    Good service and quick. On a Saturday I was able to get an appointment a few hours later. I was in and out in less than a hour. Front desk person and nurse were both friendly and competent. Doctor was quick but didn’t rush me. Explained everything well. Very good bedside manner. Very happy.

    I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient this visit went. I was dreading making the visit to urgent care due to visits in the past taking hours on end. I scheduled the appointment- showed up 10 min early. Was in the office shortly after my scheduled time and my son and I were out the door within an hour and 15 min! Will definitely use them again!

    I am new to Arizona and this was the first time I had been to banner health here in ahwatukee. Check in was easy , waiting wasn’t that bad and The attending physician today Crystal Lynn, Was amazing. I’m sick as a dog but she managed to keep me laughing. She was super personable and so kind. Thank you to her and the team there today . I truly appreciate your care

    I was impressed with Banner Urgent Care from start to finish … I was able to reserve a time slot online, all members of the staff were friendly, professional, and respectful. I felt listened to, not rushed. It was truly a positive experience and I’m really glad to have this fine service in our community. I highly recommend.

    Was able to reserve my spot, so in & or in 48 minutes! All staff were kind & efficient. After calling 2 other Banner Urgent Care in Tempe & Chandler, this was the only one with X-ray & a technician on hand, so even though it was a little farther out, I didn't have to go to ER. Turns out I have toe fracture, & they had the orthopedic shoe right there. Thanks Banner Urgent Care on Chandler & 42nd!

    The care was thorough, with the doctor going above and beyond to rule out issues that I had not considered. Bedside manner was great, and he took extra time to sit with me to explain the tests. results and next steps. I was seen at my appointment time and was done in less than 30 min.

    Best Urgent Care ever. Super friendly staff who truly care and understand their patient's needs. I went in with a lot of pain due to injury and couldn't even breathe. Walked out with no pain. Everyone truly cares at this location. Thank you for taking care of me. The best part didn't even haven't wait that long especially with no appointment.

    Arrived at 8:30am with a 9:15am appointment. Didn't get seen until 10:10am. The receptionist was quite rude. Come to find out from the yelling she doesn’t even work that position and was covering someone quick by saying “someone get up here, I need to leave.” The next receptionist was much nicer. When we got back to the room, the nurse was very rude. When complaining about shortness of breath and feeling like its hard to breath her response was “well you are talking to me just fine.” It was an odd remark. She then asked for a deep breath and when the breath wasn’t good enough (again the issue was complaining about breathing) she said “try hard thats not good enough.” She was very dismissive of your feelings and I felt like we were interrupting her schedule, but isn’t it her job to help people? She also snapped for us to look her in the eyes when talking to her. Very unprofessional nurse. It was unfortunate because the reviews rave otherwise however we will not return to this rude behavior.

    I took my daughter here for a sore throat on a Sunday, they didn’t bother to swab her, the doctor looked in her mouth and said it didn’t look like strep or thrush, maybe a canker sore coming in. I trusted the doctor and was annoyed I paid so much for a canker sore. Fast forward to Wednesday my other daughter is complaining of her throat hurting, so I make both of my daughters an appointment for that day, have to take unpaid time off of work, and what do you know? The one I took to urgent care Sunday is positive for strep. I realize now, I should’ve asked them to swab her, but trusted the doctor. I am super disappointed as I typically prefer Banner. So because the doctor decided to not swab her on Sunday I sent my daughter to school, met both young and old family members(putting them all at risk), my daughter had to suffer longer, and I had to take unpaid time off to get her the proper care and put on antibiotics days later.

    Excellent experience. Scheduled online, had less than a 10 minute wait time when I arrived, not a lot of paperwork from the front desk. The provider was thorough, he listen to me, He addressed all my needs. The x-ray tech was also working as an ER tech. He took my x-rays, my vital signs, and applied the splint to my injured wrist. He was also very nice and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this urgent care.

    This is the only Banner Urgent Care I'll go to. Everyone is professional, helpful, caring, thorough, friendly...and knows what they are doing. The facility is spotless and organized. Today I had Dr Freddy. A genuine great guy, and all of the above. I love my PCP who is closer to me, but I'll go here first unless I need bloodwork or referral. Thank you so much♡

    I’m so glad my insurance company recommended this Urgent Care location. I arrived today at 9 on Saturday morning (without an appointment) and was out the door by 10am! Impressive! From the moment I walked in I was greeted in a friendly manner, had to fill out a couple of forms, only had to wait maybe 15 mins before being taken back, by the nurse, they were also very nice and professional as they took my vitals. I waited for another 15 minutes to be seen by the NP Fredy. He made me feel comfortable as he examined me and really listened as I answered questions and explained my issue. Was extremely patient and highly knowledgeable. They sent a needed Rx over to CVS which made it so easy for me. A huge Thank you to all of you for helping me feel better! If I ever have the need for Urgent Care I would definitely return to this location in Ahwatukee.

    By far the best urgent care i’ve gone to. Highly suggest making an appointment online ahead of time, if you can. They have always been extremely quick getting me in and out- especially with an appointment. I just went in today at 820 with an appointment time at 830- there was quite a bit of people in there. I walked out of there by 845 and when I did, there was only 2 left in the waiting room. They work quickly and efficiently in my opinion. Definitely recommend.

    Had a 5 o’clock appointment for a sports physical and wasn’t seen until 7pm. Didn’t get out until 7:30. An absolute joke. Claim they were understaffed, which usually means the workers are being treated poorly and/or underpaid.The receptionist was rude and I called her on her poor attitude. She promptly started to act professionally. I will never go there again.

    Very impressed with the entire experience. it was so convenient to make an appointment online, checking in was a breeze, the staff was very kind and the provider was compassionate and knowledgeable. I was in and out within 45min. Highly recommend this location.

    I told the nurse that came in all of my symptoms and timeline of when they came on. About 5 minute later they said “did you have any aches and pain” I was confused because they clearly were not listening when I went through my symptoms and specifically said I had aches and pains. They also verified what pharmacy I would like to use then did not update it when putting in my prescriptions and my prescriptions were sent to a pharmacy over 25 minutes away. Very dissatisfied.

    New to AZ, I needed to see a Dr/PA. Made my appointment online which was SUPER easy. Staff was friendly and attentive. I hope to not have to use these services but they met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Banner Urgent Care team!

    We got in quickly and the MA was great. The provider was very short and rolled her eyes when I asked if she could check my son's ears. He had been having some nasal congestion and is prone to ear infections. She made me feel like my concerns for my child were invalid. Hopefully you get a different provider.

    I enjoyed my experience with the doctor. However, my prescription was sent to a pharmacy in the middle of the Banner Desert hospital, which I live nowhere near and this is not the pharmacy I preferred when asked. The Rx tech said it would take 48 hours to transfer, so I drove out of my way to get it. I ask that this urgent care put more care into making sure the prescription gets to the right place.

    Unfortunately this Urgent care has really deteriorated over the last year, they used to be the BEST. However this last visit lines up with some of the recent feedback I've seen others leaving. The staff seems to have changed, and the front desk and the woman helping the NP were kind, but Paige the nurse practitioner was extremely discourteous and disingenuous and in my humble opinion should not be providing care to patients. I came in and was told all the prices had just unfortunately gone up, which was disappointing but for the care I received here in the past it was still VERY worth it. I had numerous symptoms pointing to an infection being the culprit, however Paige had her assistant do a strep test and when that came back negative she had me open my mouth looked for 2 seconds and said "this is viral nothing I can do" and told me to take over the counter medication which I had been doing at this point for over a week (this was brought to her attention) and told me I was good to go. I immediately told the assistant I had some more questions for Paige after she abruptly left the treatment room and I heard her verbally arguing with the patient in the room next to me - loudly. It was very uncomfortable after the experience I had just had, when she came back in after learning I had some follow up questions she persisted to be short with me and very obviously annoyed that I was requesting to speak with her. I asked why no other assessments were done to check for tonsillitis which I have been seen by banner for multiple times (I have bad tonsils) or a sinus infection. She was really rude in her response and said "I did an exam, so you can leave and if you don't I will call the police and have you removed" to which I responded with "wow" and got my discharge paper work and left. Today I received diagnosis from dignity health hospital that I have a bad sinus infection that has been present long enough to affect my throat, and had I gotten a proper exam and diagnosis I wouldn't still be sick right now. Thanks Paige. Never in my life have I had a provider threaten to call the police on me, nor any public establishment, I'm also a business owner and would never trear my clientele the way she treated me- this was egregious behavior and based on the way this nurse treated the other patient that was there during my visit she clearly has an ego and work ethic problem. I just wanted the care I paid for, and instead I had to go pay another provider just to get a proper exam. When I called to speak with a supervisor, she admitted that she wasn't at the office during this exchange but defended Paige and her behavior. Banner has absolutely lost my trust.

    Thank you thank you staff at this banner urgent care. Got my mother who is 93 years young, in and out very quickly. Very thorough exam, prompt professional x-ray taking, and we left feeling very relieved that our issue had been investigated and we had a good plan.

    On 4/11/2022 I went to the Banner Urgent Care Centre on Chandler. I had booked an appointment online the evening before. As requested I arrived 10 minutes early. If I hadn’t had to fill out the paper work the appointment would have started on time. Understandable. The appointment was very through and professional. I was asked lots of questions about the problem and history. Very good and the diagnosis was spot on and was not rushed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I made an appointment for 6:20pm for my daughter and had to wait over an hour to be taken back to the examination room. According to the screen where it tracks all of the upcoming appointments, a “walk in” was called in before us, which I think was ridiculous because we made an appointment. Once we were taken to the room, we had to wait another 15- 20 mins for the physician to come actually examine my daughter. I understand the unexpected can come up but I would’ve appreciated more communication.

    Took my son there for possible strep. The entire staff was friendly and professional. We didn't have to wait too long or fill out too much paperwork. The exam was thorough and at the end of the visit, we received a printed visit summary and care plan. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this urgent care!

    I made an appointment ahead of time and was seen quickly. The staff were polite and efficient and the provider was attentive and caring even though she was busy. The clinic itself was very clean and I felt they were taking precautions to keep it that way. My experience here was excellent.
