Definition of insanity and unprofessionalism. No one is held accountable for their actions and simple task like changing or scheduling an appointment becomes impossible. You try to call the department you need and get passed around to 5 different people on hold and eventually just getting a voicemail or the system disconnects the call and start over. If this wasn't a government funded or ran business you would all be fired and out of business. Pathetic my fellow veterans and I have to deal with this nonsense after the ultimate sacrifices made defending this country.

Worst place ever! I wish I had more hands, so I could these “people” four thumbs down! I have not had 1 good experience at this location or any VA location I have visited. A good saying: The VA, giving veterans a second chance to die for their country since 1930.

If you’re a vet, stay as far away from here as possible. They will continuously cancel your primary care appointments, reschedule you and not tell you or send you a letter until AFTER the new appointment passed. They’ll then claim you canceled the appointment and it was your fault for missing the new appointment even though it was probably a video or phone call only that your provider wasn’t available for.

Had to wait outside before allowed to go in..who does that but the lady stated that's their policy..excuse me I'm a disabled vet
