Worst hotel I stayed in Germany during my trip. For a EUR 90 per night you get a small, basic room, dirty old black carpets, smell of sewage in the bathroom and from the air conditioning unit so you have to keep the window open all day and night. There is no safe or any other amenities in the room like tea/coffee maker, water or fridge. But for your EUR 90 you will get eco crazy Management ideas like recycled brown toilet paper, ROOM CLEANING EVERY OTHER DAY and appalling quality of breakfast consisting of 1 choice of ham and cheese, cereal and a few apples and pears. No scramble eggs or bacon or sausages, and the few boiled eggs that they provide disappear very quickly and are not replaced for 1/2 hr. The breakfast room is so small, people are crowded sitting next to each other feeling uncomfortable during COVID. If you need to stay close to the train station in Potsdam, then the hotel is ok for 1 night, otherwise I recommend you look elsewhere! I stayed in a sister B&B hotel in Poznan, Poland and it was a completely different experience - a beautiful, new, modern hotel with a fantastic breakfast choice for half the price, so I know that it's the management fault that the Potsdam hotel is run so badly.

B&B is a quite fabulous Hotel, it is about the cheapest you can possibly find and there is a stable internet connection. The breakfast is also enjoyable.

A safe, clean place to sleep while in the area. There was nothing special about B&B, but no real red flags either. The room was small, but the bed comfortable and the shower hot. My luggage was lost, and when it arrived at the hotel, they brought it to my room, no problem. My bathroom did smell a little like mildew and the whole room got pretty warm if I didn't open the window, but those are minor things.

Nice place to stay during business trips, quiet location, easy to park car on street. Good breakfast. Lovely room. Have stayed in other locations really liked.

Good location, clean rooms, simple furnishing. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, offering excellent customer service. The only negative is that the toilet might have some plumbing issues, so it was a little smelly unless you leave the lid down. But overall, good so far.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Very convenient position, very close to main Potsdam station. Overall, many things felt a bit "cheap", but nothing really to complain and overall good value for the money.

Family room was great, nice front desk, easy for parking. Beds were comfortable!

This is a simple hotel but was perfect for our needs. The location is perfect and the rooms are silent providing a good night's rest.

This hotel was a real bargain. It’s a few minutes walk from the train station and then maybe 15 minutes walk to the old town of Potsdam. Our room was very quiet, a reasonable size and had decent wifi and plenty of power sockets. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat there but there was a breakfast option. Prices were very good.

This hotel is friendly, efficient and spotlessly clean. Excellent location too.

A friendly welcome at the reception. Not all guests were satisfied about the 3G check. The hotel is close to the railway station. The time slots for breakfast were sharp but manageable. The breakfast offers were good and the price was absolutely valuable. If we're getting back to Potsdam we'll be at B&B again.

Nice Hotel close to the central station. Unfortunately the breakfast room is very small and on weekends hard to find a free space. Also there is no real luggage room than just behind the reception. The shower tube was smelling quite strong and we needed to cover it.

I liked the fact that it is very close to the central station (Potsdam Hbf) close to all amenities, facilities and transportation. The rooms are very clean with nice beds. It will be more attractive if they don't charge extra for breakfast.

Very easy to get to, with very good soundproofing in the room. However the bathroom smelled bad and gave the room a strange smell even with the fan running, and the person working the reception refused to allow us to eat the breakfast we paid for. I tried explaining that two breakfasts were paid in advance, but my father had been traveling for over 24 hours and thus overslept his first breakfast, and when he tried to claim this meal for me when I checked him out on his second morning, she said the meal payment was only for one day, and could not be transferred. She also refused to issue a refund. So they keep the extra money because they apparently calculate the exact amount of food registered and cook it all at the beginning of the morning, and have zero room for situations like this. I am writing this from the lobby while my father eats his breakfast alone, since she would also not allow me to even sit with him in the dining room. Very cold and unfriendly outlook, completely not understanding or flexible for travelers' circumstances. Will not recommend this hotel to our future visitors.

Our stay was nice. The staff are nice and friendly. Althoug there's a little complication due the staff did not really check my name so we argue a little over our payment. But overall was parfect. The hotel is not far from the Station and the city and my favorite not far from Babelsberg Castle. We enjoy our stay in Potsdam thanks to B&B Hotel.

After a tiring trip, it is very important to be greeted with a smile. In this hotel, the first thing that makes an impression is the friendly and caring attitude towards the travelers. I can warmly recommend the B&B HOTEL to every visitor to Potsdam.

Nice and clean hotel in perfect location. Parking of bicycles in common garage in neighboring house. Although I would have prefered to leave the bikes in the hotelgarage.
