If I had negative rating, I would prefer that but sad. Manager need to learn how to talk to customer. I would say very unprofessional and loud. Stay away from this shop guys. 👎🏻

The service was absolutely horrible. One staff there was having loud personal conversations with another staff. 25 minutes to close she began dragging the metal sign across the floor. The worst part, although there was still plenty of time to shop she yelled out in the store to all customers "THIS IS YOUR 10 MINUTE WARNING, ITS TIME TO HEAD OVER TO THE CASH AND MAKE SOME DECISIONS PEOPLE", along with other rude comments to customers. I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping in a store that I put the shoes down I was interested in and walked out with my two girlfriends. I will not be returning to this location and because of this poor attitude she had she lost a good amount of sales!

I received excellent service both on phone and in person at this location..in person i was helped by a cute redhead. She was very nice and helpful and i left feeling good about the experience and will prob buy more from this store again. So i give it my seal of approval.

Worst customer service, AVOID buying stuff from this store, I bought stuff just before 25th Dec and they refused to return it and informed me that they will not take return for 26th or 27th while this policy is not there in the receipt nor there any policy notification during the time I purchased. They even called immediately security, fortunately I called 911 to have this issue taken care off. These kind of small stores or brand always get you troubles when it comes to the return.

The company is trash. Don’t shop here. They don’t have a customer service hotline.

One of the worst customer service!! I had a simple situation went to a return shoe that I ordered online, and the size was wrong went to Pickering store last Friday CSR girl said the manager left early she didn’t know how to resolve it come after Tuesday this week; so I went today Thursday same girl was there told manager Sherin left early, she said the same answer and asked to go to a different store What an unprofessional!!

I wish I can give no star at all! The “manager” at the store was so bad with customer service. She kept talking with a sales associate when I needed help. She went on asking how pretty she was and was trying on sun glasses while there’s people waiting for help. Then when the mall was about to close; she starts shouting that they close in 10 minute and make our way to the counter. Note the whole time, I didn’t get any help with size. They really do need to reevaluate who they have working as a “manager” if their trying to make business. I hope one of their management resolved this issue ASAP or if they have a customer service line to discuss this further

I came here once with friends then a second time when I found out this branch had a better sale than the one near me. The cashier was SO nice. I wish I caught her name because it felt like I made a new friend. I'm very hesitant and awkward but she helped me through with everything, even hyping me up for how good I looked in combat boots. I ended up buying a total of three shoes that day. They even price matched the sale price when ordering a pair they didn't have in store.

It is clear that management has taken criticism well. The employees were attentive and friendly. I was looking for a large purse and was showed several options. The employee was patient and provided her honest opinions about style and fit when I asked her for her thoughts. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Today was one of the worst experience I've had in this store. Such poor customer service. The store employee was so rude, dismissive and unfriendly. I asked her for a shoe to try on, but she brought it out and just placed it on the seat and never said a word to me or asked me if it fit or if I needed another size. I expected better treatment and some acknowledgement. Every time I touched a shoe she would come over and fix it with an attitude. I heard the other young lady call her by the name Celine. Who trains these people and why are they working retail with zero personality.

I’m very please with this location every phone call inquiries or questions regarding a product this store answers quickly and is very patient with the inquiry I spoke to a lady I don’t have her name but the customer services is 10 out of 10. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism and patience very kindness. Regarding shoes this store has the best prices for the selection that they have it’s really good really good deals.
