Absolutely the best dental practice in the city. I've had Mary as a hygienist for over 2 years. She is always welcoming, considerate, and professional. Mary is the reason I continue to return to the dentist and she always leaves me with a smile on my face. Every other staff member shares the same values and make you feel welcomed and respected. Definitely would recommend Pickfair dental to anyone looking for exceptional service and excellent care.

P. S. : After a call of apology from this dental clinic, Google review moved from 1 Star to 3 Stars as requested without accepting anything. Good luck. Overcharged under its own policy and tactics. No investigation in their own Bill numbers between the front desk and account department. Stapled my charged credit card slip to the different Bill number which is no payment due. 2 booked appointments cancelled to avoid further surcharge. Sadly says from Grandpa UncleHealth

Pickfair Dental made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked in. Everything was explained to me in detail, from treatment needed to costs involved. I've been wanting to do some cosmetic work for a few years now and I feel I have finally found a dental office where I can take that next step. I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist again!!

Highly recommend this clinic. The dental team is outstanding! Dr. Sadeghi was very kind and knowledgeable. I had an implant placed a couple of weeks ago, prices were reasonable. I really appreciated the care call that they did following the procedure. Very impressed!

Beware. Listen guys implants are a fortune. This place wants the money up front but if you look around in Durham region you can pay for them monthly as these people we're going to take the last 50,000 I had. If you're a smoker don't go here as she made me quit for 6 months and then when I went back she told me to get lost. This is an office full of estrogen. Dr spaghetti told me that smoking cigarettes was harmful and detrimental but smoking weed was okay to her and that is not correct and I could have ruined my new implants. I did not get my implants done here as I got them on a monthly payment plan. Dr spaghetti is not the only implant doctor in Durham region so look around and be selective. At first this office seems nice but they're not. Just don't jump into anything and be open-minded to look around if money is tight for you. I'm so happy with my new implants and they were so much cheaper than this office and I get to pay for it monthly so I'm not struggling. Plus I'm happier with my new dentist. I guess when one door closes a new one opens.

Every single person working at this clinic is dedicated to help in any way, especially for a nervous patient. Both dentists, Dr Sadeghi and Dr Norson, are warm and friendly and are experts in their field. I would definitely recommend Pickfair for dentistry.

Please avoid this place. They are overcharging their patients. I went in for a cleaning and I was told it would be done in two session. However the first session was only 25 mins. I don’t understand why they could not do it all in one session. I took time off of work to come in and now to be told I have to make another appointment is ridiculous. I am being charged double at this point. The dentist could not even properly walk me through what’s include in my procedure.

I had a problem with my tooth that my dentist could not take care of so they referred me to a specialist. Unfortunately the specialist could not get me in for 11weeks. A friend told me about Pickfair Dental and they were able to take care of the problem the following week. I found them very professional, caring and polite.

These guys are absolute profesionals. Dr. Sadeghi and Dental Hygienist Mary provide treatment options that best cater to myself and my family's needs. Other dentists and clinics that we have gone to are able to provide thorough cleaning but were not able to see or address ongoing and potential dental issues. In the first day of seeing Dr. Sadeghi, she pointed out ongoing dental issues and gave us options on how to proceed with these issues without coercion towards any one treatment. Also, have to mention that the clerical staff is awesome.. they babysat my 4yr old when my wife and I are being seen.. these guys are great!

There aren't enough stars to adequately show my satisfaction with this Dental family. Dr. Babic is hands down the best Dentist I have ever had. And I've had over 10 in my life time. She is so kind and caring. She treats you as if she was working in the mouth of her own kid. If you need a filling and don't want to feel any pain, she is the best! I had to get 4 fillings and they required a needle in my gums each time. Not one of them did I feel any pain. NO PAIN!!!!!!!! That has never happened before. And if you want the most thorough teeth cleaning, Mary Lim is the best. She is very nice and very good at what she does. I moved all the way to Vaughn and I still drive to Pickering for all my dental needs because they are that good. All the dentist and staff there are worth my time, my money and the 40 minute trip with no traffic.

Hands down the best experience we have ever had. Everyone from the lovely receptionist Kelly and the insanely detailed and thorough hygienist Mary who we can’t speak more highly of.... Dr Babic was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail we were so incredibly pleased. I am new to this office and brought my entire family here and we are all so happy. One stop shop everyone is highly qualified and truly passionate about the work they do and believe me it shows! We all can’t stop smiling and showing off our great smiles! Very friendly staff. Felt at home. N it's so clean in there ..My cherry on top was to have Mary as my hygienist. It was my first time n she made me feel so relax and comfortable. The hygienist Mary was very pleasant, polite and gentle. She did not force me into doing X-ray or other procedures. Mary was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Mary anytime

Recently had my 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rashti this past Saturday, and it couldn’t have gone better. Staff were friendly and comforting. I have had the easiest recovery process and not needed to take any narcotics. I really feel that my lack of pain can be attributed to the team’s precision and care. Would recommend!

Before our first visit, when my parent-in-laws referred us, they called us right away. It was so easy to fill-up the form without having to do it on our first visit instead they will send you an electronic link through text and will redirect you to the form. Next the booking was flexible. On our very first visit the front desk staff welcomed us whole heartedly. Mary, our dental hygienist is very thorough with the full examination. She explains to you why and how will things be done. Dr. Sadeghi was able to assess my issues and gave me referrals to whom I can address my concerns. The office is very kid friendly, they took care of my little girl while waiting for us to be done.

First visit here and the experience has been so incredible so far! I have felt so welcomed and very comfortable as the staff is so friendly! Mary and Dr Babic have been so great with explaining everything along the way and always make sure that I am comfortable which really shows me how much they care about their patients! Front receptionist is also so welcoming and the text service is very convenient for me as I can't make call's at work. Everyone is very accommodating and I never write reviews so it truly shows how great this place and it's staff are! Will Highly recommend to others!

I LOOOOOOOVE the Pickfair Family after just ONE visit 🙈. From the moment I stepped into the office I felt a homely friendly vibe. Amazing receptionists who were so welcoming and caring. My hygienist came for me as soon as I got there, can I say Alysa is the BESSSSSSSSSSSST hygienist I've met - personality, knowledge, patience and super good at what she does. I learnt so much from that one visit. She also gave great tips which I appreciate. I also loved that the debrief with the dentist was thorough and didnt feel rushed which I greatly appreciated. This is what a dentist visit should feel like 😃. Come to Pickfair!!!!!!

Dr. Babic is amazing and her energy is contagious! We moved here in Ajax and looked for reliable dentist. Lo and behold we got a flyer from two Dental clinics and when I saw that Dr. Sadeghi did dental mission and I know this is it, that’s where we should go. My son love the service, he is not a fan of dentist so he really takes care of his teeth and I’m glad we only go there for his cleaning but not me so much works to be done and I truly appreciate all the nice people in this clinic. Best dentist ever. Never felt as comfortable with dental practice as I do at Pickfair. Update: Had a crown replacement done. I cannot believe what a seamless experience this was. All the care in the world and no pain or sensitivity. Another one scheduled and some surgery early next year. I am totally confident of expert care. First time ever that I have felt this with dental care.

Ran late but otherwise a great appointment. X-rays were very clear and I was given a precise run down of the problems and treatment recommendations by the dentist. She was considerate of my comfort and professional. Front desk was very responsive and friendly.

My journey began over a year ago and as I was terrified of dentists I had not been to one in many, many years. I had decided that I had to do something with my teeth I was embarrassed. I had appointments with a few but just wasn’t comfortable until I met Dr. Sadeghi. From our first consult she made me feel comfortable and that she cared. From the reception staff to the assistant’s and other dentists that work with her they took me on and I wasn’t an easy patient I was so scared. The tremendous amount of work that went into giving me the beautiful smile I am so proud of today is all because of those people. They all go out of their way with kindness, compassion and caring. The whole team and especially Dr. Sadeghi are just overall wonderful and now that my journey is complete as of today, my husband will start his in a few weeks and definitely will only be done by the best in the business Dr.Sadeghi and her team!! Thank you all so very much again for everything you have given me and especially not to fear the dentist anymore. I went for my first appointment yesterday and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like this before. The staff were all so friendly, and the female dentist I had was so informative. I had never been told about an issue I’ve been having until yesterday. The last couple dentists I have seen at another clinic never told me the things I was told yesterday. You are informed about everything that is going on and get full explanations as to what each is for. I’m happy I made the switch!

Worst experiences every time. Time to change ASAP. Still in excruciating pain from fillings done over 3 weeks ago. Can’t sleep from this pain. Always issues each visit. Dentists say one thing, people at the front say something different. We’re done with this place.
