This place is great, bought a brace from here for my torn acl and it works wonders. Brings my whole leg comfort and I use it all the time, it also doesn’t show under clothes which is a bonus. So good!

The initial appointment I was under the impression the shoes came with the ortho but then I was told I had to pay for it. I was very upset. The ortho actually are not comfortable they are hurting my feet.

I visited BioPed for the first time recently for a pair of orthotics and orthopedic shoes. Rabi and Carina were simply professional and very helpful. They answered all my questions and doubts. I was even more surprised that they actually made the Orthotics right there inside the store. Don't judge them by the looks in the front of the store:) They have hi-tech equipment for taking contours of your feet and use them to make your orthotics. Rabi would explain to me which areas of my feet needed more support etc. and he made adjustment in my orthotics as necessary. They also have a great selection of shoes and accessories etc. I was never pressured to purchase anything or being pushed into buying things I didn't have to. I received my orthotics last week and they fit me nicely and I have worn them regularly for walking and shopping; I have not encountered any issues like sore feet or discomfort. I am very happy with the service and support I received and will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who want to have happy feet.

I have been visiting this location for over a year. The service has always been friendly and professional. No complaints. I usually go on Saturdays to see the chiropodist and my feet always feel so much better afterwards. Keep up the good work.

Hannah was great at describing what was going on with my foot, and she also gave the best care, advice, and tools for healing it. The receptionist was also really nice. I definitely recommend this clinic, and will do so in the future to others.

Service and assistance I received was excellent. From examination, to my order of appropriate footwear - all was facilitated seamlessly. I also found the direct billing to my insurance provider very convenient. Would highly recommend Bio Ped and Carina esp really went above and beyond. I am going to get in touch with them to order more shoes shortly.

I attended the Pickering location and had Hanna help me out. She was awesome! Very friendly, informative and let me ask all my questions without rushing me through the appointment. She also handled all the insurance, looked into my plan, figured out what I was allowed and billed them direct. Very smooth and easy process I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for orthotics/foot care!

Got professional advise on my plantars faciatis which I have battled for 10 years. They did a full analysis and I bought a pair of custom orthotics. They gave me a number of exercises and stretches to do to help with my condition. Very professional, I highly recommend.

Do not come to this location people. They are only good before you pay for your items. After you paid it, Krystell don't care anymore if it fits your shoes or not. If you already ordered your othotics here, do not leave and pay in full until your orthotics fits in your shoes properly. Because when you try to come back, she will give you a hard time. Just like what we experienced. Just go to other locations which are more customer friendly and really after customer satisfaction.

I am a new patient of Dr. klein. I have been suffering from flat feet, bunions, thick calluses, corn and pressure points. Walking for me was pure torture. After visiting a previous institution, I had a not so good experience, that sent my anxiety way up. Then my daughter actually forced me to call Dr. klein to book another appointment, so I did, under duress. I had panic attacks right up until the appointed date. I walked out of Dr. kleins office twenty minutes later, no panic attacks or anxiety, I was so happy, I could walk across to the mall, which I could not do for years.
