I had a long day before I brought my child in. I had waited to make sure my child needed care that I couldn't give them before bringing her to see a Dr. When they found out we had waited we were met with eye rolls and being rushed out. Not everyone is able to fully understand when a practitioner walks in and says a paragraph in about 3-4 seconds (that's being generous) Also when I tried to verify the instructions she gave, in a rush, and I was met with the same attitude as the eye rolling nurse/tech. I will NOT be using this location again due to judgy people whom treated us like they were better than us!!!

This FastMed location closed in the middle of the day for no apparent reason, causing me to miss a drug test and lose a job opportunity. The clinic advertises 8 AM to 8 PM. I arranged to take time off work at 1 PM. I arrived to find a hand written note on the door ā€œWeā€™re Closed.ā€ I poked my head in the door and explained I just needed to pee in a cup. The response was there was no one there to take my specimen. The next time I arrive the front desk person rambled off instructions to fill out a form (she pointed to), never taking her eyes off her computer screen. Turns out the test order expired the day after my first attempt when it closed early. The potential employer said that she was sorry about the trouble but the company policy is that if I miss the drug screening I am unhireable. Thanks FastMed! Super UNprofessional on many levels. I would not want to be treated for an illness or rush there with an injury only to be told theyā€™re closing. I wonder about what other unprofessional conduct goes on this clinic. To the public: youā€™ve been warned! Seek healthcare elsewhere.

Disgusting place, rude receptionist. I have never been treated like this in my life. I guess since Im brown, and she was white she thought she was superior than me. I understand they where full, and close at 4pm, but have some compassion, all she needed to do was lead me to another urget care that might be open and can help. Dont treat people like trash... disgusting behaviour. Also it was 3pm and it is a walk-in clinic! WALK IN. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING.

Had the pleasure to meet honor healths receptionist Pam Stoddard today she is truly rude in welcoming and oblivious I think it would be in everyone best interest if someone made the executive decision to find someone more warm and friendly to represent your brand.

This location is the same staff from the location on 44th St. and Oak. Iā€™ve gone to that location for many years for myself and my kids. I always had a good experience while being there, I had the chance to visit the new location yesterday and had the same experience. The staff is polite from the moment you walk in, and the best part is that NP Heather Juniper is there! Iā€™ve known her for years, I met her at the old location 5+ years ago during one on my visits and she is absolutely AMAZING!! The care and compassion she showed me, she took the time to listen and not just hear me. She was genuinely concerned about my issue, and I truly appreciate her. Every time I go in for myself or my kids and she is there, she remembers who I am and always asks how I am doing. We need more people like her in this world! If youā€™ve ever had an interaction with her, you know exactly who I am talking about.

I went in with some concerns about neck pain hoping to get some help. They werenā€™t able to help but that isnā€™t the issue. When I walked in the woman in the front with blonde hair seemed very disinterested and was not welcoming at all, she had a bit on an attitude for some reason I felt like I didnā€™t belong from the beginning of our conversation. Itā€™s unfortunate when youā€™re already not feeling well, would not come here again.

I asked the receptionist if she could estimate the wait time, and her response was, "as you can see, there are a lot of people here." I just wanted an estimate. So, I did my own calculation - there are 6 people ahead of me at 30 minutes each, that's 3 THREE Hours. The receptionist told me we consistently only have one physician. WHY? Low on doctors. Also, why do you make an appointment online? It doesn't seem to matter, or they are perpetually running late? Frustrating, especially when not feeling well. What about a texting system giving you a 45-minute notice, rather than sitting and waiting and waiting? I will say the new facility is much better than the dark and dreary other location. Wait times are impossible and not patient-centric, but at least there is a place to go.

My check in experience at this facility was terrible, front desk staff was not friendly or professional at all. I went there specifically because they advertised x-ray services, however that day it was not available, and I was not told that up-front! Nurse practitioner and medical assistant were kind, NP gave me an order to get x-rays at an imaging center. FastMed said they would call with the results....however I never got a call - I had to contact the imaging center directly myself to get my results. I would not recommend or go back to this urgent care center, while the Dr (nurse practitioner) was nice, the support staff (front desk) was not welcoming at all.

Very nice facility. Very short wait to get in an exam room. The nurse that took my vitals and reviewed my history was very thorough. Patricia, the NP was very knowledgeable and I felt she had my best interest at heart.

3 pm appointment did not see doctor until 4:10. Dr was fine but wanted to check rib injury and went to this one because they do X-rays - but when saw dr. Said we donā€™t do rib X-rays so been nice to tell us that on the phone when scheduling apt. Staff was nice.

I have severe Athena and had heavy wheezing. I was the only one in the lobby but had to wait at least 10-15 min AFTER I filled out info on their tablet even though a repeat patient. But once called in the back. It went pretty quick. Dr was great.

I went there when I got Covid. When I saw the nurse, he told me I was supposed to stay home and not even come to the urgent care. The doctor told me there is no medicine I can take. I had a really bad sore throat. I brought my family to another urgent care for COVID a few days later. They told me if I brought them within 5 days, they could have given them COVID medicine. I told the other doctor what happened to me here, and she said I went to the wrong place. This happened after I waited 2hrs in the car even though I had an appointment.

This location is one, if not the best, urgent care location Iā€™ve been to. I made an appointment online (easy process) and upon arrival the facility was super clean. Overall, the staff was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being. I would absolutely go back. The only area of opportunity was that my prescription was sent to the wrong location.

Had really bad pain in my ear for 3-5 days and they prescribed a medication that already made me feel 10x better. I was lucky to walk in and only have one person ahead of me so my visit wasnā€™t longer than 25-30 minutes. Sarah the receptionist was so welcoming and she answered all my questions. During my visit I had to witness a quest who was angry because their insurance was denied & was very disrespectful towards her. She was so calm and respectful when she didnā€™t have to be in my opinion, but she made sure they were out the door quickly. The nurse and doctor were amazing as well.

My visit with FastMed last week was fantastic from the front end staff to the provider and everyone in between. I would for sure return to this medical facility if needed in the future. My assigned provider made sure to explain everything to me and get me what I needed to feel better.

This is easily the best urgent care experience Iā€™ve ever had. I really didnā€™t think they would be able to do anything for migraine at urgent care but it was worth a shot since my nausea was still very bad and I couldnā€™t get in to see my PCP. The wait was a bit long but immediately when I went back the patient care technician turned the lights down. Both the PCT and NP I saw were not only extremely kind but just good at what they do. I figured that they would just make sure I wasnā€™t dying and send me on my way but they had some options to get me feeling a little better.

I know urgent cares arenā€™t places any one wants to be , but coming into this one I felt Very tooken care of. It was clean , and organized and everybody was kind and sweet and patient. The provider was Amazing. She was sweet and was easy to communicate with. They definitely went above and beyond from the moment I stepped into there location. Thanks a lot girls , you women are amazing ā¤ļø

At first I felt like they cared- I went in for back pain- it hurts to breathe. They were able to give me a shot to ease the pain- and sent me off to get a chest X ray to see what was going on. Didnā€™t say what they were looking for but just that they were going to look for. I got a call back today with the results. ā€œNegativeā€ negative for what? Anything? They couldnā€™t answer- and then I asked what I should do about the continued pain- it may be a muscle spasm but I was cut off saying they donā€™t prescribe muscle relaxers which is fine but when I asked what the next steps were they just said see someone else. I hurt and now I feel thrown to the side. Never ever use this place if you want compassion. In person they seemed to care but when I called asking what to do next it was a sucks to suck go see someone else. I feel horrible physically and emotionally! Good thing my PCP cares and can seem me same day. Thanks for the stress fast med!!!

Clean friendly staff. Most urgent cares I've been too in the Valley have staff that hardly smile. The Doctor smiled while talking to me. Asking how I'm doing took extra time with me because of my raised pressure. I really recommend this location.

Showed up but was swamped with people. Advised to make an appointment online so no wait. Did so at counter - returned for appointment & was seem promptly. (Of course an emergency like bleeding gets priority like in ER, but appointments go straight in before walk ins.) Have walked in before without long wait, but an appointment is now how I will use from now on as list how busy an estimated time to be seen. Very good urgent care when can't wait get in quick with primary. Conveniently close to home.

The people were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable interacting with the staff. The office was very clean. I was in and out fairly quickly, but not rushed through.

The lady Patricia was so extremely rude. Pretty sure she thought I was lying or pill seeking. She had zero bedside manners. I won't go back. I have been in a ton pain and she acted like I was lying. They got paid to do nothing for me. Don't go here.

It was my first visit at this urgent care. I walked in and was seen in a timely manner. I would recommend this location. Good customer service as well.

Honestly, if you arrive here because you're an Honor Health patient, go somewhere else. They have the Honor Health name displayed but do not have access to your medical charts or anything if you are an Honor Health patient. They do not honor (see what I did there?) Your Honor Health insurance as if they were Honor Health themselves. It is a joint clinic that uses both Honor Health and FastMed names, that's it. Not affiliated with either one, publicly.

I went in to get tested for an upcoming procedure. The staff was great. I had Brett, he made a not so great situation, tolerable. I felt cared for. I was in and out in no time! I would recommend coming here and will do so in the future!

  • 5/5 Carol a. 2 years ago on Google
First time here, the other locations close to me wouldnā€™t even answer their phones and their reviews were negative. The front desk woman was very polite and kind, Brett the medical man/X-ray guy was very fun and professional and Heather, the physician was amazing, thorough with no ounce of impatience or arrogance. Very positive experience in dealing with everyone here, not to mention they took great care of my injury. Highly rec this site; fast and easy plus no drama.

They gave me the most expensive prescription when there are much cheaper ones available. And then when my boyfriend tried to get it changed to a lower cost one, he had to call nearly 50 times, and force the doctor to get a conference call with the pharmacy to make that happen. The worst place to go if you have an ailment.

  • 5/5 Eric K. 2 years ago on Google
I would highly recommend this location. It was super easy to make an appointment online. The facility is nice but what makes this facility different from others is the staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly they listen and care. The NP (Heather) was able to diagnose my problem within 30 seconds. She is an excellent practitioner and I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I used fast med because my physician did not have any appointments available and I needed care today. Fast med is in collaboration with honor Heath which made it very convenient to use, and access my chart. The staff was very friendly, place is very clean, and I was in and out within an hour. Will definitely use fast med again.

STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO LIVE. I came in with abdominal and mid-back pain, as well as nausea. The assistant had me do a urine test. The ā€œdoctorā€ came in and told me I didnā€™t have a urinary tract infection and that they couldnā€™t help me. She never came within four feet of me, much less examined me. She asked me no questions about current or past medical history. She suggested I go to an ER. Being new here, I asked where the nearest ER was. She told me, ā€œI donā€™t know; I donā€™t live around here.ā€ I left and googled where an ER was. When I got there they IMMEDIATELY gave me an EKG as they told me those symptoms, and my age, could be a heart attack. *So - the website says this urgent care location CAN do an EKG. *These people should be shut down and charged for malpractice. *They will charge you $75 and then be entirely negligent in their care. I will be contesting this fee through Blue Cross as the ā€œcareā€ was non-existent. *STAY AWAY if you want to live.

I use to come to this exact urgent care back in 2017; I had a horrible experience with the MA/ Provider at the time. Horrible attitude and did not meet my needs. Surprisingly, I walked in today and OMG I LOVE THIS URGENT CARE NOW, and the major changes it has ! I highly recommend for urgent needs ! It was super fast from front desk to the back office. Super friendly; made me feel very comfortable and my needs were met! I'm crossing my fingers this urgent care becomes a PCP facility too ! Thank you, to the workers/ Provider and Medical director for making my experience memorable ā¤ļø

My visit was at 645 pm on a Wednesday night. I was done by 715. Thatā€™s check in, vitals, seeing provider and discharge. The secretary was friendly and efficient. Brett was the man who took my vitals. He was so friendly and funny. We talked about music, and metal fashion and before I knew it my vitals were done. My provider H Juniper was SO WELCOMING!! So helpful and so compassionate. I felt like I was at my own PCP she was so great with her bedside manner. She provided me with some in house relief and sent me on my way with the meds I needed to get back to work. I was so impressed with my whole visit!!

After the clinic could not figure out how to bill my insurance, despite the fact that this clinic is in-network for my insurance, I was deceived into paying the full amount out of pocket, but was told not to worry since I could be reimbursed later. I should have just went elsewhere at this point, but I was dealing with severe upper respiratory symptoms and needed to be seen. Several phone calls and emails later from both me and my insurance, FastMed has not gotten back to either of us, nor have they submitted a claim to my insurance as promised. It has been 3 weeks and they have not reached out or returned any emails or phone calls. This is seriously criminal.

Came in for a pre-employment drug test. In and out in less than 1/2 hour. The technician/nurse that dealt with the test was super friendly and efficient. The receptionist was either having a bad day or hates her job as she was less than enthused to help me. Overall, a quick and convenient way to get your pre-employment testing completed.

Love the clean, new feel. Great quick service. Polite and pleasant staff and NP. Beyond annoying that it took me probably 15 minutes to do the "paperwork" and fill out my chart and HPI, insurance etc all on my little iphone, only to have the complete system down and have to do it by paper again when sick with the flu.

The stiff piece of trash lady at the front desk on 7/7 needs lots of training. I explained I had hit my deductible and would not owe anything when she told me I had to pay something. I knew this without question as I had hit my deductible many months prior and been to many places in the meantime at no cost. She argued and charged me anyway. Then Jasmine in billing further bungled things delaying my refund. Its actual theft. I send you the bill for my interest im owed

I had a telemed referral to this urgent care facility. They were a bit backed up when I arrived at appt time however it did not take too long to get in and see the doctor. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist and all back staff I saw including the doctor (I canā€™t remember her name) were all very nice and apologetic about being short staffed that day and having to wait. They truly expressed concern and made you feel like you matter. Iā€™ll be going back here for sure. And I do recommend this FastMed Urgent Care!

I wasn't feeling well at all please keep that in mind. I felt the receptionist wasn't very welcoming at all didn't smile once didn't keep me informed when I was missing some paperwork bur she handled situation. I know companies are short handed these days but it took almost two hours....medical staff was very polite I did appreciate that since I had worked up the worse in my own head. I would use this location again, close to home.

I recently visited FastMed and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely pleasant, efficient and showed a lot of compassion towards my situation. I was more than impressed with the tNurse Practitioner I saw, Heather, who was compassionate as well and very thorough. Honestly, I prefer Nurse Practitioners to begin with! Thank you to everyone for treating me with respect and as a human and not as a number.

First of all the address is wrong. Itā€™s actually 4531 E Thomas Rd, around the corner from fryā€™s and not in-front of Costco. Second of all, I donā€™t care if someone signed in online before I walked in and completed my paperwork, if youā€™re here for a urine test, you should be taken care of first since you need to use the restroom! Otherwise itā€™s a decent location and nice staff they just need they their clients prioritized correctly to be more efficient.
