Very professional, attentive and thorough. She listened to what I had to say and gave useful and appropriate feedback in a personable and considerate manner. She also gave me a useful resource involving some dental work I need to have done. Completely satisfied with my visit. My prior primary care...Dr Bowey through Honor Health came in being very stern with me about missed appointment... before knowing the facts about what was going on with her front office staff, left me Leary of jumping the gun.

I moved to AZ recently and was trying to find a new primary. Dr. Havard absolutely met my expectations. I feel like I am in good hands for the few medical issues I am having. I would recommend her as your primary!

This was my 1st appointment with Dr. Dydyk. His staff was very personable and he was attentive, professional and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him as well as this facility. In my case, he administered knee injections which historically, (and I have been to many, MANY Doctors), have me wincing and yelping in pain, but his technique was flawless, quick and I did not wince or cry out even once! I can honestly say that I left the office smiling in gratitude relieved to finally have a Dr. that I feel comfortable with.

Doctors seem to care and have good bedside manner. They also offer a lot of services which has also been convenient, and the online portal has been a blessing, but its all worthless as the front office has had ongoing billing issues for well over a year. They have no business ethics when it comes to simple routine office work and Ive nothing to compare it to in all my 50yrs.

I set an appointment because I had a few things going on at the time. Dr. Havard listened to what I was dealing with and helped explain things. I had multiple reasons to go in and see a doctor and she helped me with each one. I will be going back and would recommend others to see her!

Office visits are always great when you are able to get in, nd Dr Havard is wonderful, but it is frustrating to not be able to see your Provider when you are ill and need to be seen. Then you have to go to a Provider and different office that doesn't know you rather than be seen by your PCP.

The place is so clean like a hotel, the doctor is so kind and understands you she wrote me a prescription as soon as I told her how I felt. I was treated way better than quickstop medical with Shashi Goel. Their office was messed up, dirty, and a lot of waiting time 40-50 mins she barley sends medications and for 6 months my feet are swollen and she wont send a referral to a foot specialist. So I am thankful from the bottom of my heart and was very excited to come over yesterday. The Nurses gave me all her time and Dr. Haverd was really kind.

Dr. Dydyk is very kind and helpful. He is always respect full and has helped me work through some stress to maintain my goal.

I couldn't have asked for a better first visit with a doctor. All of my blood work done on site and results the next day! The doctor even prescribed me a vitamin at the pharmacy the very next day. Using the portal is easy and super effective. I found a new doctor!

HealthyU is the best!!! I'm a new patient and my 1st visit was great. Dr. Dydyk is very knowledgeable and understanding. He gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and he thoroughly provided answers when I've experienced other doctors rushing to get off to the next patient. I became a "problem child" patient for a day due to being in excruciating pain in my back and leg, but the staff were AMAZING and so patient. I don't know how many times I and my boyfriend called asking for help with the pain I was in, but each time the receptionist (I believe her name was Sherry?) was patient and understanding of my situation. I also spoke to her supervisor Jessica. She was hands on in moving along the process of getting me the proper medication. They both explained every step. I was initially frustrated because I was in so much pain, but the medications I was prescribed really helped even though I didn't think they would-- don't doubt Dr. Dydyk. He knew just what to prescribe :) Christian, his medical assistant, was awesome as well. He let me know which medications I was being prescribed, and they were sent to the pharmacy in a matter of minutes. Saying all of this to say that HealthyU really cares about their patients. They easily could've said there was nothing they could do, but instead, they worked together for a solution. I'm just 1 person and they focused their attention on getting me out of pain. If you want to be truly valued as a patient, HealthyU is the place to go!

Dr. Havard and her staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and take time to listen. My favorite thing is the fact that Dr. Havard will do what it takes to help you. Alot of doctors today want to run you in and out like a production line. She does not. Staff has great attitudes.

I was apprehensive to go to any doctor regardless if it was male or female. She literally within the first minute and a half put me at ease. I'm not a hippie so don't get this twisted but her vibe was really awesome! She was very on top of things and asked questions I would have never thought we're pertinent but was. I am wiping my forehead relieved that I lucked out and got a primary doctor like her.

I was looking for a primary Dr. I met Dr Havard and really liked her. She was very easy to talk to. My only issue is her office is far from where I live. I haven’t made a definitive decision if I want to drive that far. I would highly recommend her if you live near her office.
