Made appointment because I was feeling some symptoms that matched COVID-19 and I wanted to confirm that I hadn’t contracted the flu. Even though I had a Pfizer shot. When I arrived at the clinic I was advised they had no tests available because there was a high demand for them and the manufacture could not keep up. When I asked why they made an appointment I was told “I didn’t make the appointment followed by you can leave now” in a very smart tone of voice. There is an urgent care about 1 mile away I don’t need little clinic.

Zero stars would be way better. The lady at the front desk was very nice. But the nurse was beyond rude she gave me attitude because I was unable to answer a question she had specifically. She took over an hour to get into the room after waiting in the front for a half hour she had NO other patients went to get coffee and left me waiting. She also touched my face with no gloves on!! IM PREGNANT AND ITS FLU SEASON. Very unhappy.

This clinic used to be nice and care about patients... needless to say the past 3 visits have been a nightmare. They used to have a fabulous doctor named josh and replaced him with some other doctors. Went in because I had a sinus infection and two days later went to see them because I had laryngitis. I had to have a form filled out for work excusing me from missing work because I could not speak mind you I work in a call center. Sat there crying in the office as I'm struggling to speak and being told I can work if my work can't accommodate me it's their fault and refusing to sign my forms. Needless to say had to work on the phones with laryngitis. Went in last week and the doctor sue tells me it's a cold. Doesn't prescribe me any cough medications just tells me it will pass here we are 9 days later coughing and with laryngitis again...just received a bill for 80 bucks to tell me I had the sniffles. Do not go there. It has gotten worse.

Made a12:30 appointment and still waited an hour to be seen. Before the nurse practitioner even inspected me, she stated that if I needed antibiotics, I'd have to go to my regular dr. I asked if she couldn't prescribe and she said she could and then began assessing me. After, she said she felt I just had a cold when literally I can smell the sinus infection and told her that. The laziest diagnosis I've ever received. Sinus infections are actually a condition I'm very familiar with because I suffer from them annually. I'll never go to this clinic again.

I am not sure if the young man at the front desk doesn't like people, doesn't like black people, or just doesn't like himself. Whatever the cause for his rudeness, he should not be working in health services. I usually have very positive experiences with the public. This just wasn't the case this time 😟

At first I was very hesitant to take my 2 year old son here, but I am so happy I did! Both Sarah and Josh were a pleasure, we left an amazing pediatrician when we moved and had not found one yet in Arizona, and my son got a fever. I brought him in and Sarah was so helpful getting us checked in and checking my sons vitals, even though he was screaming on top of his lungs she remained calm and was so sweet! Josh the physician came in and was so sweet to my boy, and within a couple minutes he was able to tell me what was causing my sons fever. He got his antibiotics and I had made a comment about something, and even though he wasn't obligated to help me, he went above and beyond, and I am so grateful that two such amazing caregivers took care of my son tonight! I would give this place 10 stars because of these two if I could!

My husband went in, and ended up having tonsillitis. They prescribed him antibiotics so he could get better. It was nice having the Pharmacy right there too. We were in and out with a prescription within 50 mins. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. We will definitely be going back to this clinic!

Not really a walk-in clinic anymore. Went to be seen today for an ear infection, I got there at 8:27 and was told they are all booked up and I can sit in my car and wait and hope no one shows up. No one was there my visit would only take a few minutes but nope.

Wonderful experience. I was checked in right away. Was in an exam room within 5 minutes. Answered a few questions. Received my cooties test swabbing and waited a short time (20 minutes) for the exam and discussion about my health to make sure I didn't have any issues or additional concerns. All staff was friendly and pleasant. I have read some of the negative reviews but my experience was the total opposite.

Julia in the little clinic was amazing she made my visit the absolute best! 10/10 would recommend!

Instead of checking everyone in that was already registered the nurse/aid simply did one person at a time. They would save time by checking people in in batches instead of one by one. The check by the Physician's Assistant doesnt take that long they need to get their act together at the front desk. My son had over a 100 fever and we sat much longer than we really needed to.

Went in there, recommended by an old friend I can into at CVS, needing help & advice for high blood pressure somewhat urgently. There was a man, former paramedic and a nurse there. The service from these folks was fantastic and the man (embarrassed I can't remember his name) was amazing, advising me on when Hospital is necessary & a wealth of other information I would not have otherwise gotten. I don't really understand the negative reviews about wait times. I think that kind of goes with the territory but I was fortunate and got help right away at a critical time. I personally received great service and is very much appreciated.

Went in the lady at the front desk was very nice I ended up waiting almost a hour longer then told I would wait and dr Emma was so nice and friendly and apologized for such a long wait I got in and got what I needed great staff

Every time I’ve been seen here, it’s been a great experience. Everyone is friendly and caring! Wait usually is not long. A huge Thank you to the staff!!! You all are appreciated!!!
