I would love to give a shout out to the girls in Primary care. My son was getting his vaccines yesterday. These girls were prepared Melinda, Celeste and Jessica (Child Life). My son has autism and is very difficult when it comes to injections. Those girls handled it so professionally. These women are an asset to CRS, they essential. Amazing!! They were able to give him his vaccines in a professional and awesome manner. They deserve so much. I am so grateful for them. I keep taking him there because of them. Also Autumn Snead she is so awesome. Thank you all in PRIMARY Care for having patience with my son!!!

The pediatricians lack compassion with young moms they lack sympathy with young moms and 2 of my friends I met in the lobby withdrew their children from this pediatrician for the mistreatment I feel it's best my kids stay here because they know this Dr but I would not recommend this for anyone they're mean rude not welcoming negative energy all around I went with my sister to her pediatrician where they welcomed the moms and the baby's and they even knew my sisters kids bdays by heart this place should be last resort the pediatricians here really need to reevaluate their career path if they can't treat young moms like human beings instead of treating us like we are ignorant we are MOMS

I love this integrated health care location! My daughter is able to see her primary doctor and specialists and get blood work done under one roof. The staff is kind and respectful to us every time we come in.

This clinics process and communication leave a ton to be desired. My daughter is in the process of being tested for behavioral health and learning disabilities. We waited months for the initial appointments. We then had to wait again for appointments with her Psychologist. Then more waiting for her med appointments. None of the medication that was discussed with her Psychologist was recommended by the med doctor. Then there was supposed to be a referral to a pulmonologist...that hasn't happened. The worst part is if you try and get a call into any of the parties that are involved in treatment you get stonewalled at the receptionist who simply says they will deliver the message. This ball has been dropped on numerous occasions. We are over a year into this now and I don't feel we are in any better position than we were day 1. We still do not know what is affecting my daughter, we still have zero path on medicine (and when talking to the med specialist it sounds like they are guessing) and nothing has been done regarding the pulmonologist. We are definitely seeking a new providers at this time as my trust in the ability of this clinic to effectively diagnose and treat my daughter has been severely compromised.

Used to be great but over the last few months they don't call when our daughters hearing aid molds come in and when they have to cancel appointments they cancel and don't call. I even went in today we were supposed to have an appointment in audiology with Judy it was canceled on their end they said they called I even had them repeat the number they called it's the right number but they failed to really call us this is multiple times now with different children we have 3 that go their for now.

My daughter went there for 16 years and they lost all of her medical records. Now she is 25 and we have no medical records for 16 years of her life. We have tried and tried to have some thing done about this and we can’t get anyone to help us. She saw a cardiologist for a bicuspid aortic valve she was born turner syndrome and diagnosed Asperger syndrome also. We have no record of her growth hormone injections or any of her specialists because they lost her records. I have no idea What to do about this or who to go to.

My wife works here, loves it... loves kids.. also helping.. nice people..

Behavioral Health Services - I can't believe the poor treatment, lack of communication, and the number of employees that simply do not care! I am just trying to get help for my daughter. What is your mission statement? DMG...YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!! I have been waiting patiently for 6 months plus to get my daughter's referral through. I have called and left numerous messages to check the status as well as my doctor. We don't seem to get a return phone call. At this point, I don't even know what the issue is. I tried just today to get the name of someone in charge, no luck. I must have called back too many times, because now the receptionist won't answer and she sends me to the general vmail box! All I was asking for was the name of someone in charge that would actually talk to me to tell me what was needed at this point. Just one example of an employee that doesn't care and has no pride in her job !!! Shame on you for making an already difficult situation even worse!

Really love this place, I got hearing aid from this place and still helping me since 2016 I am older now still they are so nice

I have been coming here since my son was born in 2012. I used to love coming here now it's a hassle to get ahold of anyone. I've called several times within the past few weeks and just been on hold to get told to leave a voice-mail.i never hear back and here I am going through the same pattern again.

Such an amazing facility ,I’ve been in this autism process since 2018 and a few months ago I heard of this place and me and son feel good about coming here after we been to many places and the staff is realy friendly :)

We just saw the dentist at this location and they were amazing! My son is very tall and strong, nonverbal, and has a lot of difficulty sitting calmly. He's also constantly dealing with sensory processing problems. Dentists have been a nightmare experience for him in the past, and this was our first time to the DMG dental office. Our last dentist was usually in a hurry and didn't want to take the time to work with my son. He actually told us that he would need to be sedated for thorough cleaning. But this clinic was patient with him. They were understanding about his sensory needs and had the tools they needed to keep him safe and comfortable and to do everything that they needed to. And they didn't rush him. It's the first time my son has had a thorough cleaning since he was a very little guy. And he did awesome. Partly due to all the hard work my son has done in therapies, but mostly because staff knew how to take care of him. It's a huge relief. I think my son even enjoyed the experience. He was definitely proud of himself with all the praise he received, from both myself and the incredible staff. I also appreciate the preventative care and directions they provided. Because, of course, my goal is that he never needs to be sedated for something preventable, like a cavity.

I've been going here since my son was 3yrs & every specialist is amazing. Dr. Shindell although retired was my favorite doctor in the world. CRS is apart of my family. My son is now 16yrs old & it's because of them he has been able to walk and be a kid all these years

Such an amazing facility they have helped me finally see light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Very friendly place got me in as soon as they could and my son loves to be here.

We have to travel many hours to get to this place. We are always treated well when we have our children's appointments. They are always trying to accommodate our family with whatever they can, whenever it's possibly they have no problems with making several appointments for one day or getting them close together so we don't have to make a bunch of trips to Phoenix. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility. The doctors and staff have made a great difference in my kids life.

My four kiddos all need to see specialists here for various reasons. All of the Drs with the exception of maybe 3 that we have come into contact with with are super wonderful and they sit down and truly listen. What makes these offices even better is if the kiddos need bloodwork, x-rays, need to be fitted for AFO's, ect they can do so much of this right on site so there is no running around with the possibility of loosing the paperwork because of the added stress. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these offices. I also HIGHLY recommend them.
