    As an AVID lover of Wendy's who dines at various locations at least once a week I was beyond disappointed this morning. I went to this location, ordered a $5 Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bag (plain, just patties, bacon and cheese). After I received my food I pulled in the parking like to check my order and unfortunately saw there was mustard on my burger. Even though I'm allergic to mustard, no worries we're all human and people make mistakes. I go inside, reiterate to the gentleman at the counter (he will remain nameless) not only that my sandwich was made incorrectly but also my mustard allergy. He takes the burger, and in a couple minutes comes back with a bag with my burger in it. 20 mins or so later as I'm traveling down the interstate and have already consumed my nuggets and fries I'm ready for the burger and when I unwrap it it's the SAME exact burger with the mustard poorly WIPED off! I call & speak with the manager who was EXTREMELY apologetic, professional, polite, and willing to remedy the situation but I declined to come drive back to Petersburg when I'm already 20 mins away. I appreciate the manager and she is not at fault whatsoever; but as someone who has worked in the food industry before NEVER would I sacrifice someone's health by being so careless, reckless and having no disregard for simple customer service. Gotta do better my boy!

    Came through here for my regular chicken salad. I orders 4 ranch with it and an I sweet tea. Got my food and had two dressings not of what I asked for, my tea was sweet, and no fork or spoon! I sat 15 minutes at the window while they acted as if I wasn't even still there and then finally when they saw I wasn't going to drive off they opened the window . When I told them why was wrong they gave me two very small containers ( like a sweet and sour sauce size) of ranch. I then said I ordered 4 and they told me no even tho my ticket showed I paid for 4! And closes the window. I had to wait again to then tell them I had. No silver ware! And they still didn't give me the correct drink! The guy at the window looked complex out of it. And I left kissed off. Needless to say I was only able to eat a few bites of my salad because it's not so good without dressing! Worst Wendy's ever! And a staff to match!

    Waited and waited and waited in the drive thru for more time then I care to mention. Got up to place my order was told to hold on which I did for 20 more minutes. Finally left without anything. Not the first time this has happened. Something tells me it won't be the last. Service really sucks!

    Cold burger and fries, offered to wait an additional 3 minutes for fresh fries. Instead the employees decided to bring the cold fries back to my car. Burger was cold and not fresh at all! Don’t eat here choose somewhere else

    So why is Wendy’s choosing when they are doing regular orders or DoorDash only? It seems like the staff is choosing to do what they want. I used to worked DoorDash and I had to put the order in…if Wendy’s closed at 1 why are they only taking DoorDash orders? Everytime I come here there system is down or they just don’t want to take orders. It’s just seems like the staff is doing what they want. Just shut them down this is terrible business.

    A District or Regional Manager needs to address that the branch dining room is closed @ 7:45 pm..The lineus around the corner and they are super freaking slow..I am just picking up for someone.. This makes no since..If I could give a big whopping ZERO then I surely would... and this is the second or third time I have been here and the doors were locked before 8..

    I love Wendy's Apple Pecan Salad‼️ It is absolutely delicious‼️ They pack the salad with grilled chicken and the Pomegranate Dressing outs it over the top. You have to try it❤️‼️

    So called manager just there collecting a check..Literally sitting on his butt entertaining the young males. Not putting any signs up that place is closed. Noone.at drive thru. District, regional,and corporate have extremely low expectations ¡

    Honestly, for a Wendy's, if you go inside to eat your gunna get the same experience that you have come to expect from a fast food chain (lackluster at best). The food wasn't bad and the inside had changed a lot since I was a kid ita alot more monotone and bland on the inside and a bit more spacious (which isn't a bad thing.) The most important point to note is that pretty much everyone but maybe 1 or 2 people actually do their job and don't make u feel like you're inconvenienceing them because of it. I tried going through the drive thru and was just told to come inside... no reason why, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. At the time I couldn't get out the car so it was an issue and there was no line outside nor was there anyone really on the inside which gave off the vibe that the employees simply just didn't want to bother with the drive thru... it's really unfortunate because I base whether or not I will return to a place off of there professionalism and whether or not the employees have an attitude towards the customers and if they know how to talk to me. Needless to say but I won't be returning to this one for a while unless they get new staff that understand how to talk to the very people paying their establishment for a service.

    The young men who work here could use a little racial sensitivity training. I said thank you 3 times for items received and just got cold stares. There was a car in front of me with a person who they practically were falling out the window on which delayed me pulling up as well because they spent 10 minutes having a conversation and party time. I realize it’s Petersburg, we can’t we do a little better, corporate office? Do you even go there to to see how atrocious this place is

    The service is not good today I was in the drive through and the Lady said that she would be with you in a few minutes but to me it was much to long of a wait in line. They need more help I'm just saying. WOW

    Never had any issues here, it just takes a while to get your food if more than 5 cars are waiting in line. The food is consistently pretty solid and the staff is attentive enough to get your order correct and give you anything you need. I actually had my first burger here a few months ago since I was about 5 years old and the experience didn't disappoint. The bacon fries here are great and I get them every time.

    The line was all the way to the road, wait time was 30 mins to 45mins! Burgers were old, bread was old n cold, fries were overcooked n cold, nuggets were overcooked n cold! Want be going back anytime soon🤪 Sign said dining room was open for carry out from 8:00am to 8:00pm, closed or not open at 6:45pm! Reason closed short staffed! Something needs to change!🙃

    Goto Wendy's twice a day. I will never goto this location again. Waited on drive tru for over 8 minutes. Go around to window. Told them ther was problem with the line. Told me to back to line and try again. Told them I wanted to talk to manager. Employees said them manager said to start over and try again. Shook my head, told them. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

    This location really should be shut down. Service is always terrible. Wait time is always extremely long only to receive cold nasty food. The employees don't care at all. Something is always down or not working. Just extremely horrible all around.

    This place can use some help, the service was good with the cashier but then you could hear some arguing between employees. It took too much time to get my food only for it to be lukewarm. If those changes could be made then this place would be top tier

    It’s taking so long to person understanding what’s we want to get eat! Behind us 5-10 cars and they waiting us to the person understand what’s we want to get eat! And write now it’s taking 10 min.. to we pay for food!

    It was Saturday 8:30 pm and there was no dine in only drive thru. The drive thru is until 2 midnight as written but they close by 11pm. I just moved to Petersburg and having these experiences 👎🏼

    The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars is the hit and miss quality at this store. Often when you arrive at the speaker box they're unable to take orders because their system is down. If you want anything other than a regular hamburger you can count on them being out of something you'd like. When you can get the food though, it's always good.

    Looks like they redecorated. Seating is sparse-looking compared to old setup, but very mindful of the flu/covid climate. The young lady behind the counter was very nice; great customer service!

    This store is 1. Unsanitary, short staffed, new manager doesn’t know what she is talking about. Will never order from here again got my food almost a hour of waiting and couldn’t get a refund…. Do not order here or eat herr.

    Tried them out two days in a row. Day 1 - not serving breakfast. Go figure. Day 2 - Not only did we not receive the extra honey butter but the sandwich was like eating pb crackers. 😩 I thought PTB woulda held it down. SMH. Never again. 2 stars only cause the lady was friendly.

    The restaurant was disgustingly filthy! It looked like there was feces on the toilet handle. There was no ice or napkins. The drink station counter was filthy as well as the drink machine. I have never been in such a disgusting restaurant. The fries were cold.

    Overall food was decent, service was slow in drive thru and at the time I guess their card machine was down luckily I had cash. I was overall satisfied with my food.

    Wait time in driver through is ridiculously long, took 9 minutes after ordering to get food. Change shortages are not customers problems; change up or down. Never short change customers.
