the only 1 in the drive thru! Waited another 20 mins for them to correct the order. Gave them the receipt 3x!!!! Got home & they STILL messed it up!!! 6 REGULAR TACOS & A LARGE MOUNTAIN DEW!!! How do you confuse that w/ a Crunchwrap Supreme & 4 soft tacos??? UNBELIEVABLE!!!

This place used to be good but now it is a joke. All the bad reviews are right because I have been served similar **** items from here. But as we all know it is who runs the area now.

This was the greatest Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had; fast service and all my food prepared PERFECTLY. My god, this is what Taco Bell is supposed to be, well done

Awful awful awful!!I ordered $42 dollars worth of food. My quesadilla was not cut! My Mexican pizza was very messy like someone just threw it in the bag! All of the 6 tacos I purchased were broken at the bottom, just terrible!

Food was completely cold and told them no sour cream numerous times and I still have it on my chalupas.

Actually, it's a nice Taco Bell. Always clean. They have the sauces where you can get them yourself. Sometimes, no one is at the register...

I ordered a cheesy steak burrito. I can deal with service people not being all happy and I can even deal with them being slightly rude. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too, not because of the service but because they didn't even do a good job making the food.

I'm not sure what taco bell is focused on. But it damn sure not customer service. I ask for fresh products and the cashier lied and said it was. Also wasn't offered and sauce on a receipt. Cashier was not nasty, but definitely not engaging. She seems like she hate her job.

Rude night shift workers. I understand you hate your job but there’s no need to be rude. Didn’t get food because they said all we have is lettuce, cheese, and rice. I said okay I won’t order. The bald head worker with glasses said “bye.” Rudely!

Although the young lady in the drive-thru was very pleasant the worker's were very slow, I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and it took then 30 minutes to make then and also had doordashers waiting and the drive-thru person kept apologizing and she did nothing wrong and you could tell she was frustrated with the other employees for making us wait and one of them was a shift manager. I'm never eating at this location again

I couldn't find my receipt to check the spelling and store number, but Aniyah (I hope I spelled it correctly!) was so kind and amazing! Awesome service and personality. Give this woman a raise!

This was the best Taco Bell I have ever had in the world and I've been all over the US The staff was helpful but light quit to serve or even though they were understaffed II could hear the conversation in the background they tried to keep quiet be quiet during rush hour they still got my food out quick I had a large order and it was the best tasting Taco Bell I have ever had everything was cooked perfectly seasoned well seasoned well nothing was saggy or gross it was great right like the best ever I hope the staff knows it how good of a job they do and how much I appreciate it

I’m a fan of Taco Bell. Mostly the soft tacos and the sweet tea. My son loves the quesadillas. Friendly staff and the food was hot. I’ll go everyday for some nacho fries and a soft taco!

Yo I asked for a mini chicken quesadilla and guess what I got I got a grilled cheese sandwich. yo this sandwich looks messed up yeah this is late night Taco Bell and this happens at every single one every single one when it comes time to closing!! What makes it even more sad is that I ordered two and this is how they both look this is not the same one over and over know the first two pictures are of the first one and the second two pictures are of the second one. Like WTF

Fed the food I payed for to my dog, the chicken (new chicken box) was so old I couldn't chew it. My tortilla on my burrito was also hard as a rock and was not rolled correctly, I have worked at taco bell before I roll burritos better than that. I live in Waverly , so to get taco bell is a treat, because its half hour to 45 min drive. The food is always old when I order from this restaurant.after wasting $10.10 on what was supposed to be my dinner , (that I fed to the dog) you have lost a customer this evening.

i wanted the grilled cheese burrito spicy. I questioned the upcharge for the jalapeños and the cashier started to get irritated. After I received it I noticed it wasn't wrapped all the way and the stuffing was spilling out and it just looked real unappetizing. I went to tell the cashier how it looks and she sighed "oh my gawd " I felt bad for complaining and just got a refund for it. I wont be coming back

This location was not very organized. I also witnessed an older couple trying to use the new order station with no success. They went to the counter to order and was sent back to the order station. After another attempt with no success. They left. I don't understand why the guy behind the counter couldn't take their order and ring it up on drive thru register. Now for my service I told them it was to go. I got it on a dine in try. Not a big deal. The young man gave me a bag and helped me bag it up. Going down the road we started to eat my food was ok. But my wife's was bad . Tasted and smell bad. I eat taco bell atlest 3 times a week ill go out of my way to get a grilled chicken burrito I'm addicted to them things. Taco bell tighten this location up. And find a way to make ordering easier on our older people

Taco hell! It's great when your in a hurry. I always get the chicken quesadilla with a side of sour cream. It's quick, easy, and slightly more healthy than most of the other choices....or maybe not. I miss the Mexican pizza. It was my favorite!

Got us through the drive through quickly and fast service. They did mess up our order and forgot some of our food. When I called no one answered and it was too far for us to drive back. The lady behind the window was short and not very talkative but some people are that way when concentrating on work.

Food was fine. Service was slow and not to friendly. Restaurant was clean.

Great as usual. Order is accurate and in the bag. Edit (6/24/22): unfortunately the quality of this taco bell has gone down. Missing items and food made poorly with little care.

I doubt this is the fault of the workers and more of a staffing or corporate issue but the hours are very inconsistent. I placed an order online And went to pick it up at 8:30 am and the building was closed. Either help the people who work for you or change the hours

I've gotten to the point that I would much rather visit a Mexican restaurant than go to Taco Bell. I normally ask for a burrito supreme with no beans extra meat and cheese. I never get extra meat! I also feel like the meat could be ground a little bit better, I don't like finding big chunks of beef in my burrito or taco. Staff are wearing masks and the prices are somewhat reasonable.

Food is always good and hot but the staff this time around was not so pleasant but still got my food in a timely fashion, fair trade off and when I'm in town I will still go back.
