I promise this is one headache you will wish to avoid. On multiple occasions I have made it clear to scheduling I require advanced notice ahead of appointments. Because they have failed to do their job, they think that they will charge me for their mistake and I will pay quietly without notifying you, the informed consumer, to avoid this problem waiting to happen to you. The jokes on you sante, I am a construction worker in dire need of attention to my body, and you've ensured two things: One, that I will never return to play your childish games, and two, that you will have a permanent, factual, stain on your reputation(I am willing to provide proof the last corresponding message to me was on May 20th 2022; the confirmation of my previous appointment two months ago to anyone that asks).

I have nothing but amazing and wonderful things to say about Sante Group HealthCare and their staff. They really go above and beyond to accommodate their clients and give them the best possible experience and care. Additionally, they offer a wide variety of services at flexible times that can work with any busy, hectic schedule. Special shout out to Dr. Ester Silbermann who is one of the most kind, generous, genuine women I have ever met and provided me with the best possible care. I would highly recommend Sante Group to anyone. Great atmosphere, great staff, great services. Unlike any other facility I have been to before. I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Silbermann is the rudest doctor I have ever come across in my life. She was almost an hour late for our appointment and when I told her I'd be late for work if I stayed and would have to reschedule she gave me so much attitude and treated me like my time had no value. She continued to speak to me in a very condescending manner until I left and then she yelled at me as I was walking out the door saying that she was going to rip up all of my paperwork. I found her extremely unprofessional and as a doctor you should never EVER talk to a patient the way she spoke to me. The office is really nice and I had a massage from a couple of the ladies there who were amazing, but I would never ever go back there after my horrible experience.

Thought the appointment was for a later time - my partner’s mistake and when she called to say she would be late they told her too bad and charged anyway - practically every other place gives you a confirmation notice and doesn’t require your credit card before booking but they chose to run their business like this. I can see other complaints about the same thing. Thanks for nothing but a charge and nothing else.

I absolutely love the services at the Sante Group. I have been receiving massage therapy treatment sessions since 2016. I have seen all three therapists and they are all fantastic. I have recommended the Sante Group to many family members and friends. Everyone that tries it always goes back.

Sante is amazing! The staff are so incredibly friendly and caring. If your looking for for Healthcare that has your best interest in mind this is the place!!! I have been going here for years for Chiropractic, Massage, Physio and more. The staff goes above and beyond for patients and the clinic is beautiful and clean. You really feel at home. Dr. Silbermann is a kind and generous woman who treats her patients like family. You are in good hands here!!!

I needed a day of self care so I didn't think twice about calling the Sante group and booking myself a Massage & Chiropractic adjustment! I've been going to Sante Group for almost 5 years and I've always been greeted by the most beautiful, wonderful and Friendly Staff. my favourite part about Sante Group by far is the love and humour of everybody there. I always end up laughing so hard and having a wonderful time! totally recommend this place for anyone!

I pulled a rib in my back over the weekend... was obviously in a lot of pain... i tried massaging it, hot tub, foam rolling... nothing worked! Having lived in Pickering i used to live right down the street from sante group so Ester was always my family’s go to place for getting chiropractic adjustments, side note she even did checks and adjustments on all 3 of my kids within the first week of their delivery. In my son’s case she was the first person outside our family to hold him! Ester is the best. Now that i live in Oshawa we still all go as a family to see Ester and the team at the sante group... so anyways back to my healing story. I was able to get in and see Ester the next day and she popped my rib back in place and the pain was immediately gone! It was amazing. My brain was so confused... what was once pain was nothing.. it took me a minute to realize that i had been fixed... you would think the story would end there, but no it keeps going to be even better. Ester wouldn’t let me go home until she helped to realize the muscle tension in my back that had seized up to protect my back from the rib pain. after doing that she made an appointment for me the very next morning to make sure everything stuck and that my spine was properly aligned for me to go back to normal living. I cant thank Ester and the team at Sante Group enough! They’re truly the most wonderful care givers. If you live within driving distance of Pickering near the mall then you need to visit this office! They’re just the best! Like THE. BEST!!! Love them all so much

Dr. Ester Taca-Silbermann has really elevated the Chiropractic and integrated wellness care experience at Sante Group Health Care. She is a caring, compassionate and highly knowledgable Chiropractor. I was so impressed at how quickly I was able to feel better. Dr. Ester spent a long time educating me on how to participate in my recovery. The atmosphere is very relaxed and spa like and I never felt like I was being rushed. Having all the additional practitioners under the same roof means I was able to receive RMT services knowing that they were up to speed with my case so I didn't need to worry about re-injury. I'm very grateful to have a true leader in modern integrated health care right here in Pickering!
