Enjoyed the efficient and well managed enrollment and your community room was a bonus. It's very enjoyable to finally have a doctor that just does not see you as a number!!! Although it was a annual checkup I really felt that I was being heard and understood. My new doctor made me feel like I've made the right choice, for my future medical needs!

This visit exceeded my expectations 100%. The initial visit covered everything from health issues, my specialists and medications, to transportation to and from the office for future appointments, and a helpful medicare expert to help me with changing to a better plan for me. The office is quiet and relaxing with a tv lounge with coffee AND french vanilla creamer! The doctors and the staff are all very pleasant peoples.

It was good It was my first time. I will see how it works out. I did have a problem with not having the driver there. I was in a motorized wheelchair and it would not fit in the car they sent out.

I liked that I didn't feel rushed, or on a production line. It was a nice experience to feel truly cared about and not just another patient, my visit felt personal. Thank you.

Seniors beware!!! Do not sign on as a patient here! What they show you is not what’s real or true! The staff and especially the outreach team lies and takes advantage of the seniors who that gorm

My first appointment. Didn't know it was gonna take almost 2 hours of sitting alone in their TV room and exam room. And what is so strange is I only saw one other patient besides myself the whole time I was there. And when I finally saw the nurse practitioner. She didn't want to treat the medical problem that I came there for. And didn't want to see the pictures I had of my medical problem because I was told they don't treat your medical problems on the first visit. The whole experience was very strange, and uncomfortable.

I would most definitely recommend Oak Street to a friend, since the very first visit I felt comfortable and seemed everyone really cared about you. I am so happy I found Oak Street

Everyone starting at front desk nurses and doctor was very friendly and answered all my questions. This was my first time here I will definitely keep this office and keep my primary Doctor.🙂

No long waiting period to see my provider. Excellent service from medical and office staff who made me feel that my needs were very special and took great effort to make sure that my health needs come first. Everyone was very nice and very professional and the clinic was excellently clean I also love the I guess you could say recreational room I can't wait till I come back, they really take time with you as a senior and listen to my health problems I love this place and they have the best coffee 😊

My visit was very nice, people were very friendly and the information they gave me was very helpful, I like the environment of the place and how nice it was. But the main thing was how they treated me also how professional everyone was.

Everyone made me feel like they cared for me and my health, the Whole Me. I was not feeling well I was scared and everyone showed me that they were there for me and everything will be all right.
