I attempted to get my mom approved as a new patient. There are several areas on their webpage where they note that they are accepting new patients. Upon completing a lengthly questionnaire and after its submission, a message was received that the clinic is in fact not accepting new patients. Quite frustrating - there is no mention of if there is a wait list or anything like that. I hope their webpage is updated to reflect that they are not taking on new patients at this time to prevent people in need of a family doctor from getting their hopes up. While they did eventually let my mother become a patient. Her several attempts to book appointments go unanswered. I can appreciate that clinics are overrun with phone calls etc. However to go months without ever bothering to return a phone call for an appointment is unacceptable and quite disappointing. I hope this is just bad luck on my mother's part and not how the majority of patients here are treated.

The doctors and most staff are professional, however there seems to be one member of staff who gives me a difficult time every single time I need to call to book an appointment. She tends to cut me off before I can finish my sentence, resulting in me being unable to communicate my needs properly. I have also been scolded for asking questions and voicing concerns on the medications I have been prescribed. My most recent interaction ended with her saying "You're lucky the doctor is even giving you month to month prescriptions, be happy with that." Again, most staff are friendly, but this one woman in particular makes me feel unwelcome, and I dread having to call when it is time for those month to month prescriptions to be renewed.

While there may sometimes be a wait, the care is unmatched. Dr. Rahman is a great family doctor. She always asks lots of questions, takes me seriously, and I love how throughougly she investigates an issue, not hesitating when a specialist is needed.

The family doctor I used to see moved his practice and I just could not make the commute and my file was automatically transferred to another doctor in that practice, and I just don’t have the words to describe him and I was no longer comfortable being his patient. After searching for a long time for a female doctor that was accepting new patients I came across Dr. Anika Rahman. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She’s so kind, considerate, caring and she really takes the time to listen and help you and make you feel comfortable. She’s a breath of fresh air and I’m so thankful I found her to be my doctor. The staff in this clinic as well are absolutely amazing and get back to you so quickly. I highly recommend this family practice.

My husband and me just registered with this clinic a couple of weeks ago. We are very happy with our experience so far. The staff and nurses are a pleasure to deal with. Our physician Dr. N. Olufowobi has a kind and calm demeanor, and we are very pleased with the care we have received from him so far.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Dr.Adeniyi is very professional and listens to my concerns and symptoms and carefully gives me options on possible ways to address them. The only downside is that their phone lines are often busy and I have to call multiple times in order to get someone on the phone for an appointment. Overall, a great clinic and would recommend!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have never been treated as if I was so dumb just by simply calling in. Get friendlier staff and maybe understand what a walk-in clinic actually is - THEY ACCEPT PATIENTS ONLY!! Don’t waste your time. However, if you do want to waste your time, try calling this “walk-in” because you won’t be seen and they’ll treat you like garbage for either bothering to call.

This is a great clinic and the doctors here are knowledgeable and caring. That being said it is damn near impossible to get a hold of reception. They never answer their phones and when they do they are so quick to rush you off. There’s usually 2-3 in at one time.

Feeling very fortunate to have found this practice and Dr. Anika as our family doctor. Everyone in this clinic from the doctors, front desk staff, and physicians assistants are kind and accommodating to ensure you get the best care possible. On more than one occasion several people have gone out of their way to make sure I felt cared for. After many years and many different clinics I am grateful to have found somewhere that puts the patients first and provides an excellent standard of care. This is an exceptional place! The staff at the front desk, the nurse and the doctors are all such lovely people! Dr Omotayo is so great. We need more doctors and walk in clinics like this one. Thank you for being such a warm and welcoming place.

I was new in Pickering and found this clinic. They accepted my family as new patient for family doctor. Most of the desk staff are supportive. Dr. Sami Sayed is good and he listens with patience and good with my kids too. Only downside you might find difficult to get an appointment on phone sometime..

Dr Rahman is by far the best doctor I have been to in many many years. She is compassionate and very caring. And follows up extremely fast.

Dr Adenyi is amazing. He is kind caring compassionate and moves mountains for your health care. Dr Adenyi is extremely professional and a great problem solver. The girls in the office are amazing as well. They are special for sure, I appreciate all that they do. They have made me feel that my health is important and made me comfortable and provided quick and gentle compassionate attention. . I have had some very challenging situations and Dr Adenyi goes beyond what is normal in this day. I Highly recommend Dr Adenyi and his clinic for your health needs. 5 stars just is not enough. This place is a joke. Looks like all they can do is take care of little kids. Was looking for a family doctor and fully explained my situation before proceeding with them. After meeting the doctor, he seems scared to take me on as a patient, saying it's not his area of expertise. I guess he might have illegally obtained his license somehow. How are you a doctor and can't do the work? Complete waste of time. Only recommend for little kids or babies as that's all I saw when I went there. Mothers, babies, and kids under 5..

Three walk ins were seen before me that came in far after I did.... I guess I was forgotten about. Waited 1.5 hours to see the doctor. There was a gentleman who walked in claimed loudly to be a walkin, then was seen 20 minutes later. My advice, don't sit in the corner , you will be forgotten. Or just be a man I guess and complain and ull be seen right away.....

The doctors are patient, understanding and have great bedside manners. The clinic staff are also professional and friendly. Would recommend coming here as a new patient or walk-in.

Dr. Adeniyi is one of the best. His referral turn around time is remarkable. I highly recommend him to be your GP if he is taking new patients in the future!!!

Amazing doctors! The receptionist is so sweet and I requested to be a patient of Dr Rahman. She has been so much better than my last doctor and I'm so happy with her. I voice my concerns and she immediately gets me testing and asks me more questions. I recently told her my concerns regarding hormones although we tested them earlier this year but she did not shut me down. She instead said she could look further into it and if all is normal she would book me for help to fix the symptoms of my worries. This is a good doctor. I've had doctors dismiss my serious symptoms in the past so this is so so sooo important that she does this. I don't think she is seeing new patients atm but I would reccomend her to everyone!

The staff here are all super friendly, they even remember me by name! I absolutely love this clinic and I happily come whenever I need medical assessments! Thank you Dr Adeniyi, Dr Anika and Dr Sami god bless your souls!!!

After switching from my family doctor a few years ago, I have been so happy with the care at this clinic. The staff are efficient and I'm always seen on time. Dr Anika Rahman is kind and patient in answering questions - she doesn't rush at all - and always takes great care in addressing medical concerns.

I went for 9am to this walk in clinic and they put the OPEN sign on, so I went to the door to ring for service and they said they are temporarily closed! Why put a open sign on if your NOT serving the public. Common sense people

Clean clinic, amazing staff in particular the nurse Crystal. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I love her positive vibes, and mindset of finding solutions to making the patient's experience as easy and as positive as possible. I also acknowledge the professionalism of my Dr. Anika. Very kind and knowledgeable doctor. I'm glad I found this amazing clinic :)

This is a great clinic! During the pandemic, they are so careful and clean, and more than willing to do a phone appointment if you request it. They also don't charge a fee for refilling your medications! This is a wonderful place for Pickering, and possibly, still accepting patients. Dr. Anika Rahman is compassionate, understanding, listens well, and articulately explains anything that you need to know. Highly recommended!

Called to see what the protocol was for walk-ins, and was told an appointment was necessary, which was fine. However, the receptionist wasn’t exactly accommodating; just told me that no appointments were available until next week, didn’t offer up much more and then hung up before I had a chance to even ask about making an appointment. I won’t be calling back.

10 stars for this clinic if I could. I seen doctor Adeniyi and my experience was great. The nurse who assisted me was also very kind and thorough. My visit was fairly quick, and not at all rushed. Would highly recommend!

I had my appointment last week after 3 years. I booked that appointment a month before. First thing first getting appointments and to get the office is very hard. After I reached for my appointment secretary told me you have to wear mask I said I don’t have it she said you have to go three floor down to the pharmacy and buy one mask in one dollar and come back for your appointment. I told her that I don’t want to wear mask because nobody ask to wear so even I was in the hospital yesterday to see someone. I sat down then manager came and ask me to wear mask very rudely. That made me so upset I canceled my appointment. I am not happy with that office and I would never go back to them.

I called 2 weeks ago to see if they were taking mew patients. The person who answered the phone told me to fill out the online form. After doing that I called again to book an appointment then the person told me that they're not taking new patients until June.

After Dr Ah Now retired my wife and I were so lucky to get Dr Adeniyi to take us for new patients.We had a new patient meeting with him and I must say that I was very impressed with this young man, he listens to you and discusses options for you. I carry his cards and give them out to people looking for a good Dr. Thank you Dr Adeniyi.

Disappointed to see no masks on receptionist or required of patients. Especially with patients coughing as I entered, I did not feel safe or that I wanted to stay.

Today went on an appointment and seems they accept only one Issue at the time. Which is totally weird. Seems they are not Passionate in treating the patient. Prescribing Tylenol / Advil for any pain rather than addressing the issue. Very unprofessional and waste of time. I don’t recommend Dr. Nuraini Olufowobi.
