As a senior citizen I was very nervous and reluctant to be referred to a “oral surgeon “ for what was considered a difficult extraction of an infected back tooth. My Dentist felt it was the best thing for me and so referred me to Dr Marvin Schwartz. From the moment we arrived his staff made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. Then Dr Schwartz came into the examination room. It was one of the best experiences ever. He dealt professionally with all my concerns regarding my treatment. But he also made me laugh and enjoy a delightful conversation with him. My tooth was out before I even knew it. What I had thought would be a horrible experience was delightful. I had Dr. Marina Prichert, who is so lovely. The entire staff was so kind and professional. I was extremely nervous having my wisdom tooth removed, and they talked me through the entire thing. I never felt rushed, or pressured into anything. They were even able to get me in earlier, as I was having severe pain from the tooth. I cannot thank you all enough!

i was recommended by my dentist by them to remove my 3 wisdom teeth, last month i had my consultation and they gave me the run down on how everything goes and what to expect before and after the surgery. 2 weeks ago, i had my surgery and the nurse that was there did a step by step on being hooked up to a blood pressure monitor, how the laughing gas works, and the anesthesia. All of the staff members were so calm and polite, never felt rushed, they helped me feel comfortable, even the girl at the front was amazing. Hands down the best staff ever, highly recommend them. I got my wisdom teeth extraction a few days ago, and everything went very smoothly! I was really nervous because I have emetophobia (the fear of vomiting) and I was dreading the surgery. It went way better than I thought it would! The ladies at reception were so lovely, vibrant, and kind so early in the morning. The two nurses that helped me made me so comfortable. Offering me a blanket, holding my hand, and explaining what would happen made me feel so much better. They assured me they would give me anti-nausea medication in the IV to reduce my chances of vomiting and making me relaxed as possible! I don't remember much from when I woke up from the general anesthesia, of course, but my mom says everyone was so friendly, kind, and had a great sense of humour. I'm recovering very well with very little pain and swelling and zero bleeding. A week after my surgery, I was a bit concerned about one of the extraction sites, and when i called the office, they had me come in for a check-up in the next hour, so quick! At the follow-up, I got so much reassurance that everything was healing well. Great service!

I went through a procedure, everyone was very patient, sweet and caring. Made me feel comfortable. They followed up after the surgery and said I could call or come back if there’s any discomfort. Although, I hate going dentist, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed and that’s what made this visit easier.

thank you Dr. Prichert and nursing staff for the wisdom tooth removal surgery back in January 2023. My jaw was stuff and I had so much reoccuring pain before the surgery, and I was also so very nervous before the surgery due to the nature of it, but I was patient and kind, received the same kindness and patience from you all. Recovery from the surgery was rough, I followed all instructions and the office followed up to see how I was doing with care. I eventually healed well, and there are no more jaw issues, no pain, and my teeth and gums are healthier. Thank you, all the best.
