5th Ave hotel is not a hotel any longer. 5th Ave hotel is a homeless shelter run by community bridges.

Well I'm staying there cuz it's a waiting place for ppl getting into new housing. CBI operates it. They have gone above and beyond any expectations I had. Connecting me with affordable housing and having me stay here while I wait for my apartment to be inspected. The staff here and at CBI are the best at being professional and helping those less fortunate. They saved my life. I love them all.

This old motel was quite comfortable. It wasn't too noisy in the night. The breakfast was meager, but they did have boiled eggs, waffles, cold cereal, and some fruit. The shower was wonderful with full pressure and very hot water. The staff is nice and the cleaning staff are very friendly. There is no pool, no gym, no bathroom fan, and no shuttle, no matter what it says on the generic website. Our toilet leaked a little around the seal, but it wasn't a big deal. Everything was clean. There is a TV, microwave, mini frig, iron, ironing board, small table, luggage stand, and ice machine by the office. The bus goes right by and there are theaters and restaurants, and many attractions within 16 minutes of walking.

Been calling the number to reach a recording stating if you know your parties extension enter it now. For Front Desk & Reservations press 0. Then, it rings & rings till it disconnects. Please change your phone message. Been dialing you & motel next to you to no avail.

SureStay was a great spot to stay at in Downtown! It was our first time and we were in town for the Garth Brooks concert at State Farm Stadium. It was 18-20 minutes to the stadium by car, and everything fun to do was walking distance or a brief car ride away. Plenty of rental bikes in the area and nice parks so we took advantage of that. The owners were very accommodating and there was included continental breakfast each day until 9:30. This included a waffle maker which was awesome! Would definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in downtown. There’s still more I’d love to see. The only thing I would change is maybe a bit more light in the room. It is a bit dimly lit inside. Other than that, I can’t complain.

A great budget hotel. The family that owned the place was nice and friendly. The breakfast was simple but had all the basics for a traveler on the go. Plenty of hot water(didn't need much in the desert heat) the house keeping was brisk and kept the place neat. Booked it through Agoda, a 3rd party company, based in Singapore, was a little skeptical at first but they had a lot of user friendly options, gave a great rate and didn't charge me till I checked in.

The couple that runs this hotel are very accommodating to say the least they are super sweet and friendly. I was washing my clothes in the sink and it ended up breaking the sink and they took care of it no problem. Super clean facility plenty of parking and central location.

The good - Budget-friendly, Comfortable bed, Great location, Decent breakfast (nothing fancy but works), the patio area to enjoy sunshine, overall cleanliness. The bad - not a lot but the front desk staff/owners could serve better and with a smile. Housekeeping staff missed a few things to replenish. The ugly - the noise due to nearby construction which starts around the evening. Unbearable during the late hours. If you’re a light sleeper, this hotel might not be for you. Also, the room windows on the ground floor don’t offer the possibility of having sunlight along with some privacy. You gotta choose one.

Had an awesome stay, we got to the hotel early and we were allowed to check in early. Might look a little beat up but the rooms are great ! Modern look to them, rooms and bathrooms recently renovated. Breakfast was simple but it was enough. Great location, close to the professional stadiums and downtown night life. Easy access to I-10. Definitely my new spot when I’m in town.

Most creative decor!! Great reception staff and breakfast. The only complaint is the parking is very tight and the room was a little dirty(i.e after only 5 mins of walking on the floor barefoot, our feet were completely black and some questionable marks like an unknown brown substance was on the bathroom door on the toilet side that was of concern)but I'd definitely go back. Hopefully the lack of appropriate care on behalf of the cleaning staff was a fluke.

This fellow did Everything to make our stay Comfortable! Rooms are clean n Comfortable! Rates are fair, not as expensive as one might think, being in the center of town! Even had an outside smoking area, which proved to be most comfortable n enjoyable! Jury Duty might not be as bad as I had expected...staying at this hotel!

The most friendly and moral staff. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Really care about their customers' experience. Rooms are trendy, clean, and fresh. LOVED my stay! Thanks again.

Awesome Hotel with very accommodating facilities. The hotel owners were very nice and assisted us through out our stay. They also assisted us for our Grand Canyon Tour reservation with other tour company, suggesting nice restaurants, etc among others. The complimentary breakfast was also awesome. You can make your own waffle with plenty of toppings to choose from. The fresh fruits, bread toast with butter, tea , danish cake, juice, milk and cornflakes. What else you need for the price you pay for staying there. The room was also very nice with comfortable bed and also includes a mini refrigerator and a microwave oven. The location was also perfect for a short stay if you have some business at Phoenix convention centre ( 10-12 Mins by walk ). There’s also a McDonald just in front of the property. Highly recommended for a quality and comfortable stay.
