This company is pathetic and a total sham. They should not be in business and probably won't be for long. I left multiple messages via phone and their website and no one ever called me back. I tried for over two weeks to reach ANYONE at this place. My card expired due to this, all to save me some money and it cost me more in the long run. This place is a total joke and I made sure to tell the people who referred me to not advise their customers to use them anymore. Out of curiosity I have called almost every day for the last 3 weeks leaving messages on their phone and via their website. Total sham. Total waste of time. Just all around a joke.

The entire experience was great. Levi, his staff, and the doctor were all committed to me as the customer and patient. They were supportive and professional. This was a difficult decision for me personally. My meetings at MedEval helped me tremendously. The knowledge and support that I experienced assured me that this was the right choice for me at this time. I highly recommend the Phoenix MedEval Clinic and staff for anyone considering getting a Medical Marijuana Card.

My entire experience has been very confortable from start to finish. I was able to make an appointment for a Saturday with less than 24hr notice . The receptionist, Mike, went out of his was to make me feel even more comfortable by putting me at ease and answering questions over the phone while setting up my appointment. The entire atmosphere is very professional and the doctors put me at ease with smiles and caring attitudes. I personally do not like going to new doctors; however, my experience here was so relaxing that I will most definitely return to get recertification in 2 years. In addition to the doctors very thorough Q&A of the benefits and uses of cannabis and CBD, the front desk receptionists Derrick and Mike made sure to pass down an extensive background knowledge of medical Marijuana. The exams and office fees were considerably less than the other offices I looked into(and I did my research) I will recommend this place every time.

This place is awesome! Missed my appt last week and messaged them today at the last minute and they still let me come in. They are super nice here. They responded to me instantly when I messaged though maps. Definitely go here! I would highly recommend it!!

Worst experience. Should have gone to Little Greens... where your application can actually get submitted the same day. MedEval has moved into the next building over. Patients who scheduled an appointment are seen in the same line as walk ups, no order. 15 people are given the same appointment regardless of time. It was 91° on the thermostat in the office. Was contacted by text hours after my appointment to send again what they had already taken copies of, my license and DES paperwork. After not seeing anything change on my patient portal, I texted back. Next day, at 7pm on a Friday, already 10 days after my appointment, my application was submitted by Mike, but only, I feel after I hadthad to follow up. After it was summited, I noticed to said as male, no EBT, and my last name was listed as both my first and last. Appointment was June 3rd at the clinic. I just had to resubmit the application correctly myself on the 18th. Who knows how long until I receive my card. This supposed to just be an easy renewal.

Horrible experience!! They promised I would get my card 7 to 10 business days, and on the 10th day, I found out they screwed up my address - so I had to call the state numerous times to get it fixed, and it also cost me more to fix their screw up!! It will probably take an additional 7 to 10 business days to get my card. Not happy!! 😡🤬. I drove almost two hours to go to them, and I guess that was a big mistake! I should’ve went to another place that was closer. Response to their response: Yes - it will probably take 2 to 4 business days to process and make a new card, but when they send it again, it will probably once again be 7 to 10 business days total again. So in total a month process to get my card. Well I finally received my card in the mail, and the whole process took OVER a month, thanks to their incompetence!! Also, being they screwed up the address on the first card, this one is not valid for another 10 days. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬 This is the response from my email confirming they screwed up my address: This is Levi, director here at Med-Eval. We're terribly sorry for making a mistake on your address.

The director Levi is AWESOME!!!!! He is easy to talk to about medical marijuana questions & is very knowledgeable. I don't know the other workers like I've gotten to know Levi in the past year, but they all seem nice. Also, if you go there to get your card & then refer 5 people, when it's time to renew your card, it's a free office visit, plus Levi's office is the cheapest I've seen yet.

I am currently writing this review prior to being seen. I was hesitant to call, but I am so relieved that I did. I was concerned about week long appointment waits and unfriendly service. To my surprise, the person that I spoke with was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He offers a veteran discount, which already put this certifications clinic above the rest. On top of already outstanding over the phone service, he was able to schedule me an appointment the very next day! Once I have been seen, I will finalize my review, but if the service is anything like it has been today, I have no issues. Update: The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They provided an abundance of literature on medicinal benefits, deals, and business that offer first time patient deals. I arrived on time and the wait was standard. When I was seen by the doctor, she was very understanding and took the time to understand all of my issues. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. On my way out, I was referred to come back for more information on medicinal cannabis. The hours are great and convenient, and they also have an online patient service. This clinic has been outstanding and I plan on coming back every time.

These guys are awesome ! Helped both my girl and I renew our cards , mine was done in time to stay active until I received my new card. Would definitely recommend. Also super friendly!

I did have an issue with my renewal, but mike and Derrick were ON TOP of it to get my card processed! It was my fault too, because I told them to wait to process my renewal until the end of October. However, they got a new system before then, and had to re-process in the new system. So, we had to take steps together on both ends to ensure my card was set. Despite the fact that corporate took a little to respond to the issue, Mike and Derrick went ahead and re-processed my application as soon as they were able to, and they were very professional and understanding about my frustration and experience. This is a great company to get your card- they won’t leave you hanging if you have an issue, and they will get to things ASAP! I have a lot of faith in the wonderful individuals who work for MEDEVAL and the company in general! And, unbeatable prices here and a comfortable waiting area!

This place is really amazing. From start to finish they were so friendly and informative! They got me a same day appointment on a Saturday. The guy up front is SO helpful and the doctors were so knowledgeable and gave all kinds of amazing recommendations. Within 5 days my app was approved with the state and my card was on its way. Seriously.. don’t go anywhere else. This is where it’s at! Tell your friends!

Very friendly staff, came in and was treated great by this pretty blonde girl, sorry I didn’t get her name, but the rest of the staff was sweet and friendly! I was In and out in no time and was definitely cheaper than any other place! Will definitely renew my card here next year, uh and they also have drinks for you and flyers for other shops with discounts, happy i came here!
