Last 2 years my sleep is very bad i wake up every 2 or 3hrs w dry throat n i snore very loud. I might have sleep apnea...so i found sleep clinic close where i live. My first sleep study session i arrived 930 pm i had 945 appointment i got in earlier. Very friendly sleep technician was greeting me. Show me to my room i had to fill out few papers works. Very clean facility w big washroom. He hooked me up with lots of wires n 2 straps around my chest n stomach. Session started around 11 pm. Honestly i was nervous technician made me relaxed. I do go washroom during nights 3 or 4 times. He was right there when i had to go unhooked mashine n helped me to go washroom. 515 am i was awake i filled out morning paperwork. Im waiting for doctor to call me w results. I need to sleep better. Highly recommend this sleep clinic. Thank you for everything.

Dr Buttoo is an amazing Dr. He has treated 6 members of my family over the years and is still treating my husband successfully. He takes his time to actually talk with you and makes sure you understand your treatment.The sleep clinic is quite warm but they will provide a fan for comfort. If there is an issue contact the Dr.

Dr. Buttoo was excellent immediately identified my nasal issues and recommended a remedy that to this day I still use. I had been to see 3 or 4 other doctors and none seemed to listen to my issues but Dr.Buttoo took one look and within minutes had a plan which to my surprise opened my nasal airways like they haven't been since before I can remember. Which included a surgery with a prev doctor. This man changed my life and now I dont lay there at night wondering if I will ever breathe normally again. Thank you Dr.Buttoo

I called the office on March 23rd, 2022 at about 12:15 ish to ask a very simple question about whether or not they had televisions in the sleep study room. The woman that answered the phone was quite rude in response to my question. She wanted to know my last name, birthdate and phone number, which I provided because I had a sleep test done there three years ago. Once she verified that I had a sleep study done there, I asked the question again and she wanted to know why I needed to know if there was a television in the room. I told her that someone I knew was going for a sleep study in the near future and because my sleep study was done three years ago, I couldn’t quite remember the accommodations. I asked her why it was such a problem to ask a simple question. She told me that she needed to ask questions. Please note that her tone was laden with attitude. I am not sure why it was such a big deal to answer a simple, general question. It would be different if I were asking for patient information, but since I was the patient, I give myself consent to ask questions about the procedure that I participated in. Update: I called and spoke to the manager(Jennifer) to follow up about the Google Review. She was very apologetic and explained what happened. I am satisfied with the outcome of the conversation. I am not sure what to give them as a rating at this point. I will take the time to process the information and adjust it accordingly.

Dr. Buttoo and Francis make a great team and provide exceptional patient care, going above and beyond by listening to issues and providing solutions. Great sleep and allergy clinic and would highly recommend.

Dr. Kenneth Buttoo is professional, friendly and caring. I was quite surprised to see some of the reviews on here. He helped me determine the root causes of my sleep apnea and the solutions to each of the contributing issues. The reason you wait so long in the waiting room is because he's busy being thorough with each of his patients and that takes time! Be patient, the wait is worth it. I waited approx 1 hour and the receptionist did warn me about this but I got all the info and answers I needed and he didn't rush me like most doctors seem to do nowadays. I have a follow up appointment with him in October. I was offered the option of a phone appointment or in person and I opted for in person. Thank you to Dr. Kenneth Buttoo and his team.

Dr Buttoo and his staff have been a big help for me. I cant remember the last time I was able to watch tv and not fall asleep. I felt like my life was passing by but no one took the time to understand why. Dr. Buttoo listened to my issues and has worked with me and my family to help me get my life back together. Although I am still early in my treatment, I am excited to for the path I am headed down and grateful he, and my doctor, listened to me and help me solve my sleeping issues. I was referred to Dr. Butto by my physician. I am happy to say that Dr. Butto was very professional. He knows what he is doing. I'm glad I was referred to him. When I went to the sleep clinic for overnight study in Pickering, his staff were all professional and very well trained and very pleasant. I had a very positive experience. After the study Dr. Butto called and gave me my diagnosis and informed me of what I need to do. Best sleep clinic and superb doctor.

I had a very positive experience with this sleep clinic. Dr Buttoo and his team are very professional and polite. They take the time to answer your questions and make sure you understand your results as well as the treatment options. Dr Buttoo presents a comprehensive and holistic approach which inspires a high level of confidence. I was provided with copies of my study to take away. My CPAP provider received my prescription the same day. I am very pleased with the entire experience and I am satisfied that I will soon be enjoying the benefits of better quality sleep.

Lady at reception was very nice. Nurse who did the scratch tests on my arm was harsh. She took a broken jagged tongue depressed stick and drag down my arm... Couple of long scratches. My doctor thought that was not necessary. Turned red and had to put polysporin later. I was bit traumatized by it but maybe others wouldn't mind it. Then saw the allergist and I agree with what some others mentioned. I did did find him arrogant. I felt he didn't like me asking questions. He just wanted to give me the steroids and other drugs and quickly have me leave.

Dr. Buttoo was knowledgeable and put some of my concerns to rest when going over my test results. Allergy test was convenient and was done immediately on site, lady that tested me was great! I got my CPAP and I've been sleeping soundly for over a year now, I was surprised how easy and straightforward the process was from "gee you snore a lot dear" to going home with my machine.

Dr. Buttoo was caring and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure! He really cared about my issue and wanted to see things get better.

The doctor and all staff are all very professional as well as courteous and easy to deal with. Suffered with allergies for years until I saw this particular doctor. 2 months later and life is greatly improved. Ignore the negative reviews...

Extremely upset with this clinic. I went for a sleep study in Sept, and when I followed up with the CPAP machine provider in mid-Oct, they said they hadn't got my prescription. Turns out the original fax the clinic sent didn't go through, so they never got my prescription. The clinic failed to do a simple check of the fax results, and I am now on a 1.5 month waitlist for a CPAP machine as a result of their error. They also lied to me and claimed that the fax was sent the first time, but admitted to the CPAP provider that the original fax didn't go through. My husband, who went for his sleep study 2 weeks after me, is getting his machine next week. Please stay away from this clinic.

Sleep study testing was done at the end of July. We still have not received the results. Reception tells me that they are so busy and that everything has been delayed because of that. But why would you take on so many patients to the point where you’re so busy that you can’t even get results out to all of your current patients? My family doctor has not received any of the results and we have an appointment at the end of September to finally hear them. This is ridiculous and dangerous considering I want the results to confirm he’s asphyxiating in the middle of the night and get some solution options. We were initially told it takes two weeks for the results to be sent to our family doctor when in reality it takes over two months and only that because I begged for an appointment earlier than October. I’m very irritated with this whole process. I should add the staff was very nice and accommodated as much as they could during the sleep study. The accommodations were pretty bare but that’s expected. There was a tv, it was so small you’d need a magnifying glass to see anything. He didn’t bother with it while there.

It was sheer pleasure and joy to meet with Dr. Buttoo and Francis for my allergies test/referral. Having lived /worked internationally - I will rate Dr. Buttoo as a medical professional of highest caliber. He displays his empathy and commitment to wholistic diagnostic by putting in time and efforts (including Frances) to carry out all tests with extreme care and caution. They never tried to fast track and rather explained each and every step of the testing and patiently listened and noted each and every minute detail towards prognosis. Dr Buttoo's subject knowledge reinforces faith in medical system and humanity. Thank you team including Frances and Jennifer - it was indeed a pleasure to have met you guys yesterday :)!
